Dorset Joinery Ltd is praised for beautifully crafted work, including oak doors, traditional windows and staircases, with customers valuing the quality, careful fitting and support throughout design, planning and installation. Reviews often describe the team as helpful, thorough and passionate about their craftsmanship, although one customer felt disappointed with changes made to a staircase design and the standard of some joinery.

Very disappointed. Having spent months planning my staircase Tony persuaded me to adjust the design. I realised later that this was simply to make the project easier for him. Some aspects of the joinery aren't as good as I'd expected either.

From start to finish Debbie, Tony & the team at Dorset Joinery were amazing. We have received a beautiful oak door and side panel, complete with frame and couldn't be happier with everything - the door is stunningly beautiful. The quality, service. fitting has been faultless. I would use them again in a heartbeat for beautiful crafted wood needs. They have been thorough in the process from beginning to end, guidance with product choice, advice and aftercare

Dorset Joinery is a wonderful company. I recently had them replace rotting windows in my grade 2 listed property. The replacement windows are of superb quality and decoratively beautiful and fully traditional so it matched the rest of the property. Not only were Dorset Joinery great throughout the installation process, they fully supported us throughout the lengthy planning permission process, fulfilling conservation requests and providing plans in a timely manner. This is truely a company of artisans, they have great passion for what they do and they excel not only in their craftsmanship but in their customer experience. If you truly value quality and beauty I would highly recommend you use Dorset Joinery, if they give you even half of the service I was provided with you will have an amazing experience and a home to be proud of.
