I honestly can't recommend this dry cleaners enough. I was having an absolute nightmare before my graduation. Everything was last minute—and when I say last minute, I genuinely mean the day before! I turned up in a complete panic with two suits still crumpled in their delivery bags, not even knowing which one I was going to wear. From the moment I walked in, the lovely ladies made me feel so welcome. They reassured me straight away, gave me genuinely helpful advice about which suit would look best, and somehow managed to have both suits beautifully pressed within just a few hours. The quality of the pressing was absolutely immaculate. They even provided me with a lovely suit bag, which was a lifesaver considering the state I'd arrived in! What really stood out, though, was how kind and caring everyone was. They wished me luck for my graduation, told me I was always welcome back, and completely turned what had been an incredibly stressful day into one I could actually look forward to. Thank you so much for your amazing service. If you knew the amount of stress I was under, you'll know that you genuinely helped make my graduation day. Clean and Press totally saved the day when my daughter's prom dress had stains on it at lunch time on the big day. They managed the fastest turn around on a dress clean they'd ever done and I had the dress back at 3.30pm beautifully cleaned and ready for her to wear for the big night! One word - BRILLIANT! I went to Clean and Press before Cheltenham Festival, looking for a next-day service to get my suit dry cleaned, ready for a day at the races. From the moment I rang them, the team at Clean and Press were incredibly helpful. I explained the situation and that I needed a next-day service. They asked how quickly I could be with them and actually held the clean up for long enough for me to get to their location. 4 hours later, I was picking the suit up! Would I use them again? I cannot give a more positive review to this dry cleaners. I had red wine spilled on my brand new light pink suit at a wedding, the staff were very reassuring and friendly and managed to remove every single mark. I went to collect 45 minutes after closing time on a Saturday but a very kind lady let me in to collect. Thankyou so much will recommend you to everyone great job!!!
I took 3 woollen dresses and a bouclé skirt to be dry cleaned. All look clean, tidy and smell nice. Lovely and hard working ladies. They are always very busy when I enter but they have a small chat with you if they have the time. You can park in front, there is always a wide spot for me to pull in. Give this place a try if you would like a hassle free experience and don't like busy environments like me.

This was my first experience of using a dry cleaners. After not having a functioning dryer in a shared house for months and washing backing up. I bit the bullet and found Clean and Press. The booking process was a little complicated online but phoned in the morning and explained it was my first time and wasn't sure how it worked. They took the time to explain their whole process to me and the different options I had. A lovely man came to my house to pick everything up and said he can't give an accurate estimate but had been doing it a while and just said it's not going to be cheap, are you prepared for that? I'll take it back to the shop and get one of the girls to give you a call with an estimate so you can have a better idea. Few hours later received a phone call from Carol who was so friendly and funny and gave me the high ball estimate (it was a lot!) and gave me the opportunity to have some things sent back if I wasn't prepared to pay it but said they would do their best to squeeze things in as much as they could and they'd give me a call when it was finished. They gave an estimate of about a week due to how busy they were and said they would try to have some important things finished by Friday. Expectations set were realistic and reasonable. So I was so pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call on Wednesday that everything was finished and ready to go!! Delivery booked for Friday morning, it's all been delivered and the lady that delivered asked if I had been with them before and again explained how their ticketing and payment system worked so I wasn't confused. Everything came back beautifully folded and organised into sections, even a little bag of odd socks! Attention to detail there was lovely! The whole process was just absolute magic! Everyone so friendly and informative, realistic and I never thought I'd be given an option to send things back to the house if it was too expensive. Was just so human and lovely. I was only confused in the first phone call but afterwards understood everything. Such incredible communication. I didn't think I'd use a dry cleaners again but without a doubt I'm going find things to send to them! Phenomenal, all the 5 star reviews are not lying!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I asked them if they could have a look at a dress I had taken to another dry cleaners which had come back with a note saying that the chocolate stains could not be removed. It didn’t look like it had been touched. The two ladies, sorry as I didn’t get your names, (Carole?) felt confident that they could help. I was absolutely amazed and delighted when I picked it up as they had done a fantastic job. I thought I would have to bin the dress but they have rescued it and I will certainly be able to wear it to another special occasion. The customer service was excellent and was evident that the staff took great care and pride in their work. I've just collected my wedding dress and WOW, what an amazing job they have done. We had a lot of rain on our wedding day so I had a lot of marks at the bottom of my dress and it's been returned as it looked originally. Loveliest dry cleaning business around. I took a fluffy cream winter jacket (which had a huge black mark across the back - a suspected strap stain) and a butterfly summer jacket to get cleaned here. They've come back sparkling, as if they're brand new! There's no sign of the awful black mark that was literally streaked from the shoulder across at all!! Thank you!!

So impressed! I took my puffer coat in expecting it to come out nowhere near as clean as it actually did. It had stains on it that were made last winter, from fake tan to mud. It was all removed and it only took a week. The staff are so kind and willing to take the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you so much guys! A lot of it had been in storage for a long time and had discoloured - they brought it up like new - I'm so grateful, as replacing it all would've cost me a fortune! I recently received a service, that in my opinion I feel I was overcharged for. I did not receive a written quote which was my fault for not asking and only agreeing verbally what I wanted (which has been disputed). I therefore feel that £650 for washing, drying and ironing was not a reasonable price when I usually pay up to £90 for a similar service, especially as it took over a week. I have spoken to Citizens advice, but as I had no written quote, there was nothing I could do except pay it and report this business to Trading Standards under the “Consumer Rights Act 2015 - Reasonable Price”. I have since received a number of legal threats. This is my honest account of my own opinion of what happened.
I have been a customer of this company for many years and have been delighted with the service I have received. The laundry has always come back in a pristine condition, beautifully ironed and well packaged. A special mention goes to Rob, who collects and delivers the laundry, for his pleasant, friendly and unfailingly cheerful personality. We have some lovely small rugs and wall hangings acquired on overseas visits and decided to get them cleaned. No laundry labels of course, but Clean and Press were very helpful in examining them and agreeing to clean them at reasonable cost. I've used this dry cleaners several times now and I've been absolutely blown away by the results and service. They took a very precious heirloom coat that had lipgloss exploded all over it, and I was convinced it was going to be stained to some degree forever, but this dry cleaners not only entirely removed all trace of the stain, the rest of the coat also looks entirely like new! Their customer service is friendly and second to none, I would trust them with anything and recommend them to everyone!

Absolutely amazing service! I dropped in 3x white shirts that were heavily marked and had not been properly cleaned in a long time. I also needed them within a very short time. Clean & Press explained it would be very tough to get the shirts back to white but they would give it a go. When I collected the first they were all a brilliant bright white like they were brand new again. They went the extra mile by cleaning them 3 times over and did all this within a few days turnaround time. Thank you very much!
I've always rated Clean & Press as a great Dry Cleaners but have to say I'm amazed at the high-quality of their repair work. I had two pairs of ripped jeans that I thought were ready for the bin but took them in on the off-chance something could be done with them. When I came to collect them, I couldn't believe they were the same jeans! Lovely staff, great prices and highly recommended.

I needed a repair to a WW2 silk union flag apron where the silk had pulled away from the edging. They did an amazing repair that is totally invisible and obviously spent time and care on it. The price was incredibly reasonable too and I will certainly be using this service again and recommending it to everyone in sight. Brilliant.

Really professional repair carried out on a pair of Napoleonic period reenactment trousers. There were two bad rips in the material which have both been really well repaired. It was important that the trousers retained their 'campaign' style look and the repair has gone way beyond my expectations. Many thanks indeed. Second Review: Wonderful! I've just had some repairs done to a reproduction Napoleonic French habit (long tailed coat), that had a small burn hole in the arm caused by either a wood cinder or black powder and which also needed a button reinforced on the shoulder. A long seem for one of the turnbacks also needed reinforcing. The button gets a considerable amount of wear and is used as a support for an epaulette and gorget. The button has been resewn and reinforced. The repair to the burn is such that it is hardly noticeable now and the turn back is looking great again. This is the second time i have used the repair service and I am genuinely really pleased not only with the repair but also with the prompt friendly service and great value price. Highly recommended.

I’m moving to nearby Whitchurch very soon but even though this won’t be my local I will definitely use the delivery and drop off service. Rob and his team have been a great help to us with our new Airbnb property. We were able to order all the linen which is great quality at competitive prices with a next day delivery. Just phenomenal. The lady who runs this is amazing. She gave me loads of advice about a few jumpers I was about to charity shop. She then got a deep stain out of an expensive white shirt, made that and my other white designer shirt look like new. She took a grease stain out of a newly purchased woollen zip top I use for work and repaired a pair of Ted Baker shorts perfectly. Truly top service where you least expect it!

Great staff..service is brilliant. Had my wedding dress cleaned and boxed and they have done a super job. They really care. Very competitively priced too. Would definitely recommend for both simple jobs (they are reliable, quick and you get a good finish) and special ones like my dress.
Staying at a nearby hotel and used Clean and Press for our laundry. Our washing was picked up and returned clean and fresh the next day in a handy little laundry bag. Great service and communication from Rob. Will definitely use again.
Rob and his team, on Stockbridge Road in Winchester, are really helpful. We hired the Clean and Press Carpet Cleaner and it was a really good machine. It’s amazing to see the dirt hidden in your carpets! Clean and Press in Winchester do excellent dry cleaning and laundry too. Convenient opening times and they deliver too.

Fantastic service! We have used Clean and Press for dry cleaning, made use of their carpet cleaner and shoe repair service. We would highly recommend them. Oh and they have a very handy drop off service with Pickards next door to them, so very handy if you need to drop things off out of hours.
Used Clean and Press for a month now since moving to Winchester, always welcomed with a smile and service is always of a high quality. Location is great being near the station for those who commute daily, ideal for drop of and pick ups !
