For the past year, they have also been regularly cleaning the bin stores around our residential area, and the difference they have made is incredible. Before they started, we had a serious rat problem — you could literally see rats running around the neighbourhood as if they owned the place! Since Ace Bin Cleaning started looking after the bin areas and keeping them clean and properly maintained, the situation has completely changed and our neighbourhood has finally returned to normal. Their hard work has made a genuine difference to the whole community, not just to individual customers. They are always prompt, thorough and clearly take pride in what they do. Our bin desperately needed a clean after the heatwave! Easy to book online, payment taken and booking confirmed almost instantly. Bin was cleaned a few hours after being emptied and you'd never know how gross it was before. Can't recommend Ace enough!

The process is very easy - you don’t need to be home, you just pop your bins out on collection day and they take care of the rest. Really easy to book, just left my bin out as normal for collection and when I went out after work it was clean - I didn’t even hear anyone come, absolutely no sign that it had happened other than a spotless bin - didn’t even set my dog off!

Great company. Bins are cleaned when scheduled to be and to a high level. Often my neighbour puts our bin s in after they have been collected and Ace have no problem with bringing them back out to be cleaned and then return them once done. I have had difficulty with other companies in the past with communication however Ace Bin Cleaning are fab with their communication. Easy payments with several options for paying including upfront and direct debit. Even paying upfront I receive an invoice after every clean. I would highly recommend Ace Bin Cleaning.

Never thought I’d be leaving a review for a bin cleaning company… but here we are 😂 Honestly, my bin smelt like something had died in it and started paying rent. Ace Bin Cleaning turned up and now they smell fresher than my bathroom. I’m convinced they performed some sort of black magic because there’s no way those bins should look that good. Friendly guys, turned up on time, no mess left behind and my neighbours are now suspiciously staring at my bins with envy. 10/10 would recommend. My bins have had a better spa day than I have.

Great service from my initial contact to Ace arranging multi bin cleans. I was kept updated on when the service was to take place, as three bins were to be cleaned on various dates. One of my bins was not emptied by the council (shocker) on the day the clean was to commence. So, Ace were amazing at getting me booked back in once the council had emptied said bin. Payments were taken after each bin was cleaned which is a great service to provide 😀 The gentleman who visited was conscientious of other road users whilst cleaning the bin and replaced back once cleaned. The bins were spotless and smelt great after! Unlike prior to the clean 🤣 Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use this service again.
The most hassle free service. Only needing to know the approx time the bin would be emptied. On this occasion someone had put dog poo at the bottom of my mums bin, she had put the rubbish on top. The stench was unbearable. The bin was cleaned to perfection. And a reasonable price. £15 My elderly mother was at home and they were so kind, thoughtful and reassuring to her. I will not hesitate to use this company again in the future. We have no affiliation with the company and this is an honest review. A very good service.

My garden waste bin was in a really bad state and it looked as good as new when they were finished. I was out the front when they were cleaning them and they even asked if I'd like to check them before they left to make sure I was happy. Really lovely people.
Initially I asked for just a one off domestic waste bin clean but I was so impressed by the service I have now asked to have this done every 8 weeks. Highly recommend! I booked last night for our black bin to be cleaned today. The guy arrived shortly after our bin was emptied. Our bin hasn’t been cleaned for years and was gross, especially after all the hot weather! It’s now literally sparkling and smells nice! 🤣 thank you so much! The guy even put it back in our bin shed once he’d finished. We are now booked for a monthly clean and a one off clean next week for our recycling bin. I’d also like to add how easy and straight forward it was to book and pay online! I’ve now set up a direct debit for extra ease and peace of mind having one less thing to remember!
