Oly was the third carpenter we contacted. The first two took measurements but didn't provide quotes or respond to messages. Oly sent a quote complete with a drawing and we made a few alterations. Oly built the bookcase at his workshop then fitted it perfectly in our almost 100 year old house with wonky walls. The bookcase is extremely good quality and exactly what we wanted. Oly was very respectful of our home and a very tidy worker. I would not hesitate to recommend Legacy Bespoke Woodcraft for any carpentry needs.

I cannot recommend Oly highly enough. He has undertaken six projects in our home over the summer, on site for six weeks. The projects included a 4m wide floor to ceiling storage and shelving unit, a four doored wardrobe fitted in to the eaves and a hall storage unit. Each project was finished to an exceptionally high standard. He was incredibly helpful with ideas and design solutions, he's practical and extremely communicative throughout the process from quote to completion.We are so so pleased with all of the projects, his work has immensely elevated the finish of our house. On top of Oly's excellent craftmanship and incredible high standards, he is tidy, has a beautiful work ethic and is also a genuine lovely guy. Would not hesitate to use again.
Oly removed some existing shelves and replaced with 6 bespoke cabinets. On his first visit he completely got the brief - matching the beading with the beading on our doors and the need for bespoke skirting as new skirting isn’t as high as what we needed for it to match with the rest of the existing. It took him 2 days to remove and fit them and we’re extremely happy with the result. Oly is a really skilled carpenter and a pleasure to work with. We will be (hopefully!) working with him for the rest of our carpentry needs on our house renovation.
Thank you Oly, you made a fantastic job of making and fitting our wall to wall built in bookcase. This wasn't a straight forward operation, being an old cottage there wasn't a straight or upright wall to be found. You wouldn't know though as Oly scribed in the corners beautifully. He's a nice chap to and it was a pleasure him working in our home. Highly recommend, you won't go wrong in engaging his woodcraft skills. 5 Stars

Oly fitted did a fantastic job fitting my new kitchen. He was on time each day and was very understanding when I had to delay the job by a few days. He made a very stressful experience a lot more tolerable and kept me sane! He always left the work space clean and tidy. He was also very good with the dog. Oly designed and created all the cabinets in our utility room incorporating dog beds and huge Belfast sink/dog shower. He created a pocket door and opened up the staircase using spindles. Cheerful, accommodating, tidy, flexible and creative! We’ll be definitely asking him to come back for loads more jobs. Top fella!

I can’t recommend Oly enough! Aside from being a totally lovely, hardworking guy his craftsmanship was second to non, an absolute pro at what he does! He completely nailed the design, and it wasn’t an easy one with difficult wall angles and nooks and crannies! He worked tirelessly to create a wardrobe that works for me, asking my opinion at every step of the way! He totally went above and beyond even help me design a cat wall and box out of left over material, which the cat loves!! He’s reliable, honest, conscientious and wasn’t phased by anything- changes in design, he wants you to be happy and puts his heart and soul into everything he does! He’s a great communicator, punctual, tidy and finished ahead of schedule an all round great guy! So happy we were recommended him and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services to anyone! Super happy with my wardrobes and will be calling on him again in the future to build the other bedrooms wardrobes! The wardrobes are sturdy, built to last and I love them!! We had our bathroom ripped out and redone with panelled walls and built in cupboards and shelving, new flooring, new window board and architrave and all the walls boarded prior to bathroom installation. We also had a wall panelled behind our bed in the master bedroom. Fantastic service and workmanship, a true perfectionist with outstanding attention to detail.
