Faeeza was very friendly and helpful when arranging a damp and timber survey. Faeeza was very knowledgeable and therefore able to recommend just the service I needed. With regards to the survey, the results were very similar to the ones provided by the RICS surveyor. The price of the survey is reasonable, however, the quote for remedial works not so much; therefore, for now I’ve only hired the surveyance services.

Our survey date has not yet approached but our service from Faeeza has been 10/10. We're purchasing our first property and it's a long, tricky process - so receiving customer service like we have from Faeeza is so appreciated! She has acted speedily to meet our needs, her communication is great and you can tell she cares about her customers. I'd recommend Environ to others - purely because of the service we've received thus far.
It's the second time I use Environ's services for a survey related to a property acquisition. Faeeza has been very helpful, proactive and clear in all communications. I should receive my second survey report soon but the reason why I came back to Environ is that their reports and the care they take in explaining and clarifying every point helped me make informed decisions. We had a great experience refurbishing a room with Environ. This was a complex project involving damp proofing, joist strengthening, and new flooring. The team was extremely professional and delivered high-quality execution exactly on schedule. So far, so excellent! A surveyor was around very speedily - knew his job - and was a really pleasant and helpful person who explained everything very clearly. And by early the next morning we had a detailed written report, with everything explained - and an offer to have a call with us should we need further explanation. As an additional bonus, this is a local company - knowing the area really helps. We now have high expectations for any work needing to be carried out...

We instructed Environ in December 2025 to carry out damp and pre purchase surveys for us, including a CCTV drain survey and a drone survey of the roof and dormers. They were highly efficient, thorough and helpful, including providing follow up advice and clarification. They picked up and highlighted issues of which the present owners were completely unaware and which we would not have known about without Environ's survey reports. We were particularly impressed by and grateful to Terry and Benjamin, Natalie and Faeeza.
A small pool of water appeared in our cellar, usually following heavy rain. David Crane came to see us within a few days of us contacting Environ. He was very professional, polite and thorough, considering all possible reasons for the leak and explaining the options clearly to us. We received a very thorough report the next day. I have no hesitation in recommending him highly. (PS Environ - please supply David with a better ladder, more in keeping with his professionalism!)

I had Jordon over to a new property I’m buying to carry out a full pre purchase drainage survey, and I must say I was super impressed by the thorough and detailed report! Really nice guys which is always a help and I felt like they went beyond what I expected. I was so impressed I used this company again for a damp and roof survey that needed to be completed, prior to a renovation project in the same house, and they didn’t disappoint. Shambles of a company. Work was completed to a satisfactory standard but their admin / billing team based overseas is absolutely clueless. Sent me a quote which was queried and then confrimed. I was then told the ACO drain install was not included in the funds already paid. This is shown in the original quote and mentioned also in the confirmation email before payment was made ... and they stil tried to get me to pay more for something that was already agreed
We appointed Environ to resolve an extremelyyy complex roofing issue at our mansion block, where I am the appointed director. The problem had been reviewed by multiple contractors previously, none of whom were able to correctly diagnose or resolve it! Worried about wet rot, I asked Environ to check out my ceiling after a leak from upstairs property. They investigated and gave me the all clear with full report which is useful for insurance claim. They found the bathroom was not sufficiently ventilated so with a sigh of relief, the ceiling is painted and we keep the window open in the bathroom. I kept their contact on file in case I have any other problems in the future.

In December 2023 I used this company to take care of damp issues in my property and spent a lot of money, close to £10K. In 2025 the damp was back, just after one full winter. They give no warranties and when I called to try to resolve it, they started “handling “ me/ stalling it - classic bad service. They send you forms to fill information and photos you already sent via email and inform you that they will charge you to a visit back to assess the problem. They will reimburse you if they find liability on their side. I already know they will excuse themselves from any responsibility based on how they have been handling this. I just know the attitude. Avoid this company. Nicey nicey when taking your money, taking photos, producing colourful reports but there’s no after service and no accountability when problems arise. My property manager told me she had other properties that had work done with Environ and both had LOTS of issues. So I think it’s in the public interest for this to be known. Please do a lot of careful homework to avoid my situation. So my damages: lot of money for damp proof, problem not resolved, pay another contractor to fix / redo the proofing, spend more money with redecorating/ painting again the interior. I wish I had spent my money elsewhere to start with :-(

I have used Environ for over 14 years across my businesses and could not be happier with their service. Over the past year alone, they have completed a variety of projects to an exceptionally high standard, including the internal painting of our historic building, damp removal, intricate plumbing works, and most recently, the construction of a bespoke outdoor shed. The shed had to be custom-built to comply with the strict requirements of our Grade II listed building. It was carefully designed and crafted to fit around a couple of awkward edges, resulting in a unique shape that maximised every inch of available space—though you would never know by looking at it, as it blends in seamlessly. Both carpenters, Marius and Presley, were fantastic: professional, attentive, and respectful of my vision. They took the time to listen to my requests, kept me informed throughout the process, and ensured everything was cleaned up at the end of he day. We also have all of our pest control services with Environ and are extremely happy with the work they do. A special mention to Aaron, who carries out our regular pest control visits—he is always thorough, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Beyond my businesses, I have also engaged Environ for my rental property, where I faced an ongoing leak that multiple managing agent contractors had failed to diagnose, leaving my tenants frustrated. After contacting Environ, Terry and David promptly visited the property and identified the issue within minutes. The remedial work was completed within 48 hours, fully resolving the leak. I cannot recommend Environ highly enough for their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction. There quite literally isn’t a job they can’t do!

Emily has provided excellent customer service throughout this process. We booked a survey for a flat we are purchasing. The purchase has been dragging a bit, so I highlighted how important it was to have the survey and report in the shortest amount possible. My appointment was initially booked for the following week, but I received a call a few hours later to check if I would be available to have it the following day, due to a cancellation. On survey day, we received the report (quite well done, with pictures and quotes) before the end of the working day. Highly recommended company, it was a pleasure working with them.
Environ have been excellent. Friendly, helpful customer service on the phone. Today I had Adam, one of the engineers, proofing/sealing multiple entry points for mice and rodents in my flat. There were many cavities to seal up and Adam meticulously assessed the property over several hours. He was very respectful, friendly, and diligent. I felt confidence in what he was doing. A COMPLETE SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I got in touch with customer service to get a dampness specialist report done (after our generic survey), especially to help us understand an identified leakage better. She marketed the company as a specialist in this area and I felt like I've gotten to the right place... I sent them an email days before to highlight the areas in the property I wanted them to focus on (which customer services confirmed receipt of) but the surveyor completely ignored all this and sent me an extremely poor report. 4 passed days and I still hadn't heard anything from customer services to fix the issue (which isn't ideal when you are buying a house with a significant time pressure). A complete rip off with very rude personnel. This is a company that purely focuses on profit rather than service (please don't do the same mistake as me). There are much better surveyors out there.
I used Environ to remove black mould and apply spray to remove the mould spores in November last year and paid over £500. Unfortunately the mould returned within 6 weeks and Environ refused to rectify the situation. I was shocked at the many excuses the company used to avoid coming and rectifying the situation. Environ has responded to this review saying they will look into this. 2 months after my first comment noone has bothered to come back and the problem is far worst. Stay clear of these people.
Had Environ drone survey of our property to get a quote for various guttering and roof repairs. Received a comprehensive report, containing pictures of issues and details of how they should be addressed, with clear cost breakdown. Engaged Environ to carry out and project manage the repairs we wanted; very clear statement of scope & cost provided before work started. The team were excellent, very pleased with quality of work and attitude. Robert the PM made the whole project run smoothly and kept us informed about what was happening. Would definitely use again.

I recently had the pleasure of engaging Environ Property Services for a damp issue at my terrace house in Parsons Green, and I must say, the experience was highly commendable. The problem began with a mysterious dampness that we couldn't quite pinpoint. After contacting Environ, they promptly sent out Terry, a damp surveyor, to assess the situation. Terry was not only punctual but also incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly identified that the root of our damp issue was the paint used on the front facade of our house. It was a revelation to learn that the non-breathable paint applied was trapping moisture, as it prevented the bricks from breathing. This kind of insight was exactly what we needed. What stood out was Terry's ability to convey complex information in a manner that was easy to understand. His report was clear and concise, making it easy for us to decide on the next steps. We agreed to have the paint removed, which, in hindsight, was the best decision. I must admit, I hadn't anticipated the mess this process would entail. However, any concerns I had were quickly alleviated by the team's professionalism. They ensured that the site was cleaned up every day, which significantly minimised the disruption to our daily lives. I engaged them to do a damp investigation and was very impressed when Daniel (the damp expert) who called me immediately upon arrival at the property to discuss what he considered to be the main cause of the damp. He then went on to deliver a very detailed and useful report which was followed up with a zoom call to discuss the issues in person (along with Emily the account manager). Ben and Daniel have been working for a week to solve a problem of rising damp. I cannot say more nice things about them. They were wonderful: Not only professional doing a great job but always on time, always pleasant, always answering any queries I had but caring as well making sure every rubbish was taken out, cleaning up after every day. I highly recommend them as well as this company who is serious and reliable.
Im lost for words, worse customer service I have ever witnessed in my life. First, we scheduled an mould cleaning service, which they cancelled for some poor excuse and rescheduled 3 weeks later. Mould cleaning not being efficient and mould showing up 6 days later (our flat is very infected we had been warned that the chances of it coming back were very high so that’s not their fault) we then booked a PIV unit to be installed at 8am, which was cancelled at 7.58am for some other poor excuse. The lady who contacted us probably went back to bed right after emailing us as they then stopped replying to us and we were not offered another day. Finally, after the festive breaks We had the appointment today for 8am, they contacted us at 8.25am to reschedule it for 11 ! My partner and I have been requesting days off work and getting up early for nothing. Total of 2 months and thousands of pounds for the poorest service and still nothing done it our flat. Nice one. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else guys Update They cancel the appointment again. One week of wait again, an electrician came and butchered the plugs in our bedroom. Poor guy did the best job he could but he was clearly not able to carry and finish the job but he couldn’t. Now we are waiting for someone to come and fix the plugs, but they decided to ghost us. Thanks guys
UPDATE: We did have a subsequent conversation and the full amount I asked for was returned. ____ Paid £1600 for 3x moth bombings We screwed up the first visit (husband's work emergency) and had to pay £417 to reschedule. Steep AF but fair enough. I called back and set up another set of 3 visits. They show up for the first but not the second and third. These treatments require you to leave the house for 4 hours. so each time, I paid a babysitter to take my kids out all day, paid someone to take my animals on for the day, and paid my cleaner not to come. I called them back and rescheduled the remaining two visits. For a second time. Again, they don't show up for the next visit. But again, I've paid a babysitter to take my kids out all day, paid someone to take on my animals, and paid my cleaner not to come. Now I'm annoyed and asked for the original £417 back. Their two screw-ups to my one. A representative tells me that she can only refund me £208 because she'd already agreed to "half which is more than the hour that was booked". In addition to being rude and dismissive, her maths failed to account for the third four-hour window, which I had to incur £180 in external fees for. That's after the time and mental calories it took to set the whole thing up. Finally, these treatments are meant to be two weeks apart to be effective, but now they will be months apart. Conclusion: Avoid
I’m tentative to even share my story because they will likely just call me wrong and say I’m lying, but please, avoid this company. In short, I paid for a full mould removal, it was not totally successful, so I sent photos and called and they assured me they would send someone back out to take care of it. After several of my emails being ignored, i had to call yet again and finally succeeded in scheduling the follow up. However, when the man arrived, he was here for all of 5 minutes and shouted at me, saying “it’s stains, you’re wasting my time” and so I rubbed these stains and lo and behold, mould came off into my hand. They will say it came back in the weeks following the initial clean, but I have photos from that day as well confirming i am right. He continued to yell at me, and eventually stormed out, slamming my door, and telling me I’ll have to pay for this, I’ve wasted his time, but I’ve locked my door and will never trust this company with anything again. (Even after sharing all this with them, they claim it is “mould that grew back due to lack of ventilation”, and it’s my fault, not theirs. Please, hire someone else.)

I have used Environ Property Services Ltd twice now and both times have been excellent. Ben and his team attended site and carried out investigation to locate a blocked and overflowing manhole. The drainage was rodded jetted and mechanically machined, which unable to clear the blockage. Therefore, Ben and his team arranged for a tanker to remove the foul water from my property and carried out further investigations to locate the buried manholes, which was the cause of the problem, this was found by using cctv cameras to locate the manhole in question. Once this investigation was completed it was discovered that a pipe was dislodged in the manhole, once this issue was resolved and removed Ben tested all the internal services as well and left site very clean. I am now very happy that the foul waste and smell has been removed. Thanks Again,
I had rat activity in the garden, especially in the decking and I was absolutely petrified! A pipe was broken so I had a rat block done on my drains to stop them from coming in from Environ and they have not returned since! The staff I spoke with on the phone were very professional and helped me through this rat ordeal! Thank you very much to the team.
Somewhat belated review as work carried out some time ago. Two excellent crews, dealt with both drains blockage and resulting sewage clean-up. Situation proved more difficult than initially anticipated and both teams were very tenacious and worked extremely hard to achieve better than expected results. Sorry cannot remember your names. Worst drainage company. The boys that came in March to clear my blocked gulley arrived with two sticks and did not solve the problem as the gulley was blocks 24 hrs later. I paid £138 plus VAT and now they do not want to own up to the problem and want me pay half a callout charge for a specialist company they subcontracted the job to who are charging £300 plus VAT. After I protested they offered to pay the first hour but would leave me with a charge of £165 plus VAT more than the initial call out charge I paid for. After all they claim to be the drainage specialists. Don't use!

They took care to make sure that all elements of my property were taken care of, from repairs to the guttering and roof down to the like for like repointing on the exterior of the property. I have paid almost £500 for a service that other companies have done for free. ( after them I had 4 more companies that came to check the issue before invoice anything ) I asked them to check two gullies, they have recommended CCTV and Jetting over the phone. I have paid the first visit, the engineer couldn't conduct the CCTV to one gully because they had left the right camera into another van. I had to pay another visit ( they didn't show up at the appointment agreed and I have wasted a morning waiting for them ) Second appointment the engineer said that the gully was collapsed and they couldn't put the camera down. Of course this other visit was paid another £200. I have called another company to check and they have shown me that the gully was not collapsed and they could put the camera in. I am very disappointed with this company. I have wasted time and money. I am luck now I have found a more honest and reliable company.
Edit almost 2 years later: I have an electrical report stating that the fans were not wired safely. Our electrician actually recommended I report Environ to the electrical body. The PIV unit: I have an email from Holly stating the filter doesn’t need replacing. Checking the manufacturers website it states that the filters must be replaced every 18 months. To answer the response from the owners below: that is absolutely untrue that I requested a full refund, I requested what I paid for to function. I had to pay an external electrician £500+ to rewire the bathroom fans so it was safe and to replace the faulty one from Environ which probably wasn’t faulty but incorrectly wired (who knows). I requested a call from a manager and only when I left this review did I get one (to tell me nothing different than before and that it was my fault for not accepting their offer to pay more to send someone back)! You have refused to send someone back to correct a problem when the bathroom fan never worked unless you would charge me extra This is appalling and people who have any intention of using this company should know what to expect. Your answer is incorrect and untrue but again what else would I expect after the experience we’ve had with you. Initial review: Environ has fitted 1 air purifying fan and replaced our 2 bathroom fans with humidity ones which should start at 55% humidity. One of the fans never worked properly. It was stopping for up to a minute then restarting to which Environ’s engineer said it was “the wind coming from outside”. It then started making a loud noise but still not working properly so they sent someone who replaced it. After the replacement by the same engineer, it failed again to start when the room is humid. When I contacted them back within a few days, they advised that they would need to charge us for an electrical test (we paid over £2k for the whole system which that fan never worked!). I ended up calling our trusted electrician: the fan is cheap and faulty and wasn’t set at 55%. There is no backdraft fitted which explains the noise. The isolator when the fan was changed last time has been messed up and now doesn’t control both fans and we have no isolator for the other fan. It has been a poor service, poor work, lack of taking accountability, trying to charge us for a test when it was obvious the problem comes from their engineer who doesn’t seem to know what he is doing and using poor quality products. I am still trying to get them to be accountable. The fans were fitted in August 2019. Over a year ago and it still isn’t working and now they won’t come back unless they charge for a test which will be useless. I wish I had known before and would have avoided using them. These are simply the facts and I hope this review helps others and saves them from wasting money with Environ.
I had to pay quite a lot for the proofing and next day after completion, when I saw even more mice in the kitchen, I was told that I had to pay more because their work wouldn’t eradicate the problem completely. They said: the proofing has been completed however some holes might not be possible to proof so why did they make me pay so much knowing that they wouldn’t solve the problem at all. Not happy with their services. Before you pay make sure that you get a guarantee that the job is done properly.
We had some historic mould in our bedroom behind our then fitted wardrobes. We called to arrange a consultation which was booked and confirmed, only to then receive an email saying that our postcode was not covered by the company.. However a representative surprisingly did then arrive at the house and completed the inspection. Instead of the expected injection and taken back to brick, a PIV unit was suggested. The earliest date available was after our renovations and redecoration was finished, therefore we were worried about potential mess and damage being done to the newly finished room. However Ciprian could not have done a more professional job. He arrived exactly on time, made sure that every possible measure was taken to reduce dust and dirt being transferred around the house. Where he installed the unit, there was no damage or marking to the paintwork. Once the job was completed and he tidied up, you would not have known he had been there. I could not rate Ciprian's work more highly and we are very happy with the company on the whole.

I DID REACH OUT SEVERAL TIMES AND INFORMED YOU OF THE CRACKS AND YOU DID COME OUT AGAIN - BUT NO COMPENSATION OFFERED FOR MY EXTRA EXPENSES OR THE DAMAGE YOUR PLUMBER CAUSED. I HAVE EMAILS FROM JADE TO BACK MY CLAIM UP. I never leave a negative review but I am so disappointed in the extra costs I had to pay from their lack of information and poor service. This was my email to them: Am I getting this right. 1. You come to fix my wall and your guys say it was my responsibility to have my heater removed before they start work - but upon listening to the recording from Bryan - he specifically notes that it was down to you. 2. Then your guys need an extra day to finish the work which should have taken one day because we had to wait for your plumber, to which I say "no problem”. 3. Then I call to ask when the heater will be replaced and told I have to pay someone to come and refit the heater at my cost as it is “in the paperwork” - I had assumed that if it was covered under your responsibility to remove it, it would be yours to replace it but nevertheless, you said no. My painter and plumber will testify that the top of my BRAND NEW heater from my kitchen extension was nicked in two places - I bought white enamel paint to fix it and can show the amazon receipt to prove it. Your guys never mentioned it, 4. Then I follow the advice and waited 6 weeks to have it painted and NOW you are telling me that hairline cracks are to be expected and its down to me to pay for again? So I am paying AGAIN to have my wall skimmed and repainted. Their attitude and customer service is appalling and the cost wasn't worth using them in the end. They cost me an extra £300 to fix wall again and install heater. Never again...

So we have three houses being completely reburbished surrounding us. This has caused a mice problem for me and a rat problem for another neighbour. I called Environ as they were local - It was an excellent first impression from a lovely person called Ben, who understood my distress, and dealt with my issue very professionally in a very friendly manner. Their response was amazing and they came very quickly. I was very concerned what they would do as I have a dog, but they came very prepared with all needed on board, no having to leave and come back. When they arrived they were ready wearing full protective clothing and masks, and THEY instructed us on how social distancing would happen during the work. Thankfully no mice appearing now, and they have already booked the follow up. I am always honest in my reviews and will usually put in any downfalls, but honestly in the unusual times we are in I found a company that didn't say "Due to covid19 we are too busy and there's a wait" and more importantly they didn't double their prices like others during this pandemic. They were just professional polite and acted fast. Would recommend. Might push it and see if their joinery work is a good...

Have never had such a stressful and frustrating experience with any company. Our bathroom was left in an appalling state, and it took 5 months, and numerous emails, for anyone to come and acknowledge this and put it right. In the rest of the house curtain rails were put up crooked, and fell down. Grouting had to be re-done a number of times. A new door didn't fit and was left unfinished until we asked for it to be fixed. Nobody seemed to be overseeing the work, so nobody noticed until many month later that a shower pump that we had paid over £500 to be installed had never actually been put it. Chairs left outside by the workmen were weather damaged and picture frames broken, but not reported. The new carpet wasn't covered and was stained but not cleaned. A bedside table disappeared, when their workmen were the only ones with keys to the house, and they haven't accepted responsibility for this (my last two emails on the subject have been ignored). The house was not left secured overnight by the workmen (a window pane was left out, and the workmen climbed in through it the next day, having forgotten the key). These are just some of the problems we had. I would definitely not recommend this company.

Not super helpful on the mould removal front sadly. I was very hopeful given all the positive reviews here, but as I live in a flat and my bathroom lacks an exterior wall, they concluded they couldn't help me and suggested I contact a local painter/decorator and electrician instead. Rather disappointing.

Environ Property Services gave me an amazing service when a ex tenant of mine left the property in an awful state. They had to refit some of the kitchen units, fix some door frames and re-hang some of the doors, fix the toilet and sink in the bathroom and partially re-plaster the bedroom. I had some quotes from other local companies and Environ came in with a much better price. They also were able to start the job much quicker than anyone else I called. I chose to use Environ to deal with a damp wall, the whole process from beginning to end has been straightforward, well explained and they've managed to strike a pleasing balance between friendliness and professionalism. Everyone they sent over during the course of the work, as well as their office staff has been, nice helpful and accommodating. I hope not to need to use them again but if I do, I'll do so gladly!
I booked a visit twice to survey for a basement pump. Both occasions were no-shows and I did not receive a call; I and then had to spend time on the phone chasing up. The office staff are lovely and very apologetic, but I just don't think the company are reliable.
I wanted a damp survey undertaken with a view to undertaking some work. Twice they cancelled the day before they were supposed to attend. When they did not cancel, they did not turn up. They claimed that they called my house but as I sit ten feet from the front door I know they did not. They claimed they called me but then I discovered they had taken my phone number down wrong. I asked them to update my phone number and we re-booked.. On the day they called to give a time and I said that that might be difficult but I called back 20 minutes later and said fine. I called them four times during the afternoon, each time I was promised a call back but they never did. Fifteen minutes before the end of the period I called again and they told me that they had cancelled as I had told them it may be difficult. I reminded then I had called four times during the afternoon. They claimed that the surveyor had tried to call me twice. They still had the incorrect phone number on their system! imagine what it would be like if they were working in the house!!! Be very careful before working with this firm.
Sean and Jordon arrived early, worked hard to resolve the problem of checking my drains, and went the extra mile of trying to resolve the problem re access, which involved lifting up boards, and dismantling other areas. I would use them again.

I have been working with Environ on a number of different services for my properties. Faye has been exceptional and the team always professional.
Certainly NOT recommend. They offer a lot of services but in our case that means 'easy money'. We had moths in one of the flats in our building and we had let them check the other apartments as well. According to them we all had moths, had to do 2 treatments + re-carpeting (which of course they all offer). Smart as we were, we got ourselves a second opinion and it turns out we didn't had any moths in the house (apart from the first one mentioned) so bigger financial disaster was averted. I would believe them if they can help you with your problem but the way they get the job(s)/ give advice can be dirty business with costing services that are not needed...
These guys are the best, they have helped us with pigeons, mice, rats, wasps and flies and are certainly at the top of their game. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Keep up the good work!!!
Very impressed with Environ. From the moment I called right through to their visit, all of the staff have been very friendly and courteous. The technician arrived promptly and was helpful and informative and most importantly got rid of the mice! I would definitely recommend them if you have a pest control problem. Excellent service all round.
On 2nd visit engineer told us to call back in two weeks if the problem persisted however the lady in the office was unwilling to honour this and did not return call / check with engineer as promised. In retrospect this was a waste of time and money. All they did was lay poison and advise to cover air bricks. No effort was made to identify entry point and we still have a mouse problem...
I called Environ as I saw a mouse and had used the company in the past. They did not fill in any holes (the procedure has changed since my last visit), but delighted in showing me (a girl who is petrified of mice and lives alone), all of the holes that a mouse could come through that they were not going to fill. The guy also said that he could hear mice in the ceiling in the bathroom with a loud extractor fan on (I can't hear anything but the fan). I essentially paid £166 for someone to come over put down a bit of poison and leave me in tears (fearing all the mice that could enter my flat)...I will need to pay more if I want the many holes filled :-(
Got conflicting advice and costs from the man who came to the house and the office. Naturally if I paid more money then they could help.
Overcharged and did not complete the pigeon control job as quoted. We spent £750 for under 3 hours work (when quoted on the basis of a full day) and there is still work to do to proof the hole properly. Environ refuse to assist without additional charge according to an hourly rate which they will not cap. They seem to come up with a different excuse every time we complain and the matter is now with the BPCA. Do not allow yourself to be ripped off too!
had to get these guys out to sort my mouse problem out , that i inherited moving into this flat i rented temporary in west London, the previous national company i used... well known household name for this sort of thing failed to do the job ,or rid me of these bloody things , despite them coming out numerous times, at expense, Environ came out took on the job ,two weeks later ,no mice, came on time as arranged , guy knew what he was talking about and more importantly knew what he was doing , job done ,great service from a good honest local company, pete m,
