Many thanks Andy to you and your team for the refurb of the upstairs and hallway of my house - it looks wonderful and I can’t wait to move back in!
All the innards of our toilet cistern broke so we couldn't use the toilet. Andy managed to slot us in, at short notice, and Charlie came to do the work. The difficulty for him was that the cistern was stuck to the wall with silicone. He managed to get the cistern off with no damage done and eventually replaced the workings, so we now have a flushing loo. We're very impressed with Charlie and with Andy's efforts to fit us in. Andy and the team did a fantastic job with the property refurbishment to get it tenant-ready. The major aspects of the job included painting and decorating the whole property and kitchen refurbishment to change worktops, cabinet doors/hinges, cooker/hood, kitchen tiling, etc. Andy managed the whole process end-to-end whilst I was away, including sorting out EICR, gas safety cert, any remedial works needed, and he is really pleasant to work with! The property was left in a clean and tidy condition, showing great care for the furniture and carpet already present in the property. We recently instructed Premise to carry out the external decoration of our property. Premise recently completed a full refurbishment of my newly purchased house, which was in poor condition and required extensive work. The project involved roofing, wall preparation and painting, relocating the boiler, replacing heaters, and renewing the bathroom, among other tasks. It took approximately four months to complete. The Premise team, led by Andy Page, did an excellent job throughout. They were friendly, highly skilled, tidy, and consistently reliable. I’m very pleased with the outcome and would gladly return to them for future projects—provided they have the availability to prioritise my work.
Chris, who decorated our 4 bedrooms, was hard working, personable and efficient. Every evening he cleared up and vacuumed. Andy checked in regularly and arranged for a couple of other jobs to be completed. I have no problem recommending this business.
Andy and his team are absolutely brilliant. They repaired the significant damage from a water leak to my kitchen ceiling and finished it all to a very high standard and were very polite, clean and friendly.
Sadly, I don't know what's happened with PPM. We've used them previously with very good results, but on the two occasions since 2020, (the last time being this week), we've wanted them to do some work and they've failed to return our calls. Tbf, the first time, PPM were honest and said their plasterer was off sick, but this time, (we needed a roofer), no returned calls. Hope all is well, as you were a good company.

Very professional and knew exactly what i needed doing for my house repairs. Completed works in an acceptable time frame. Would definitely use them again.
We had one room replastered, with a join repaired between a stud wall and solid wall. Also artex ceiling skimmed and coving replaced. We also had a brick replaced outside, a leaking tap and kitchen sink outlet replaced Andy and has team were really professional, an accurate quote was given on all work and the work was completed quicker than I expected. Pete J in particular was really friendly, always kept me up to date on what he had to do, and made a very tidy finish on the plastering. Also left the room in a very clean state. Will be using Premise again.
I’ve used Premise for a variety of jobs over the last 18 months. Ranging from small jobs, bathroom rebuild, right up to a new roof. And I will continue to use them. Always a positive experience. Top workmanship from all trades that operate under the name.

Really happy with the service provided by the team at Premise. I only required 2 power points to be made safe prior to plasterwork so had an electrician come round before and after the plasterwork to make safe and then reconnect them. Another,(unrelated) issue occurred during the works and Andy was really helpful, quickly organising the electrician to return, troubleshoot and fix the problem. I would happily recommend their services.

Everyone involved went above and beyond what was required to ensure the best quality of workmanship. I gave one less star as we had to wait longer than anticipated to get the work done, but I understand why they are so busy with the great service they provide. Had to have work to my bathroom unexpectedly. Shem made 3 visits and each time he worked hard, efficiently and to a very high standard, leaving no mess afterwards. I am delighted with the overall finish and would not hesitate to recommend Premise Property to anyone.
We'd highly recommend Premise. After a mains pipe burst causing significant flood damage to our whole downstairs, Premise carried out work for us over 6 months. Throughout this time they were professional, supportive and responsive to our situation. They remained patient and flexible whilst we waited for our property to dry and as work plans changed numerous times; and very helpful with my 101 questions. This approach remained despite my highly indecisive nature and me adding more things to the 'to do list', Everyone from Andy managing the project, Samie in the office, Anna in accounts, and the workmen (builders/carpenter/painter) who completed their high quality work on our house - thank you, we are forever grateful!
I employed Premise Property Maintenance Ltd. to renovate our apartment after flood damage which affected every room, taking it all back to bare brick. From first contact, receiving quotes, choosing the spec and all work completed, Andy and the team from Premise including sub-contractors working on behalf of Premise was carried out in a truly professional manner. The project management with Andy was excellent, communication through Samie at the office and with Andy directly was always efficient, organised and accommodating. All my choices, instructions and input were welcomed and carried out exactly as I requested. One huge obstacle with the whole project was that I was 235 miles away and couldn’t travel due to the lockdowns and then with Covid. So not ideal. However, this was not a problem I supplied the keys, and all the work was carried out perfectly. I was regularly updated and sent photographs of the progress. Not only are we extremely pleased with the final result of our apartment, but we are also excited to have found a reputable, respectable, trustworthy company to use again in the future.
Had a complete ground floor refurb: back door bricked up, lounge/kitchen wall knocked through and stud wall and pocket doors installed, reducing size of lounge and doubling size of kitchen. Lamiate flooring, new sockets and assorted changes and painting throughout plus hall stairs and landing. Guys turned up bang on time each day (almost 7 weeks in total), great standard of workmanship and each team often went the extra mile to make sure we were happy as we progressed through. They must have had specialist training in cleaning up behind themselves at the end of each working day as every effort was made to give us as much free space for the evening. They even made a big fuss of the dog, who was much impressed as well. Would highly recommend and we are well pleased with the results.
We engaged with Premise for a significant renovation of our kitchen and family room in addition to the decoration of the ground floor and the building of a new porch. Quoting - Andy supplied clear and fair pricing providing a full breakdown that was agreed ahead of works. He also helped massively with understanding what was possible and had sensible suggestions to help us realise our ambition. Work - the vast majority of the trades used to complete the work at all stages were all excellent. Knowledgeable, skilled and responsive to the evolving needs of the work. If there was an issue with any work it was rectified quickly and without issue. Finish - the final finish was brilliant. Everything looks amazing, works brilliantly and is what we had hoped for.
Andy and his team have completed a few small jobs (eg. replacement taps) and a large renovation after flood damage including fitting a bathroom, utility room and flooring. The quality of work was good, I was kept informed and they are reliable.
They provide a good service - kept us updated and the work was of high quality. We have had a number of jobs done and they make sure the work is completed to a good standard. Staff are pleasant and trustworthy.

Very poor - booked them to do a wide range of work to me as I have little spare time to organise contractors myself, so wanted someone who would manage the process and check the quality of work for me. Prices are 50-100% higher than hiring someone directly and for this I got a sum total of 2 cursory visits from the manager in the first week during around 40 days of work - I basically had to manage everyone myself. The quality of the trades themselves varied from good to very poor (electrician in particular - many issues had to be fixed by a different electrician later), and for work that was on an hourly rate, lots of breaks and extended trips to buy materials. Many of the bills had to be queried - if I hadn't been checking them I would have ended up paying for many hours' work which wasn't done and materials used on other clients' projects. After initially showing up when agreed (and me emphasising before booking them that the work had to be done in one block), trades were taken away to do other jobs and at one point they refused to send anyone for 2 months whilst the billing was in dispute (which I was correct on and they eventually credited) - in all it took around 6 months to complete roughly 40 days of work. Will never use again.

we had insurance claim on our flat due to water damaged... Premise property were happy to help us . they were very professional and tidy. I would recommend them and will use them again when needed. Their communication was excellent.
I'd highly recommend Premise. I had them work on my ground floor, replacing joists, new flooring, plastering work, new skirting boards and decorating throughout. They were efficient and kept me informed the whole time. They turned up when they said they would and started nice and early each day. They also accommodated stepping off and on my project to account for unexpected issues. If I were to need any further work I'd definitely go to them.

Premise Property Maintenance have just completed a 5 week full refurb of our 3 bathrooms, ripping out the old to bare rooms and doing all of the carpentry, plumbing, tiling, decorating, fitting and electrics. Premise saved the day when my electric boiler mysteriously failed overnight. They were able to send an electrician to check out the issue the same day as the heating engineer visited. Premise identified the problem and organised repairs, which were completed the next working day, returning my hot water! I felt looked after throughout- communication was excellent. Andy and the guys have recently finished a project whereby we knocked through into our garage and converted it into a new kitchen creating a big open plan space. We cannot fault the quality of their work throughout the build, and they have been very flexible and accommodating when we have asked to do something off-plan or extra. Communication was really good and at the end of every day they always left the site looking clean and tidy. We would not hesitate to use them again and I would highly recommend them for any building work or project that you are looking to do.
Full home refurbishment Selected Premise from a quotation process of four local companies. Premise stood out as they were very thorough on their initial visit, ensuring they understood our requirements, offering guidance and recommendation and actually undertook a measured survey providing an accurate and considered quotation. Duration was significantly affected by COVID-19, but overall actual works inline with expected timings. Good quality finish, with fair consideration to tidiness, particularly as we remained in occupancy. Additions undertaken and completed in line with quoted figures. A job well done. Will have them back for future works.
After the floods earlier in the year pre lockdown Premise did a great job on repairing the roof and then just recently, post lockdown they have been able to complete the repairs and redecoration to the ceiling. My tenant is very happy with all the work which has been finished to a high standard. Very professional communication from the office too despite all the extra challenges recently. As a landlord I would highly recommend their roofing and decorating services.

Andy was a pleasure to deal with and his team were all prompt, professional and polite. I engaged Premise to strip, plaster, decorate, change lighting and add additional electrical sockets in my dinning room so that I could set up a home office/studio. I am very pleased with the result; this has transformed a dark and dated room into a really sharp bright and modern environment. The quality of finish achieved was spot on, in particular Peter Jackson’s work on the plaster and decoration was first class. I will use Premise again and will recommend them to friends.

Company illegally parked one of their vans in a private car parking space without the owner's permission and did not leave a contact number, forcing the owners to park away from their home. This is disappointing behaviour from a company that should try and be more respectful to the rights of the people that live in the flats they are visiting.
Couldn't get any sense out of local roofers to sort out a problem with a cracked roof tile. Friend recommended Premise and I emailed them with the problem. Job sorted promptly and courteously. Now using them on other projects...will,also pass on their details to others as personal recommendations count .
Won't go anywhere else - we now have three rentals and PPM will be given all three at end of tenancies to bring up to spec. These guys are competively priced and do a really great job - thanks Andy and your team!
