I manage a residence for over 65's who did not want to risk having carpets left damp for daysfollowing a clean with resultant smell. Bone-dry offer something completely different and I cannot speak more highly of the work done and products used. Malcolm went the extra mile, cleaned areas he had not included in his quote, kept his appointment date, arrived on time and did an exceptional job at stain removal..... Our carpets look new. This is a rare service provider who not only does what he states but more than and I would not hesitate to refer others to him. Thank you Malcolm.
This was the very first time I have ever got my carpets cleaned and was really scared as I had never had it done. Malcolm was so reassuring during the whole process! He was so polite, professional and had a great sense of humour. My carpet was literally 'bone-dry' and was amazed at how high quality the service was. I would 100% recommend Bone Dry. Malcolm was so friendly and helpful and went out of his way to collect keys to be able to clean our house. He did a fantastic job and the carpets looked like new with no drying time or smell. I have used a different company in the past before I moved down to Bournemouth who came to clean a stain from the top of the stairs, but it ended up much worse as the products used attracted more dirt. Malcolm was also a life saver and helped me out recently when my little one was sick all over his carpet. I didn't think I was going to be able to remove the marks but Malcolm at very short notice gave me some stuff to use that not only got rid of the smell, but completely got rid of all the stains. I love that the procedure is safe for pets and children and I wouldn't use anyone else. We had a great experience.
We have used Malcolm twice now for a very high traffic carpet deep clean in a busy tourist attraction with plenty of children. He is always completely professional and punctual. Our carpet always looks amazing after he’s been. I like the technique that they use, (i.e. it’s not wet cleaning) which is very effective. Will use again. 5 stars and thanks.
I have an 18 month old and I was growing increasingly concerned about the state of our downstairs carpet in our rented accommodation. I have had the carpets cleaned before and after a few days a nasty smell arose. I was recommended Malcolm by a friend, and was impressed from the minute he came round for a consultation. His knowledge and use of organic products (safe for baby) and the fact the carpets would be dry immediately after sounded too good to be true, but on the day everything was as promised. The carpets looked completely different and the room smelt lovely. As promised it was bone dry! Along with this Malcolm is so lovely, he really took his time to answer any questions I had. I would heavily recommend Malcolm.

Malcolm was very rude, lied about prices - his shoddy service costed me double! I trusted his quotation & promise of dry carpet but carpet was wet for few days, soaking wet in places, and left multiple stains. He refused to come back to fix it, now it will cost me more; lost deposit when I will leave flat :-( Avoid at all costs - rogue trader of the worst sort!! PS. Reply from Malcolm suggests that this review was posted from USA?!? Let me get it straight: it is about poor service provided in Bournemouth. And posted in Bournemouth. I have know Malcolm for some time now and seen him in action in my former place of work. He has done to jobs for us. One for my mother in law and one for our son who had just moved in in his flat. Malcolm and his helper were great and did an amazing job. The price was competitive and the result excellent value for the results. We had a very tight schedule and Malcolm managed to fit us in. We are very grateful and would highly recommend his services.
