I recently contacted R H Smith (Worthing) Limited for them to carry out a survey for me in relation to the damp I have in my conservatory. An appointment was immediately made for Iain to carry out the survey to discuss remedial works required. Not long afterwards Liam attended and set about carrying out the works with the minimum of fuss. All in all, I’ve been very impressed with this company and would highly recommend them.
This company provides a superb service, above and beyond. We had serious issues around two chimney breasts which were addressed and dealt with professionally and perfectly. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
I've had a few damp specialists advise us over the years and I would honestly only recommend R.H Smith. We live in a Grade 2 listed Georgian house with a few damp issues in Shoreham. Iain is very knowledgeable and gives sound advice. Just as importantly, they do what they say they will, turn up on time and communication is excellent. You have to wait for an appt (they are extremely busy) but its well worth it.
Fantastic service to treat a damp + rot problem - Francis undertook a thorough survey and Steve expertly undertook the repairs and he was incredibly thorough and tidied up after himself. Couldn’t recommend them more!
Fantastic experience - damp patch in living room surveyed, cause identified and a simple solution recommended (new sealant needed on outside edge of window to prevent moisture ingress from heavy rain). Very happy with this firm and would strongly recommend.

Following new windows fitted to 2 back dormers we were advised by the fitters to contact RH Smith to check whether the damp penetration experienced had been solved by this. Kane Speller from R H Smith visited and gave us a verbal opinion followed by a written report which is comprehensive and does not involve work by R H Smith. There was no cost involved for this thoroughly professional service. I will definitely use this company in the future if we have any damp issues. Thank you

I phoned R.H SMITH for a quote, which I found honest, the company is very respectfully of the property they are working in. I found the service very polite, knowledgeable and the quality of work was NOT rushed, it was done very professionally, and finished to a high standard. I would recommend RH SMITH for the any works.

We had a very good honest and efficient service from RH Smith of Worthing, they suggested the cheapest approach and to monitor the situation rather than charge for damp work which might not need to be done. Then the work was done very well and all mess tidied away, you wouldn't have known they were ever here. Very pleased and would recommend them to anyone with damp problems.
