Danny and Mark refurbished our pond and waterfalls, removing the boulders and laying a new liner before replacing the stones and installing a new pump. They were both enthusiastic and worked hard and they are very knowledgable about ponds and how to care for the plants and fish. A great source of advice too ! From first contact Dan had lots of amazing ideas for features from a very blank canvas. His team worked well with full transparency from the onset of timeframes and costs. Quirky patio edging really brought the finesse on the porcelain and I’m glad we have him free rein despite the extra cost. Absolutely pleased with the finished landscaping and all our friends have been ultra complimentary. Glad we chose Hayes landscaping over another company and the water feature was a bonus.
Danny and his team have just completed cleaning out 2 x large ponds, which hadn't been attended to in 8 years. Danny's enthusiasm for the job, his knowledge and care of the fish was above and beyond. He gave us some excellent advice on how to care for our fish going forward. We are really pleased with the work he has undertaken and will be booking him and his team for regular pond maintenance. Danny left the paths and garden spotless, cleaner than before he came! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing pond maintenance. I'll also be getting him in to quote for some landscaping work at my father in laws.
Danny and his team did a fantastic job of refurbishing our pond. New liner, new filter etc we now have the most crystal clear water we’ve ever had. Very very pleased, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Danny. He’s so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his work.
Thoroughly recommend Hayes. Contracted Danny and his team to rebuild a 10,000l pond and smaller feeder pond with a water feature included as well as the landscaping around the pond. He was on time and on budget - this was not a corporate contract that we had quoted from the large suppliers but a contract with a hard working and very knowledgeable local contractor who was a pleasure to work with. Danny gets it done, amiably and enthusiastically and consults along the way to make sure we are happy with the progress. One of the best contractors we have worked with. So pleased with the work that we would always ask Hayes back for any work needed in the future - particularly related to pond work.
Hayes plumbed all my Filter system in for my pond and now my water is crystal clear, very happy with the results. He is also very knowledgeable about Koi. I would Highly recommend. Thank you

Danny has recently rebuilt our large garden pond. He was very professional, knowledgable, enthusiastic and an excellent worker. When an unexpected drainage problem arose, he made all the arrangements for an additional soakaway, materials and mini digger hire. He informed us of each stage of renovation. His attention to detail was second to none, a real perfectionist. We would highly recommend Danny and will be using him again in the future.

Daniel from Hayes Landscapes recently transformed our once sad and dilapidated pond into a stunning pond wonderland, and we couldn't be happier with the results! From our initial meeting, it was evident that Daniel possesses expert knowledge in fish and pond care. He diligently rebuilt and repointed the pond's surrounding walls, and skillfully constructed an extension, which involved moving a significant amount of soil. Our existing pond had a small water feature connected to an old sub-pond that had fallen into disrepair. Daniel completely revitalized and expanded this feature, enhancing it with a beautiful combination of real and artificial rocks, dyes, and mosses. His friendly and approachable demeanor, exceptional knowledge, conscientious work ethic, creativity, and excellent communication skills were evident throughout the project. After nearly losing all our fish to disease and at our wits end we got in touch with Daniel who came out and did scrapes and looked under the microscope to find out what was wrong. Within 2wks of nearly losing the fish we are free of all diseases and all our fish survived. I cannot recommend him enough. He showed us what was wrong and treated the pond and told us what we needed to do. Hes a lovely approachable professional person who will help any one with anything to do with your pond from building to care and maintenance. Daniel upgraded the pond in our backyard from fiberglass to liner in September 2022. I could summarise Daniel's work ethics with one episode: when he came to quote for the job, he stayed a couple of hours to fix the filter, which we had turned off, because the water quality was very poor. Daniel had no assurance he would get the job, and he never charged us for those two hours. Daniel cares deeply for the welfare of wildlife, he is quite creative with his landscaping, and he was flexible in meeting our requirements. His work is value for money and we look forward to having him do regular maintenance of the pond.
Met Daniel today as he was to set up my fish pond and water feature - what a nice guy, polite, courteous and honestly witty. He was able to explain process and share his wealth of knowledge in a natural style - he even went out to purchase the plugs which I did not have. I am waiting for him to send me some further info as I plan to have him install a small wild life pond feature for newts and frogs etc (to keep slug control on track as beer traps always full and plants suffering) It was a pleasure to meet him and I will certainly recommend him to anyone wanting work done. What a fantastic guy I had an issue with one of my fish he came out within an hour on his day off to help me he treated my fish there and then advised me on where I could improve a couple of things with feeding and food stuffs and also praised me for what I was doing right with my set up would definitely recommend and will 100% be seeking advice and using his services again
