We had a large wooden decking area and stone patio that was very dirty and stained. Shane gave us a very competitive price to undertake the work and promptly arrived when he said he would. I was very impressed with the equipment he used, it was gentle on the stone and wood, but so effective at cleaning it. The patio looks brand new, I couldn't believe it. The decking looked fantastic and is no longer slippery and green. Would 100% recommend this company for their professionalism, quality of work and good pricing. Thanks again

Gave him and his guys the opportunity to clean up our algae stained back garden decking and rendered white walls (post winter discolouration) and WOW what a great result they achieved for us, with no fuss and no disruption! We have had a moss covered roof for years. We contacted Neptune to clean our roof which they have now done with amazing results. The roof looks like we have just had it re tiled. Great guys to deal with & left everything clean, tidy & all done in 2 days. Cheers Shane for your hard work.

I used Neptune for my 4 bedroom property in Locksheath, was recommended by a neighbour who highly recommended Shane from Neptune, on calling Shane I was giving a quote over the phone and he arrived next day to complete the task at hand. The job before and after was amazing, great customer service, I’m now signed up for a 8 weekly clean with Shane to keep them up to the high standards he has set! Dan was brilliant. As a lettings agent, I needed to arrange a one off clean rather than a course for one of our properties. Loads of other window cleaners simply said no and hung up. Dan was open to suggestion, accommodating, super friendly and helpful. I certainly will be using Neptunes again for any future cleans we need for one of our 300 properties! Thanks again Dan :)
Customer service has been brilliant, I was useless at getting back to them due to having a baby, but they were extremely accommodating and my windows are gleaming! I'm so pleased with the service. Both the guys are really friendly and easy to chat to.

Today was our first using Neptunes's window cleaning service and we had Daniel for the job. He was not only extremely polite, but incredibly on task, exceptionally professional, kind, generous with the time he spent at completing a window, gutter and cladding clean. Terry, who handled the consultation and booking, was thorough, patient and very understanding. All in all, amazing team of men! Highly recommend. We've never been managed to get someone on a regular basis as we've never been satisfied with the services received before. Today, safe to say, we've found our regular window cleaning service provider! Beyond pleased
