We recently had a new damp proof course installed by Atruss in our kitchen. From the initial visit and quote to completion the service throughout was of the highest quality. We were kept regularly updated as to progress and of particular note was the attention to detail and the accent on keeping tidy and protecting the surrounds in the kitchen (as far as possible). We were very pleased with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending Atruss to anybody with damp problems, however small.

It should be 6 stars really. My house has a rising damp issue. Through Google search, I found Alex of Atruss Perservation. He was so good and excellent in sorting out the damp and also burst pipe damage that I have to give him a 6 stars rating not just 5 stars. He and Dan, his assistant, are excellent in skill, very professional with brilliant quality of work, hard working and reasonable price. I count myself lucky to find him to work in my house. Lastly I am very pleased with the end result. Alex, you are a true star.

This was a great value service, and Alex was great with communication and very reliable. He sent over a receipt and guarantee in really timely manner and the quote I received was informative and helpful. Alex and his colleague were lovely and professional. Put back the skirting boards as before and left everything really clean, I could leave my furniture in the flat as they covered and protected everything. I am not one to leave reviews but this was a stand out service, thank you so much to Alex and his team.

In addition, he provided a comprehensive report with detailed costings within two days. There was no charge and no obligation to have him perform the work ! We would highly recommend Alex and this company.

Alex and his team were quick and efficient in helping to diagnose the problem and carry out the work needed to fix things on a short time scale. They worked quickly but kept me in the loop with what was happening and did a splendid job cleaning up after themselves. I'd very much recommend Atruss if anyone has any damproofing or plastering needs!

I called Alex about a problem with rising damp in our Victorian terrace in south London and he came the next day to do a survey. He sent a quote very soon after and offered a good price. He was very responsive and completed the work on time and for the agreed price. He was very pleasant to deal with, explained everything as he went along, was clean and tidy and kept mess to a minimum, and altogether did a professional job. I would recommend him without reservation.

I was looking for a damp proofing service and came across atruss, and I wasn't disappointed at all. I spoke to Alex, and explained my situation.  He was very responsive once I sent over my details.  I had instant communication, and he made arrangements for the viewing through the estate agent.  Following the visit, again I had an instant  update.  He gave a very honest opinion about the job and his findings.  Excellent contact from the start and very responsive. The estate agent also called me and gave high praise for the service, his punctuality and professionalism.  Also, that he came equipped with all the testing equipment and complimented on his thoroughness. I am highly rating the service and would definately recommend to anyone, so thank you.

We used Atruss to treat and fix several areas of significant damp. Very happy with the results. Alex was very courteous, professional and tidy during the works. Final cost was as quoted. Would definitely use again, and highly recommend.

Alex and his team were punctual and professional - very pleased with the service.

Alex was recommended to us by our builder while having our kitchen refurbished. Alex came to damp proof a part of our kitchen walls. I can’t fault Alex on the work he carried out, which included removing the existing new plaster, injecting the damp proof course, sand and cemented the walls and then re-plaster. Alex was very tidy, covering all floors as well as our brand new kitchen. He certainly helped us out in short notice to keep our kitchen on schedule. I would definitely use Alex again and would highly recommend him to anyone else.

We are selling our home and the purchasers surveyor flagged possible damp. Being proactive, we sought help from Alex who came around the same day and tested everything which showed not one bit of damp! We luckily don't need any work done but are now safe in the knowledge the the purchasers cant pull a fast one! So all in all, if I need them in the future, Alex is highly recommended and this was an example of excellent customer service. Thank you for putting my mind at rest I will defo recommend to friends and family.

Very good work on our bedroom damp proof course.

ATRUSS team were super friendly responsive and professional. Def recommend!

Alex and Matt are awesome Tradesmen. I would not hesitate to recommend. Punctual, cheerful, easy to chat to, Quality work, Honest, Very tidy. They left the work area spotless, covering it in protective sheeting and at the end of the work they hoovered the carpet. So pleased with the job and the speed of quotes and Guarantees is fast, I have had to wait weeks for some Companies but Atruss are very efficient and they put the Customer first.

Alex was professional, tidy and punctual. Would definitely use again.

Excellent damp proofer and plasterer. Did the work precisely on time and to budget, taking great care to avoid the mess and dust such a project can cause. Highly recommended.

Bought out first home and damp was identified during the survey. Alex came and gave us a really good quote and gave us advise on what we needed to do and as we had got many quotes we knew from discussions that Alex knew what he was doing and was reliable. His work was very tidy and done within timeline which he had stated before starting work. We would have never known he had been in once he had finished. Thank you Alex, we will most definitely be recommending you in the future.
