Had mould below my windows and side walls. They came round to initially take a look. Turned up when they said and on time and made assessment. Provided a no obligation quote if I wanted to carry on with the work. For the work they turned up on time, carried out the job and cleaned up any mess made and made new again. Great local team and good correspondence from the office. Would def recommend for any of this type of work.

Croft carried out an initial survey and confirmed we had a roof leak into the cavity and likely debris in the cavity causing staining on the wall. Plaster and wall bricks were removed and debris cleared. Bricks replaced and damp proofing render applied before final re plastering. Great job done with the minimum of fuss and I am very pleased with the result. A very honest and professional company

A fantastic experience with Croft, we had some damp proofing and woodworm treatment on the house, in all 4 workmen were involved across 4 days, all turned up on time, were polite and respectful of our home. The finished job was better than expected. Arranging the work was super easy. I would definitely consider using Croft again for any future works.

We have just had a cellar convertion including full tanking and new stairs down into it. The work was carried out to a very high standard. We are very happy with the result.

Very poor impression blocking a private driveway of 5 vehicles all day because walking extra steps to the pavement is too much, had 3 guys onside smoking and chatting all day, less than professional language and behaviour along with some recorded comments likely to be passed onto the authorities as a hate crime...well done guys 👍

Didn’t turn up when they said they would and then they didn’t follow up, had previous work done which only partly solved the problem and was quite expensive.
Friendly team and their customer service was excellent and the work was carried out as promised and in a timely manner. I’d decided to hold off leaving a review until winter, as the passive air vents were fitted in the summer and the true test would be after winter. Unfortunately I haven’t even had to wait until after winter to know the vents they fitted haven’t worked. Not even fully into winter yet and today, I’ve woken up to extensive condensation on all the windows in the flat, including in the bedrooms where the vents were fitted. I wish we’d also been made aware of the fact that outside noise levels would be increased because since the vents have been fitted, we get even more outside noise from the main road and have had to deal with disturbed sleep on top of that. I understand Croft cannot guarantee the passive air vents will fully work, but it appears they haven’t even made the slightest difference. In retrospect, I wish we hadn’t wasted the money getting the work done and instead put the money towards new windows with trickle vents, as it now looks like that’s what we’ll have to do in order to avoid another winter where all our clothes and bedding and furniture go mouldy.

Contacted Croft to book an appointment the team were very friendly and the customer service was excellent. They came out to see me and gave me full confidence in what we discussed and the report they gave me. Work booked in a carried out the operatives were polite and very clean and tidy in my property. The Croft team made what could have been a stressful experience very manageable. Can’t speak highly enough.
