J.N Home Management Damp Proofing Specialists

Jamie did an absolutely fantastic job from start to finish. He was incredibly thorough and kept everything clean and tidy throughout the process, which was really appreciated. The invoicing was prompt and professional, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. The quality of the damp proofing and overall workmanship was outstanding, and everything was completed exactly within the timeframe he promised. It’s refreshing to work with someone so reliable — unlike many other tradespeople, Jamie turns up exactly when he says he will. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jamie and will definitely be using him again for any future work. An excellent service all round.

From start to finish, Jamie was fantastic. I was in search of a true professional, someone who would treat my home like their own. He's tidy, honest with work being carried out and reliable. I would recommend his work to any family, friend or colleague. I explained my issue, sent photos, he came and took readings, highlighted the problem, gave a solution and delivered in a time frame that exceeded my expectations. 5*

Very knowledgeable, completed the job quickly with the least amount of mess would 100% recommend

Fantastic job by Jamie. Worked over 2 days and left the job spotless at the end of each. Quality of work is excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Jamie's communications were top class. He did a job for my tenant. He was punctual, professional and friendly. He also gave excellent advice, showing a deep knowledge of the damp issue he cured for me. Many thanks Jamie. Best regards, Anthony

Finished work was to an excellent standard, Jamie cleaned up each day so very little mess considering the work meant going back to brick. Very reasonable price would highly recommend.

Jamie did a great job damp proofing our house at half the price quoted by other companies. Good clean worker and a nice, helpful guy. Would highly recommended.

Jamie did some damp proofing work for my elderly mum and from his initial survey through to the completion of his work, he communicated and explained superbly to me (in Southport!) exactly what needed to be done and the progress made. My mum wants to live independently in her own home and she felt safe and patiently talked to. Sadly this hasn't always been the case with some other visitors and I highly recommend Jamie for both his workmanship and caring attitude. Many thanks.

Very knowledgeable. Explained everything that needed doing and the causes of the damp that we had been trying to sort out for a long while and more importantly did exactly what he said he would do. Really happy with the job.

Brilliant service from Jamie. Had internal and external damp proof course. Jamie is so professional and explains everything he is doing. The workmanship speaks for itself self and I love how Jamie cleaned everyday to get rid of dust and rubble. I would highly recommend him.

Jamie did such a great job for me. I moved into a new house in December 2024 with obvious damp issues under the living room window, where black mould was starting to spread. Jamie did a thorough inspection of the whole house and identified two further areas of damp penetration, around the French doors in the kitchen and in the loft conversion party wall. In all these areas he treated the brickwork with DPC, and replastered. He also did some brick repointing at the rear of the house, which looks so much better now. I’m so happy with the results of the work. It was a lot to get done in one week, and I appreciated the daily photo updates so I could see the progress and knew what to expect when I got home, although there was never any mess. I’ve now repainted the treated areas of wall and they look great, no sign that any work has been done, and I have peace of mind knowing that these issues aren’t going to come back. If I ever had any further damp concerns I would always seek Jamie’s advice. I had been quoted double what Jamie charged by a different company which hadn’t even identified the main issues that Jamie resolved.

Jamie has completed a couple of jobs for us, very trustworthy and polite, his work is of a high standard and he makes sure he cleans up after himself and leaves your home tidy. I would recommend him to anyone.

J.N. Home Management did an amazing job in my home recently, it was very extensive work all through the ground floor. Jamie was very punctual to the times of arriving, and cleaned up daily for the three weeks of attendance - each room was left spotless!! I really appreciated this as I had to live in the property while Jamie carried out a complete damp proof course. Highly recommendable.Jamie also plastered an additional room which was separate from the damp proofing, once again highly recommended.Such a pleasant and professional man. Thank you.

Jamie has worked on over 10 properties for me, including my own home, and his work and quality of finish is always fantastic. Solved the damp problems every time.
