The staff at Myhomeclean were very helpful on helping me find a day and time suitable for our cleaning visits. First booking couldn’t have gone any better, the cleaner was polite, practical and went the extra mile to get on top of our cleaning needs. We have booked them in every week now and look forward to our future visits

This company haven’t dbs checked their cleaners in years and don’t plan to according to Chris, neither do they hold any liability insurance themselves and when questioned Chris tried to counter act this with the comment that “any criminal could set up a cleaning company and no one would know” - which was a red flag response as a business owner myself, especially when questioning the safety of children in the property. I’m sure the service would have been good as per the reviews but it’s common sense to ensure you’re always protected in your own home against damage, loss etc and of course knowing the person entering your house has had the relevant up to date BASIC background checks ESPECIALLY with children in the property. Bad form MyHome clean.

Today we had a visit from My home clean, and WOW the standard is amazing ie it was like they installed a new kitchen sink. Our home looks and feels like a show home and smell amazing, so if you are looking for amazing cleaning service then this is the cleaning company for you excellent value for money.

They cancelled on the day and time they supposed to come and clean. Saying parking was an issue after being twice to my house. There is payed parking right in front of my door for two hours and plenty of free parking at the back! Just the fact of cancelling on the same day and time they supposed to come. Kitchen cleaning was just wiping surfaces. Not even moving the equipment around. Very disappointing service.

Was not happy that I was not given a refund when the standard of cleaning was not up to scratch, this is basic decent customer service. I was told that a deep clean was not arranged. What I asked for was to focus on the bathroom, as there are only few areas I ask to be done in 2 hrs slot and rooms are small. I just think it very important to acknowledge and respect feedback given and show respect to the client. Friends weee around that day and were the ones to encourage me to put in complaint. I budget carefully to afford a cleaner and need that money to not feel wasted.

Super easy to arrange and very flexible to cover my needs. The booking was super easy and the staff on the phone were helpful and polite. The cleaning lady that came did an amazing job completing all the tasks I had mentioned and went the extra mile cleaning my oven for me!

Negative stars if I could give. I highly doubt the credibility of all other reviews. This guy , Chris, was very polite when he needed the cleaning job but post job he was extremely rude and arrogant. He provided the worst of services with absolutely not worthy cleaning done and I ended up getting my deposit deducted for his poor job. He sent only one person to clean the 2 bedroom house and all that person did was spent time at the property not cleaning anything well. His mail and verbal commitment mentioned cleaning of kitchen appliances where oven was not even touched, fridge was cleaned with marks/spots still there. Carpet was just vaccummed for namesake and no marks were cleared at all. He has now stopped responding to calls and emails. The surfaces were left dirty and sticky. Staircase carpet was not even vaccumed saying cable could not reach there. Bathroom was also left in bad shape. This was just a total rip-off. They took all the payment one day ahead of the job and now not even bothering to reply to communications. Worst company ever. Never ever go to them for any service even if they offer it for free. Response to Chris's reply - A man full of lies. First you say my review is fake then you give a one page explanation. You have the time to reply to this google review but not to my multiple e-mails and calls ?? That simply shows how genuine you are!! Only if someone were to listen to your voice calls to show how you talked (worst tone ever) and what all you said to my wife. Talking about the pics which you claim here that I took before cleaning, I have also shared the timestamps of each picture with you because you wanted to claim I am lying. Those timestamps clearly showed pics were taken after your worker left. Talking about the mix-up on Monday you had the courage to say that but did not say you charged me extra money for that second appointment?? That too each time you deducted the money 1 day in advance of the job. Come on man try to be truthful sometime and work hard to earn money. You think(and try to show) this review is to claim that money from you, tell you what keep that as donation from my side so you can use it to learn some professionalism and how to do good honest work. Another lie you mention was 6 hours your person worked ?? She left the place in 4 hours 50 min. with the worst kind of job done. Yes I was not in the country but my friends were there and your worker did not want to clean in their presence because they asked the work to be done properly. My friends took all the pictures and videos and shared with me so it was not necessary for me to be physically present. Even the new tenant and landlord have confirmed the extremely poor quality of work done by you. And for your records I was in another property as a tenant before this one for twice as long as this property and I cleaned the house myself and tell you what not a single penny was deducted from my deposit even when an agent was involved in that property. I wrote the review to make genuine people aware of facts about you so that they can be saved from this trap. I stand by the the facts I have mentioned.

I regularly use this service provider as they are competent, friendly and professional. Easy to change a booking if plans change, the person in charge of booking the cleans is great with communication and responsiveness. Cleaners always do a great job. Always keen to take my feedback. Would highly recommend.

Worst cleaners ever!!! Google should provide a negative star rating option as well to mark these kind of non professional people & businesses .Don’t fall trap for the fake positive reviews posted here. These might be posted by the fraud owner and his equally fraud team. This is not at all a professional cleaning company. Do not ever opt them for end of tenancy professional cleaning. This guy Christopher/chris initially will talk very nicely when he has to give you a quote and post cleaning when you see that the property is not at all cleaned then he stops responding to your calls, messages & email. He deducts his charges in advance and you loose your money post cleaning because the house is not cleaned and eventually the owner charges you again from the deposit. For cleaning a 2 bedroom end of tenancy house, he just sent 1 cleaner(a lady named Emma who was very rude) with no professional cleaning supplies or equipments. Most of the areas were left as it is. When we told him we are not satisfied at all with his services he stopped responding to our calls & emails. Attached are the post cleaning pics(I have many but attaching only few) which are a proof what kind of services they provide. STAY AWAY from these cleaners & avoid loosing your hard earned money.

I used this service for a one time deep clean and I can tell you my home is back to how it first was when I moved in. Ovens and carpets cleaned to perfection and for a great price

I used this company for a one-off clean. The whole process from booking to the actual cleaning was easy and quick. Sarah, arrived on time, she was very friendly and got straight into the job. I've seriously never seen my oven this clean. 100% would recommend.
