Evan could not have been more helpful to us. From his efficient communication at the start, we then encountered bigger problems than we anticipated and Evan went out of his way to help us manage this and continued to stay in touch throughout. Can't recommend him highly enough. I can also guarantee that the standard of work is very professional.
Evan came to fit some flat packed kitchen wall units in our utility room. He did an excellent job, very happy with the result and it was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend his service.
Evan built our under stairs storage and did a fantastic job, he did multiple consultation visits to guide us through the different material and finish options and reviewed and refined the design to ensure it was the best fit for the space and our needs. He provided detailed quotes for different options and the finish is great.
Evan came over and took on the task of fitting bath panels. The craftsmanship was top quality and he takes his craft very seriously. We are very be happier with it. Bathroom looks lovely now.
Evan replaced some damaged chipboard floorboards for us. We’re really pleased with the quality of the work completed. From first contacting Evan, he put a lot of effort into understanding what needed done and the scope of the problem we needed fixed. He was reliable, communicative and left the area clean and tidy each night. We’ll definitely be asking Evan to complete future carpentry work for us.
We are super pleased with the work that Evan has completed for us. He has shelved our under stairs cupboard exceptionally well. His design for the space is creative and absolutely maximises the storage available to us. In our kitchen, Evan has added three beautiful oak shelves to create an open pantry. He has a real eye for detail in that the shelves match our existing furniture really well. Evan has added shelving in our ensuite bathroom and an additional shelf in a storage cupboard and replaced a broken shelf. All of this work was clearly documented in the initial quote and communication was excellent throughout the process. There was a small delay with some of the wood but this was dealt with very professionally and has not detracted from our complete satisfaction with the work completed. We have no hesitation in recommending Apex Carpentry.
Really happy with the bespoke wardrobe Apex Carpentry built for me. Evan was great to work with – super easy to communicate with and really listened to what we wanted. Everything was done in a timeframe, and the attention to detail is spot on. You can tell he’s a perfectionist. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fairly complicated bespoke media unit designed and built by Evan and panelling installed up 2 flights of stairs. Not only was the craftsmanship faultless but he was a pleasure to have in our home. He worked tirelessly and always cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day. Having received other quotes, I found him to be price competitive. I cannot recommend him enough.

Evan from Apex Carpentry fitted a mortice lock and handles to one of our doors. The whole process from quote to booking the work went very smoothly. The Apex Carpentry team have just finished building 5 custom bookshelves in my home. The spaces are unusual, as it’s a listed building and the walls aren’t exactly straight, so it’s definitely been a time consuming & laborious process for them. The end product is great and I am extremely happy. The team are diligent, creative, work tidily and are extremely professional. Evan came to install a tap onto our bespoke waterbutt and did a brilliant job. We then asked him to create a garden bed using some sleepers and we’ve already received compliments on how good it looks. Would highly recommend and we already have further work booked in with him!
