Graeme came highly recommended from a family member. I wanted to update my kitchen without having to have a new kitchen. Graeme came out and I explained to him what I wanted to achieve and my budget - Graeme gave great advice & we decided to change my tiles, worktop, sink, tap & handles. I wanted to purchase what I wanted myself but Graeme was always on the end of a text to guide me through buying the right items. On the day Graeme & Josh turned up on time & got on with the job. I am extremely happy with the end result. Graeme & Josh are extremely pleasant & polite people & I would not hesitate to use them in future :)
We recently had a new kitchen, window and flooring installed by Cobb Builders. After contacting three builders for quotes and advice, we chose Graeme because of his competitive pricing and excellent design suggestions. We are so glad we did; his insights and advice offered long before we even picked our kitchen were invaluable. Once the project began, Graeme and Josh managed every step seamlessy. They were a pleasure to have a around: always on time, cheerful, and incredibly tidy. They talked us through the plan every morning and ensured we were happy with every detail before moving on. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly impressive. We've not only found a reliable building team but feel like we've made new friends in the process. Great guys, brought us cake on his Birthday and carried on working on our Garage conversion. Helped bring the shopping in when we got back from the shops too. Went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the build with regular updates and showing me around as they progressed. Everything was completed to a high standard and really clean and tidy finish. I now have my man cave! Thank you Graeme
Graeme did a wonderful job laying a patio for us along with some other house alterations. He is a super friendly guy with good knowledge and experience. He's hard working and has meticulous attention to detail. would definitely use again and would recommend to others.

I wanted a rather big extension on the side of my house, I searched the internet reading a few different reviews looking for builders. I came across Cobb builders . He came out to look at the job and got back to me with the estimate , exactly when he said he would . It came in on the average cost. I got such a good vibe I went with it. Graham then came up with a payment plan that suited us both and payment was at the end of different stages of the build. That was a big relief not spending out large sums at the beginning. I was never hassled for payments which made the experience of the build a lot less stressful. Graham always kept me updated and always turned up when he said he would. They worked hard and also put some long shifts in . Graham is upfront and never let me down and always left it clean and tidy . The building inspector came out a few times to have a look and sign off different stages of the build and was extremely happy with their work with no complaints. I would definitely recommend Cobb builders and I will be having more work done by them in the future.
I employed these cowboys and conmen at beginning of year to board my attick out, all my electricity blew in house electrician found a nail driven through cable,thay also fitted a radiator in bathroom which when the heating was commissioned leaked inside wall i had to get another company in to do repairs at my cost because these guys after saying send bank details and we will sort it for you failed to respond to any of my calls and texts so I ended up £200 out of pocket not a good experience for me thay conned me
Called up Cobb Builders for a brickwork job and to fit a new window at the front of my property. Graeme completed the work to a very high standard and I couldn’t be more happy with the job! Just what we wanted. Outstanding work, and an all round great guy. Thank you very much! 5 stars all day

Had Gray and Josh in to build an extension and renovate the internal of the downstairs of my house. It was an exemplary job and we are so pleased with the results. The lads were tidy, turned up on time and when they said they would and we were kept in the loop throughout the works. We had other quotes prior but they came in very competitive and everything was explained and transparent which was reassuring. Cant recommend these guys enough and will definitely be using them in the future.
Very pleased with Graham’s work. He and Josh did a complete makeover of a small apartment - kitchen and bathroom fitting, plastering, tiling, decorating, plumbing. All to good standard.
Cobb Builders have completed two separate projects at two different locations for us. We appreciated the quality of work on the first project so much that we gave them the opportunity to do a more extensive project on a granny flat that included a new kitchen and bathroom. Their professionalism, communication, punctuality, quality and price are well worth it. I would highly recommend this company. Great guys.
