Ian made a bookcase and reinforced stairs and built a new shelf for us. His work was great quality and fairly priced. He’s a tidy worker and we would gladly use him again for future projects.

He discussed all the options, intent on giving us a result we liked rather than the most profitable for him. He explained the schedule and kept to it. Ian is a master craftsman and a great bloke too! He fitted me driveway gates and a couple of runs of feather edge fencing. The work was top quality, everything done exactly as discussed and on price, incredibly punctual and does what he said he would when he said he would! Ian has just completed his fourth carpentry job in my home and garden. All have been completed on time, on estimate and are of great quality. Ian is thoroughly professional, comes up with excellent ideas and has all the relevant skills to execute them. I have no hesitation in recommending him as I have already done to friends.
We first encountered Ian some little while back when an oak outer door was jamming. A familiar and fixable problem caused by the elements?. Perhaps: save that, in this instance, Ian's diagnosis was that the underlying issue was the very manner in which the door had been constructed. In next to no time, he'd solved the issue and the door has never given us another minute's trouble. Such that when a similar jamming issue (to do with building settlement) arose recently in relation to a couple of interior doors, we regarded Ian as the go-to carpenter. As before, the work was carried out expertly, promptly and at very fair rates. For good measure, he assembled an item of flat-pack garden furniture which had arrived with damaged but, in the right hands, fixable parts. Did I mention his can-do mentality and the care and attention to leave no trace of a mess behind?. Do yourself a favour: make a note of Ian's number🤙.
Ian built us some custom wardrobes for our Daughters bedroom and build us a lovely banister made of Glass and wood. He was very professional and tidy and we have already recommended him to more friends and family. Thank you Ian.
Ian designed and installed a new airing cupboard and dismantled removed the old one from site. The workmanship was excellent and the price very reasonable. Ian is a clean and tidy worker and also very friendly and pleasnt to deal with. Also, he turned up exactly when he said he would. I thouroughly reccomend him.

The BEST service I have ever received! Ian was super quick to respond to my enquiries and completed the job in the given time. We also had a few set backs on our side but Ian so professionally worked around them and even completed a few little jobs in between too! We are thrilled with our brand new built-in living room cabinets, which Ian custom-made to fit all of our belongings. The level of skill, accuracy and attentiveness of Ian’s work is unbeaten.
