Seriously impressive. So delighted with Ben's skillful work. The brick walls look like they've been rebuilt. Cannot recommend Ben highly enough. He is such a professional - so considerate, hard working, and every evening would leave the place immaculate. He took such pride and care in restoring the walls back to their original state - right down to the tools and materials he used. Pricing was so reasonable considering how hard he was working for two weeks.
After reading previous reviews l contacted Ben for a quote on repointing the front of our bungalow and some refurbishment, repairs and replacement of bricks to the rear and sides of the property. Ben promptly provided me with a competitive and fair quote which l accepted and agreed a date for the works to start. From start to finish of the job Ben was punctual, friendly, professional, helpful and always offered and found a solution to any problem that arose. Ben is very respectful to your home and carries out his work in a clean and tidy manner that respects the environment and completely transformed our property with his skills. Ben is a true credit to his profession and completed our project to a very high standard. We are so pleased with the results that Ben is now preparing us with another quote for a patio area project.

Wakefield and Son have just completed an excellent job repointing the west wall of our bungalow, where the weather had decimated the pointing and verges. Because of previous wet weather, there was a delay in starting, but they apologised, constantly communicating with us to let us know as soon as they would be available. We felt the job was done by a real professional craftsman. He took his time in order to get it just right, was punctual, friendly, polite, careful and tidy. We cannot recommend these people more highly, in comparison to other tradespeople we have used. They are top quality - a rare treat.
Wakefield and Son did an exceptional job on my kitchen window brickwork, and I couldn't be happier. Their craftsmanship is top-notch. I was so impressed that I hired them again to remove a window and wall near my front door then to rebuild the wall to accomodate the new window, and once again, they delivered outstanding results. Highly recommended for their professionalism and quality work. Will definitely hire them again if needed.

I can highly recommend Wakefield and son Repointing Specialists. They recently replaced a lintel above a window and their services were outstanding. I knew they would do a good job because they repointed every single wall in my previous house. They are reliable, friendly and polite, and they left the property spotless both times. They use the proper equipment and don’t cut corners, and their pricing is very competitive. The window frame had become covered in rust from the old iron lintel and they went above and beyond, spending a fair bit of time scrubbing that clean too, which I much appreciated. My neighbour will be asking them to do her window too, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Excellent service from Wakefield & Son, honest about the work that needed doing and the timescale involved. Our lintel needed repairing and now it looks as if nothing has changed as the finish is so good!
