Chose this company because of all the positive reviews, wasn’t disappointed! They came when they said they would, diagnosed the problem and fixed it, very professional and great customer focused service, would not hesitate to recommend them

Really friendly and trustworthy team who came out, didn't try to diddle me, didn't rush their work, seemed very diligent and respectful. Really good team - only downside very in demand so took a while to be able to get them booked in!

I can't recommend Drain & Able enough. Had a severe blocked drain that needed new pipe and drain gully added to the outside as well as a new pipe leading to communal drain. The team worked tirelessly all day and were such a kind respectful and happy team. It was a pleasure to have them here. They left the area better than it looked before and for such a big job the price was very reasonable. Diane and the office kept me informed of updates throughout and were very helpful and friendly.

We were very impressed with the service from Drain Able. Diane was exceptional in coordinating the work—efficiently scheduling the job and keeping us informed throughout the process. Ben did an excellent job on-site; he clearly explained the procedure, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Ben, from Drain & Able first attended on 24th March. He was more than happy to let me watch what was going on, and showed me the camera view revealing the damage done by a water pipe ‘moling’ through a toilet drain, thus causing our toilet to back up. By 4th April all work had been completed. When the repair was actually undertaken, like any small boy, I wanted to look in the hole and see what was going on, and this didn’t cause them any problem. If they hadn’t wanted me to look, that would have been cause for concern! As you can see by the attached you can just tell where they lifted the paviours because they’re clean, even continuing the pattern correctly and, now it’s rained, you can’t tell at all. An excellent job all round

Drain & Able did a first rate job for me. Communication was great when booking an appointment with the office to clear a blocked drain and the person who came to our house to do the work was polite and friendly and sorted the problem out quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service from start to finish. We had a recurring problem with very old pipework that no one else seemed to be able to fathom. It was causing horrible blockages of our downstairs loo. After a thorough inspection with amazing hi-tech equipment, the reassuring and very professional team from Drain and Able sorted it all out for us. They left everything so clean and tidy, too! Communications with the office, appointments and any queries we had were also dealt with really promptly and efficiently.

Great job. New drainage channel and outlet to a storm drain that required pulling up some of the paving stones on the drive. Various unanticipated snags became evident and the work took the best part of three days but the end result works a treat and prevents any more flooding in our garage. And they didn't charge any extra for the additional time. Drain & Able highly recommended.

When I called late this morning with a drain emergency at my parents' home, the day's schedule had been allocated and all the engineers were out on calls. Having listened to the challenges we were facing, Diane asked to call me back. Less than 5 minutes later, she'd arranged for one of the team to squeeze in our call and within 2 hours, Conor swept in, wearing his metaphoric superhero cape, and got everything sorted. He was polite, efficient and extremely good at his job. I cannot thank the team enough for working to support seniors in need. 5 * * * * *

From the first contact with Diane the appointment was arranged, date and time of arrival determined and successfully met. The two engineers were courteous, discussed what they were going to do and answered all of our questions. They made an accurate assessment of the drain issue which was confirmed by video. Video stills were promptly sent by email. A clear discussion of the needed repair work was given. All communications with the office were dealt with extremely promptly and efficiently. On the day of the repair the engineers, Connor and Ben, cheerfully undertook the work in appalling weather and it was completed satisfactorily. The site, including the road was left in a clean and tidy way. Videos of the repair were quickly sent and confirmed success. Would highly recommend this company.

Connor was exceptionally professional, courteous and competent. He quickly worked out what the problem was and worked very efficiently to resolve the blockage. He explained what he had discovered, gave us advice on minimising the issue in the future and laid out our options very clearly. After he had finished, you would not have known anyone had been there - it was all left tidy and clean. We will definitely be calling Drain & Able if we have need to drain services in the future.

Having had another local firm come out and fail to unblock a toilet, and charge me for it!, I called Drain & Able to see if they could help. They took all my details and promised to call back the following day. I received a call first thing the next day and a couple of days later they turned up. Kevin and Conner were very well presented, clean work gear, immaculate van and very helpful. Carried out a CCTV survey, told me what they were going to do and solved the problem in under an hour. Cleaned everything up before they left. Brilliant service at a far better price, well done, good to see a business with an happy 'can do' attitude.

I was previously advised that my foul water drain needed relining due to root invasion. I asked Drain and Able for a second opinion and they were very attentive to the issues raised. Following their CCTV survey and some minor root cutting, they told me the drain was serviceable and recommended an annual inspection, literally saving me thousands of pounds. An extremely friendly and efficient service, which I would have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends.

Dianne and Connor are exceptional. When the big companies had left me with the expected "not our problem", or 'this isn't something we help with', I was getting hugely stressed,. Connor had a full work schedule but still took time to listen and provide really helpful advice - Dianne helped with finding other contractors they trusted that I could contact. I left them with a clear idea if what to do next and was grateful for someone listening and making me feel like the problem wasn't mine alone. I definitely recommend them and will be using them again.

We recently asked Drain & Able to run CCTV Survey and what they came back with (not only the survey result but also survey documentation) was simply brilliant. It was concise, easy to understand, accurate and even non-specialist(s) can apply the knowledge from the documents to the actual CCTV footage provided. No wonder why Drain & Able has 4.7 Stars on Google review and I am glad that we read the review before contacting Drain & Able. Absolutely brilliant customer service. I called up about a blockage in my flat and spoke to a lovely woman called Diane who, even though they were too busy to come out and see me today, gave me fantastic advise as to what to do and where to go next. I had called 6 different 'unblocking companies' before calling Drain and Able and their price was BY FAR the best. Just felt inclined to write a review as I was literally that impressed with them. 10/10 recommend & will use again in future.

I own and run a local property company. I enquired to arrange for a blocked drain to be cleared in a flat I own. Called and spoke to a gentleman on the mobile phone number. I kindly explained the issue and was very rude straight from the start and shocked, said too busy and can't fit anything in. I appreciate companies get busy and explained the blockage isn't that urgent as still flushing away slowly and asked when he was next available, again very rude "I don't know and got too much, call the office speak to her indoors" My opinion is a domestic should not be used within the work place and very unprofessional. Maybe I caught them on a bad day but certainly lost a potential customer.
