I am so happy with the results my dress had food stain i was confused what i will be doing so i searched for cleaning shop and found this shop in google with good review .I went there staff are professional and person who took my dress for cleaning he was so polite and professional he describe me about my dress he even said to me that my dress had no instructions for dry cleaning but with his experience he said it can be done with a little bit of risk that my dress colour could be faded . He said Dress with sign P can be easily cleaned while sign with F Varies how the fabrics colour is dyed sometime Dress with F sign loses colour but not all F loses but Mine had none of them No F no P so i took the risk and results was so satisfying stains gone no colour faded Dress looks new Sometime its better to listen professional than doing ourself will be visiting here again Thank you so much once again Class 1 dry cleaners for your service.😊🙏🏼
I've taken my clothes to Class1 Dry Cleaners for over ten years, and commend their excellent service. No matter the stain or creases, the garments always come back as if they are new. The team take time to check the dry-cleaning processes and advise if there are any risks. Real attention to detail. Their pressing is the best. Friendly, family run business on the local high street. Mary Portas would be a fan!
Ajit was really lovely and took the time to explain the pros and cons of dry cleaning a dress - turns out there is a difference between "F" and "underlined F" symbols. However for a very reasonable rate he was happy to try, he explained the risks fully and the dress turned out beautifully. Great care and attention, and great customer service. Also dry cleaned a wool suit very quickly and did a great job on that too. Would definitely recommend Class 1, A*** service.

I took my daughter's prom dress to Class 1 Dry Cleaners last Friday as it was too big at the back. I didn't even realise they offered alterations, but Mina worked wonders! The alteration is completely invisible, and the dress now fits perfectly. A huge thank you to Mina and Ajit – such a lovely, friendly couple. Excellent service, fantastic workmanship, and very reasonable too. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be using them again!

Took my Wedding dress and a couple of the press studs snapped off in the dry cleaning process and they very kindly replaced all four of the press studs so they matched. Very friendly, quick and professional service. I’ll be back. Thank you

Had two duvets cleaned here (double polyester and king wool) and they were given back looking better than new. They do free home pick up and delivery within a certain distance and very reasonable charge if you're a little further out, which is handy if you're working from home and can't make the opening hours. There was initial confusion around prices because of the website layout but explained when I went in and still reasonable prices. For prices, initially click on 'Schedule pickup' (not 'View pricing') on the main page, and then 'View our price list'. Very reliable and really happy with the service.
This is the second time I have used Class 1 Dry Cleaners for a wedding dress and both times I have been impressed with their attention to detail and thoroughness. The dress was worn on a beach and had a train, so was quite dirty but it looks as clean as if it had never been worn!
Stunning service in time of need. Caught short at the end of a long overseas trip with a pile of laundry that needed doing fast. Totally saved by the wonderful Rajit, who delivered to our stay without charging the earth. We were over a barrel. Magnificently treated. We will remember Winchester very fondly.

Had my daughter’s wedding dress cleaned here. The service was so lovely and friendly, and they were very professional. The dress was ready for collection exactly when they said it would be. They have done such a brilliant job. Her dress looks brand new, every mark and stain removed. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Had some mystery marks on the back of a dress. I wasn't sure what they were or how they got there. Not only were they able to get them out they managed it very quickly. I wasn't sure they could do it but they did. Highly recommend. Fantastic service!

Cream linen jacket with some red wine stains on the lapel, made much worse by my amateurish attempts to clean. Fantastic service when cleaning a coat for me - i was very nervous that it would not be as puffy after being washed (it couldn't be dry cleaned). They spent time talking it through and reassuring me they'd cleaned similar coats in this way successfully before. The results are great and I would highly recommend them. My husband also uses them for his suits and is equally impressed!

I take in a item that's dry clean only. It has yoghurt and coffee on it. I point out the stains. The lady tells me nothing is pre treated before it's cleaned. She puts on yellow stain stickers. I decided not to leave it here and instead take it to clean and press in Stockbridge road who not only clean it perfectly but remove all marks and stains without any fuss. I now know where to go.

Fantastic service! We needed a man’s linen-mix suit dry cleaned fast, in time for a wedding the following day. There were also some stains that needed attention. Four hours later a text came, informing us that it was ready to collect. We picked it up and the suit is as good as new. Thank you so much.
These guys saved me today! Ketchup up all down a very new and fairly expensive coat. I took it to Johnsons who failed to get it out and didn't appear to care. This couldn't have been more different... they knew just what to try, no guarantees, but it worked! And you can tell they care. Really recommend.
I took two pairs of brand new curtains in to have the creases removed, it wasn't easy as they are velvet but they did a fabulous job. Am so pleased and would not hesitate to recommend this service
I have a very special white cashmere coat that I have been bringing here for years. I wear it a lot and it does get stained sometimes. Every time I think it's beyond saving, Class 1 make it look brand new; beautifully pressed and completely refreshed. The service is very friendly and thorough, but with a quick turnaround for items, you don't have to wait long. If I want to buy something that's dry clean only, I just go ahead now, knowing it isn't the tiresome pain or effort it used to be when I couldn't find a dry cleaner I trusted.
Class 1 did a perfect job getting some bad stains out of a light blue suit without affecting the colour of the suit at all.

I went for the first time to “Class 1 dry cleaner “shop, as had good reviews. I was very anxious, as I wanted him to dry clean my very expensive dress from Condici. He did a superb job and was very helpful and professional at all times. He did a trial for the beads first , called me to reassure me , and let me know that it was all good and got on with the dress. He was certainly out of my way, (Locks heath- Winchester) but I was prepared to make the journey asI do not trust the local dry cleaners near me. I will recommend him to anyone who has a delicate item to be dried cleaned. He is second to none .

I take all our family dry cleaning & mending here as I can’t sew. It’s done to a really high standard - invisible mending from armpit rips to whole hems. They’ve just replaced the zip on a pair of jeans so I’ll get another few years wear out of those 😄. Super-friendly, knowledgeable staff too.

My wife and I have used the excellent laundry and dry cleaning services of Class 1 Dry Cleaners in Weeke for over 6 years. At all times it has been efficient and prompt. The personal service is extremely friendly and courteous and we have seen from our weekly visits that they enjoy an excellent relationship with their customers We have never had a problem and their charges are very reasonable
The worst dry cleaners experience of my life. The service was overpriced. The man who works there was extremely rude and dismissive. To top it off, they ruined 2 of the 4 items they cleaned. I'm so shocked at how bad Class 1 Dry Cleaners was, I'm simply embarrassed for them. If someone from Class 1 Dry Cleaners sees this, please do not bother contacting me, no refund or apology can make this right. I am through with you.
