Been having some issues with a blocked kitchen gully for a few weeks, so contacted 24hrs Drainage to get a quote for the work. Carlo got back to me quickly with a competitive cost and had availability to come over the following day. On the day itself, I had a couple of courtesy calls - one early on to give me an approximate window of arrival, and then one when he was around 20 minutes away. When he arrived, I talked through what we were experiencing and after an initial look Carlo took to time to explain how the drainage was setup and how he was going to approach tackling the problem. He managed to clear the blockage and took to time to put everything back in place afterwards. He also offered a 3 month call back to return if the issue occurred again during that timeframe. Would 100% recommend getting in touch with Carlo to tackle your drainage problems.
