Top job. The team came in and did a deep clean of our 3 bedroom house after being away for 2 years. We went out for the day and when we came back it was immaculate and totally restored to how it was before we left. They even cleaned all our windows. Another amazing clean by the ladies in pink as my little one loves to call them. Today's clean must have been very difficult on all accounts, messy rooms from my wife and I being very tired due to the birth of our 8 day old daughter and our 5 year old being on his holidays, which gave us not enough time to do a quick tidy before our awesome cleaners arrived. But, as usual, our cleaners were beyond the best, giving us assistance, keeping our little boy entertained throughout the clean, and finishing the house to the high standard only Bright & Beautiful have achieved. I've never had a cleaner at my home before but on a friend's recommendation I approached Bright & Beautiful. I'm so glad I did. Emma was lovely and we hit it off at the initial meeting and she made me feel that nothing was too much trouble. Rachel and her team turned up when they said they would and I left them to it. I could hear all the bustling going on downstairs and the occasional coo-ing over my inquisitive dog. They were all lovely and when I went downstairs after they had left I was so happy with the result. A brilliant service and a decent price to get my weekends back to myself. The pressure is off. I have a fair bit of experience as a customer of local cleaning companies, over several years. The Chandler's Ford based Bright and Beautiful are by far the most professional and polite team I have used. The communication prior to the clean, with Emma, was excellent. I knew exactly what was happening and when, there were no hidden costs, all quoted up front. On the day Emma met me at the property with 2 other members of her team. All 3 were very friendly, nothing seemed to be a problem for them. I left them to it, and when I went back, the quality of the clean matched the level of professionalism I had already experienced with them. It smelled fresh and looked gleaming, they must have worked extremely hard to create that transformation. Highly, highly recommend.
I love the fact the cleaning is done with a team so the cleaning is done in a flash and you don't get disturbed for very long. Excellent service with very friendly ladies.

I found this company to be very efficient and professional. The manager, Emma, was very pleasant, helpful and attentive to detail and the two girls, Agnes and Kate, who had the unfortunate job of cleaning our dog orientated house, did a fantastic job. It was wonderful to come home to!! I would highly recommend them.

I have used Bright & Beautiful for over 3 years now following my divorce. I work full time and have two children. Something had to give and I chose the right thing to outsource - my house keeping! Many of the team have come to clean my house, change bed linen and take care of the ironing and they have all honestly been first class. It feels like a hotel when I arrive home on a Friday evening. I have to give a special mention to Amy France who has cleaned and supervised the clean here for the last year. She was a delight, always happy to see you and nothing was ever too much trouble. Took great pride and understood how important this was to me with my busy schedule. Following the COVID shutdown I was delighted to have my first clean today which was done by Beth & Faye. What a day to come clean in 30 degree heat! It felt like Christmas had come early - they had to work around me and my kids all on line with work and school, but this didn't phase them at all. The house is immaculate and not a fleck of dust anywhere. It smells divine and I think I could eat my dinner off the kitchen floor! Thank you so much! As said, many have worked here and all are great. I just had to mention Amy for the past years hard work and Beth & Faye for making my day today after such a long break!

I swear these ladies must be magic, I could never get my house this clean and tidy no matter how hard I tried. We had a spring clean service and have signed up for fortnightly cleans following this. I love a clean and tidy house and it's a great feeling to come home to a clean and tidy house, especially as with a 3 year old and another on the way, I just can't find the time or the energy to do the standard of clean I like myself. The girls are always cheerful, quick and reliable. They seem to cope with everything that is thrown at them , new puppies, a house full of people and disorder throughout the house. The house always looks good when they have been and it is a pleasure to have them here.
Extremely professional, a band of friendly and efficient ladies arrive with all the necessary cleaning tools and products and quickly, quietly and thoroughly work their way through their list. Nothing seems to be too much trouble, even mountains of ironing miraculously reappear a few days later with the B&B ironing service. I could not recommend them more highly.
After much research and looking at reviews we chose Bright and Beautiful. My daughter has recently given birth to twins and with a 3 year old as well she was finding the upkeep of the house very hard work. The team have been brilliant and taken a huge weight off of her shoulders. I've just started using Bright and Beautiful, and had my initial clean last Friday. I am very impressed with the professional service that I got, right from the first meeting with Sandra. The cleaners themselves were very professional to, they kept me informed of everything, and even went round with me at the end to see if I was happy with everything, they were also very friendly to, and where more than happy to fix something that wasn't quite right. I would 100% recommend them
