Bahram spent a lot of time and care going through our plans and suggesting some brilliant improvements. This is far beyond just a building quote or drawing plans, he looked at our work holistically and was honest about what we could do. « The quality of the work carried out by Probuild360 Significantly FALLS BELOW THE STANDARD EXPECTED OF A PROFFESIONAL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY », the conclusion of the Registered Expert Structural Engineer on Probuild360’ s construction work on our house (January 2026) Parts of Probuild360’s structural work on our house extension/ renovation were found to have been performed with unacceptable craftsmanship, which resulted in compromising the structural stability of the building. Just One example: Excessive heat was applied during the modification of the two existing structural steel beams, which has penetrated the web of the beams and significantly weakened them. The beams were also cut very roughly and inappropriately (pictures will be attached soon). Due to Probuild’s craftmanship, these beams are now deemed unsatisfactory and now need to be replaced. Probuild360 were keeping these unsatisfactory beams in our Home and have been fiercely denying that there is anything wrong with their works. The Building Inspector has rejected these structural beams (due to Probuild’s work on them) and has requested their replacement (February 2025). Two Structural Engineers and a registered Expert Witness Structural Engineer have also concluded that Probuild’s work is unacceptable and have deemed these beams, as modified by Probuild360, to be unsatisfactory and require replacement before further works can continue (January 2025 & January 2026). A few limited comments on Probuild360’s reply to our review: This project is not “historic” as claimed by Probuild360 in their reply. It is Current, On- going and Unresolved. The house remains a building site and unfinished. It is disingenuous from Probuild360 to claim that they have ever offered any resolution. They have Not. On the contrary, they always have and still are, claiming that there are no defects in their works and there is No corrective structural work to be carried out by them. We found ourselves not only having to deal with Low Standards of Construction Work (the very opposite of this company's marketing as a high standards high/ quality construction company), but also we found ourselves dealing with a company management that would fiercely defend construction practises that are widely Unacceptable. And at times, unfortunately , would do so with dishonesty. Just one example; Probuild360 were found not to be following the structural engineer’s instructions, which in itself is a problem. But further dishonesty came from management, when in writing, within official communications, claimed that Probuild360 had acquired alternative structural engineer’s instructions and were following those instead. It has been proven that there were never alternative structural engineer’s instructions. This was a dishonest statement by management, in writing. We are delighted for everyone that has had a positive experience with this company. But there are multiple people that had negative experiences. Probuild’s marketing team actively has negative reviews removed. Over the last 12 months, Probuild360 had enough negative reviews removed from Trustpilot, that IF these reviews were published, the statistics would have been 50% negative, 50% positive (can be seen on Trustpilot’s website under review- probuild360.co.uk- transparency). To clarify, reviews were Not removed due to Trustpilot concluding these were untrue or wrongful, but on technicalities. Probuild360 attempted to have this Google review removed three times to date.
I initially contacted Probuild with high hopes and the full intention of using them. I even told them up front that they were our first choice. It took me a few chasers to get them to look at my extension plans but nothing too terrible. They gave me a range quote and said they would give the full quote once we had our structural drawings/calculations in place. We provided those on 7th August but had no reply. Chased it up on 13th August and were told we would have the final quote week of 18th August. The week came and went with no contact so I chased again on 27th August and 1st September with no response either time. As a final attempt, I called on 12th September and was told that the director would look at the plans over the weekend and 100% get me a quote on Monday. Guess what...when I called on Monday I was told he hadn't even looked at my email until that day. Now I've been told I'd need to wait another week, despite them dropping the ball for over a month so far. The director, Bahram, has completely dodged giving any apology for the service. We've gone elsewhere. Given how they behave before they have your business, I dread to think how it would be once you were stuck with them! Perhaps spending more time responding to emails/calls and less time writing long and aggressive replies to reviews would result in fewer poor reviews. Edit: As expected, the director Bahram has responded to my review on Trustpilot (a copy/paste of this review) to call me a liar and to say I was never told I would have a quote by a particular time. Unfortunately for him I have the receipts. I have now uploaded screenshots of the emails I’ve described here. To be clear, I approached him directly with all of these dates and info and he took no accountability. Had he actually apologized for the poor service I would not have left a review. Him doubling down and calling me a liar shows exactly what kind of man he is.
Pro build 360… The most appropriate company name I've come across in quite a while. We used this team of professionals to partially renovate and extend our tired old 1930’s semi. Having a need to get the job done quickly and efficiently and having poor knowledge of the industry as a whole, we decided to go with what we hoped was a safe pair of hands to take the project from start to finish. From the first meeting with Bahram though to the architect, office manager and various department heads, all the guys and girls were warm, personable and great communicators. This professional team made the experience easy for us, they completed on time and to a high standard. They were also considerate to neighbours and very tidy!! Obviously this level of service comes at a premium but you really do get what you pay for. Special mentions for Matt Harris - top man, down to earth and didn't mind all our stupid questions! (There were many), Alexandrea Major - nailed our Kitchen design with minimum of fuss and Callum the head chippy. We also feel it's worth noting that despite our project been very small by pro build standards, we were never made to feel like our project was any less important. There must be a consistency of high service delivery standards ingrained in this company. Thanks to all at PB 360.

We moved into our home eight years ago with the plan to extend and remodel, but life got in the way after having a child. We always knew we wanted to make the house work better for our family, but couldn't find anything on the market that suited us. So, we decided to make our home work for us. Our main goal was to create more space downstairs, with a larger kitchen and an open-plan living area. We also wanted space for work and leisure, including a dedicated area for our daughter’s music practice. We found ProBuild360 through local ads and recommendations from friends and family. We were particularly impressed after seeing a neighbour’s renovation project and hearing how highly they spoke of ProBuild360. We wanted a partner who could manage the whole process from start to finish, as we knew we wouldn't be able to do it ourselves. DIY was no longer an option for us, and we both agreed it was time to bring in professionals. ProBuild360’s all-in-one service really appealed to us. We’d heard horror stories about building projects dragging on, but ProBuild360’s approach was different. They took ownership of the entire process and completed the project on time, which was such a relief compared to some of the never-ending projects we’d seen nearby. They were always just a phone call or WhatsApp message away, which was a huge difference compared to other contractors we’ve worked with. What we appreciated most was the teamwork between all the specialists—externals, interiors, and electrics. Everyone was on the same page, which made the project smooth and fluid. We could talk to one person about interiors, and they would know exactly what was going on with the electrics and externals. This collaboration made everything easier and more efficient. The end result has completely exceeded our expectations. The light the space brings in, and how it connects the outside with the inside, has really given us a new way to live. Our neighbours were also very complimentary about the team. They were impressed by how tidy, polite, and professional the builders were. If I were to advise anyone starting a project, I’d say have a vision, know what you want to achieve, and definitely call ProBuild360. Do your research, find a reputable company, and make sure they take ownership of the project. You don’t want to be chasing different companies for the same issues. Managing the project ourselves wasn’t an option for us. We wanted a company that would take responsibility for everything and guide us through the process. We recently had the pleasure of working with ProBuild360 for our home renovation project, and I can confidently say the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Simply brilliant! Why juggle a load of tradespeople on a project when ProBuild takes all the hassle out out of it! I got them in so they could modernise our kitchen and lounge, and the quality was second to none! Everything from the building consultation, through the design phase and the building work itself was outstanding! Great communication throughout and a very detailed building and costing schedule allowed us to keep on top of the project without the stress. Working with ProBuild is like having a warm hug and you feel like it's your family doing the work. We have used Probuild 360 a number times over the last few years for various projects including, electrical works, roofing, underfloor heating and some complex structural remodelling of our home. We have found the whole team to be incredibly professional, knowledgeable with a real eye for detail. The whole experience is of such high quality, from the initial conversations where multiple design ideas are proposed in line with our budgets, right through to the respect and quality workmanship of the various trades out on site. We have not always been an easy customer and have changed our mind on designs etc during the various projects but the team at probuild have always been patient, worked around us and provided us with invaluable advice along the way. We would highly recommend probuild and we wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future for any of our next projects.
I can't recommend Probuild360 enough. We have had several of their knowledgeable employees come out to our house to sort various issues. Max Parinchy went out of his way to make sure he could send someone round promptly. Regardless of how small the job they take pride in their work and customer service. They are thorough with their work which unfortunately is not always the case in the building trade. Well worth the money!

Having just had my home build and renovation completed I wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone that worked on the project and to feedback on our experience. The scale of the project was not far off having the whole house rebuilt and so it would have been daunting without a build partner like Probuild. Our entire project felt like we were taken on a journey. We weren’t the builders, or doing any of the work, but we were made to feel like we were part of the team. Being surrounded by people that are so knowledgeable, was very reassuring. Like in all houses, there are quirky things that require clear communication between the teams. In ours, there is a small arch detail feature that could easily have been ignored but it has been done so well. Because everything is in one place at ProBuild, it was just easy. Everything, from the finishes to the teams, is just of a great quality. I remember coming in and seeing the plasterers working on the walls, and I just thought “he is plastering like his life depends on it”. It was obvious that he was great at his job, but it was the attention to detail - the genuine care about whether my wall was flat - that has stuck with me. You don’t see care like that very often. The absolute headache for me with this project would have been trying to find a kitchen place, trying to find a this or that, managing builders that were either behind or ahead. Having the complete, connected package that ProBuild360 offers made all of this possible for me.

The quality of service received has always been of a high standard, and we love the guys at Pro-Build as they always make us feel like family. We feel we can trust the advice from anyone in the company, whether it is a designer, tradesman, or manager. My wife and I always feel they have our best interest at heart. The tradesmen that have been sent to our properties have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and always good for some banter. In the scale of things, you could call our kitchen extension relatively ‘modest’ but, thanks to ProBuild, it’s been transformed into a wonderfully attractive and useable space that we’re really pleased with. That’s something we’d highlight – the way we felt our particular project, irrespective of size, mattered to ProBuild, which is what every customer has a right to expect. It ultimately comes down to how much a company values its reputation – and it’s clear from Bahram, who sets the tone on this, that ProBuild does. It can be seen in the calibre of their teams and quality of work, nowhere better than in the Contracts Managers, Wes and Matt. A brilliant double-act, they were superb in keeping us informed on progress throughout, as well as being readily available to discuss any concerns. They gave us complete confidence and trust, which are essential when you’re talking about significant building work to your property. Although we knew that the total space of this house was what we wanted, when we first moved in the back of the house was divided. The different rooms were very cut off from one another and it didn’t work as the family space we needed it to. We knew that the work was something that we wanted to do eventually, but it was meeting the ProBuild team and getting their insight that got us excited and ready to dive in. Before we engaged ProBuild, we had spoken to a few other builders but our initial impression was that they put blockers on all of our ideas. They made things as difficult as possible for us. For example, with the steel beam we needed in the kitchen, the first builder we spoke to said it would have to be done in three parts. When we mentioned that in our Build Consultation, it was absolutely no issue. In fact, when it came to it, they had ten guys bring it through in one piece and install it like it was nothing! The conversation was always about what was possible, rather than what wasn’t, and we really liked that. Highly recommended!
It is probably quite an unusual way to describe a construction project, but my build was so graceful. It ran exactly to plan. And now I’m in and settled, it just feels so nice to have seen it turn out. I’m a ‘do it once, do it right’ kind of person and my decision to go with ProBuild360 was definitely the right one to make.
Probuild were absolutely amazing to work with. I always believe you should work with those that show pride and integrity in the work they do and Probuild demonstrate this in spades. They made a difficult project look easy and I was able to continue dedicating my time to family and work during the whole process. They took the hassle out of what could have been a very stressful time. Despite the fact that there were major price increases in raw materials during the build, Bahram did not increase the quote he originally gave me. He committed to the build even when he knew his margins would be squeezed. A concern with the roof design was dealt with at Probuild's own cost as they would not allow for any compromise in the structural integrity of the build. The Probuild design team are amazing and did a wonderful job. Wes and Matt and their respective external and internal teams are brilliant. I could get hold of them whenever I needed and felt that I was fully supported. Thank you to the whole team. Thank you to Bahram and Tehmi for supporting us throughout.
We were looking for a competent builder to undertake renovations at our home that was in need of modernisation. We didn’t know where to start but kept seeing the Probuild360 signs and vans everywhere we turned. The company looked professional and then a friend also recommended their services as she had had some work done and had a great experience. Her extension and new kitchen looks amazing so we called for someone to come and help us with our work. The main thing that came across right away was the total service Probuild could provide including co- ordination of all aspects of the work and the help with designing the kitchen and bathrooms and all the lovely finishes- we couldn’t have done it without all the help and care that the whole team provided. The work agreed was clearly documented and we really felt very reassured that the costs were fixed unless we asked for more things along the way, which of course we did! The actual work was delivered to the highest standard and exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be more grateful to all the guys and girls at Probuild360, you have changed the way we live, and we are so happy with the end result. We highly recommend Probuild360 and wish you all the best.
Disrespectful of neighbours and local area and community. Rubbish dumped everywhere, blocking in cars, illegally parking in private driveways despite being told not to officially. If you want your neighbours to like you, don't bother hiring this company. From reading other reviews, this is standard behaviour for this company and their employees. Edit post company response: I know for a fact from one of your workers that an email was sent detailing that unless they explicitly received permissions from property owners to park in their private parking spaces that it wasn't allowed, and the next day two of your workers, including the one who had divulged the above email details, were parked in my space and another neighbours spacing. We have made complaints to local authorities regarding this ongoing issue which has been happening since summer of 2022, as no notice of building work was posted to the rear of the property which is the affected area that encompasses 3 streets. I know other neighbours have had similar issues and words with workers, only to be met with eye rolls and being ignored for trying to have access their own vehicle spaces, or to be able to leave for doctor appts etc. As many as 8 vehicles will block in three streets worth of cars, which is against the law as roads must be kept clear for emergency vehicle access at all times. Litter has entered our private parking area as well as our garden, and due to the unkempt nature of the skip litter has spread across the whole road as well as neighbours' property. From reading our responses, I expected a snideing response shifting the blame onto the reviewer, seems like the attitude problem runs from top to bottom.
Asked for a quote, spent 20 minutes on the phone, said they would get back to me with a quote but never did. Absolute waste of time, never ask them for a quote as you won't get one, unless you continously chase them. Perhaps that is their tactic, see how desperate you are so they can rip you off and overcharge you.
We had the misfortune of being referred to this firm by our architect in the summer of 2021. They committed to renovating our house in 8 weeks. 40 weeks later we threw them out so we could actually move in and there is still things that need either fixing, completing or repairing and they are now non responsive. Our newly installed shower (by them) leaked through into our kitchen and they never responded to our urgent call for help. Over 70% of the windows they installed were defective. An outside sewer drain was created but they failed to cap it. Gutters were left unfinished. After our meticulous planning , the utility room was deliver and installed but was the wrong colour of cabinetry and not the design we agreed - and on and on and on. The company undertook a significant electrical upgrade of our house but we had lights that did not work, unconnected cables, loose live wires. We have asked numerous times for the electrical certificate and they refuse to send it to us. Their workmen destroyed our front gate but they never admitted responsibility. They never made good the front of our house and garden, even though they are contracted to do so. They treated us and our house and limited possessions with a total lack of respect, using our kitchen equipment that had been secreted away and breaking our fridge and microwave. The owner has never had the courtesy to respond directly to us when we have raised any of our issues in the last 2 years. In fact most of these glowing reviews here and on other sites, especially their own website, seem too good to be true and suggest they are most likely not written by actual customers. We cannot believe (and we also know for a fact) that we are the only client who has been so badly treated. But you can pay to suppress bad reviews! So, please never use this firm. They are unethical, disrespectful and their workmanship is poor.
Pro-Build 360 came recommended to build my ground floor extension: a bedroom for my mother, shower room, utility area and extended my kitchen. All with underfloor heating. The quality of the work is worth the money. As the work progressed it was regularly checked against building regulations. Any questions I had were promptly answered. Seven years later I still have no issues with my extension, so I have called upon Pro-Build 360 to do further work on my home because I know I will have peace of mind of a job well done.

We first came across Probuild 360 when we saw one of their boards outside another development. An initial appointment was made with the lovely Savannah for Bahram to come and see us. On schedule Bahram came to our property with Pouria, they spent as much time as we needed going through our vision of what we required, they then challenged us with ideas we hadn’t even considered, some of their ideas blew us away. Both Bahram and Pouria were so professional and knowledgeable, and made us feel so at ease. They filled us with total confidence they could deliver what was proposed. Within days, an initial quote was emailed with a clear breakdown of all the things we can do, we can then select what work we want done and see the cost of each. We also went to Probuild offices and showroom. Savannah showed us around, and what a variety of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and garden rooms they had, we got so many more ideas of what we can do. At this visit we had another meeting with Bahram and Pouria, there was no pressure from them, they were happy to discuss all and any questions we had. Bahram explained how each stage of the project would proceed, along with a discussion on the costings. If you want an enjoyable stress free experience, Bahram and his team are the people to use.
I would highly recommend ProBuild 360 who have recently constructed a rear extension to our property. Every part of the project was flawless, they gave us valuable advice regarding the planning of the extension and worked with us to ensure that the build stayed within our price range without compromising on quality. Every member of the team was professional, polite and industrious; the workmanship on every part of the project was top-notch. I was very pleased to note the following: there were tradespeople on site every day of the build, we were always kept informed of progress, it was very easy to contact the project management team and the building site was safe, tidy and employees were respectful of our neighbours. This is clearly a company which prides itself on delivering a quality service - I couldn't be more pleased. (And I should also mention that they finished ahead of schedule without any snagging list).
My wife and I met with Bahram, Tehmi and the team for the first time in July 2019 as we were going through the purchase of our house which needed a full renovation. We had met with a number of builders, but none of them gave us that special spark which we got from Probuild: the feeling that we could trust them and work with them. As such, we took the plunge and went ahead with them, and it was the best decision that we've ever made. From the very beginning they were on our team and leading us through the whole process. This began with them sitting down with us to truly understand our taste, requirements and budget, moving on to handling the architects on our behalf, to then dealing with all of the various subcontractors / details which come with a large project. It would have been, frankly, impossible for us to manage multiple different contractors given our lack of experience in building projects and both of us having full time jobs. As such, the convenience of having one person to go to for all of our problems saved us time, money and headaches. As the project went on, Probuild were upfront about the cost implications of any changes / upgrades which either they suggested or we requested. This allowed for a transparent process which we felt in control of, allowing us to splash out a bit where we felt like it, and be sensible in other places. From my experience with other builders, this is a very rare quality to find in a team, and I believe is reflective of their whole ethos as a company. When there were problems which needed to be dealt with, rather than push the blame around, they simply fixed it. Probuild is a family business and they operate as such. They're willing to go the extra mile and spend the extra time needed with you to make sure that you get exactly what you want. Going through the process we very quickly felt more like we were meeting up with our friends rather than our contractors, and that made the whole process fun and exciting, which is how it should be when you're building your dream. This positive attitude spilled out onto our road: when we moved in, our neighbours told us that the Probuild contractors had always been courteous and respectful, which stands in stark contrast to many other companies. And finally the product that they delivered. Wow, absolutely fantastic. Their attention to detail right from the beginning at the design process through to the building / plumbing / electrical work during the build phase through to the decoration and furnishing left us over the moon. All the way through the process they would lend their expertise and suggest improvements or better ways of doing things to achieve the best possible final product, and it shows. The only problem that we now face is that all of our friends and family are incredibly envious of us when they come to visit. We highly recommend Probuild to anyone wanting to undertake a project like ours. The work they have done has literally changed our life.
The actions of a company employee represent the company they work for, it’s unfortunate that an employee of this company decided to put his own inability to park before the safety and welfare/wellbeing of children who go to the primary school this car was parked outside of on Hathaway Lane (Stratford upon Avon), blocking the whole pavement on a busy road near a junction, causing parents to walk their children and push strollers into the busy road. If their work is anything like the manner their employees dangerously dump their vehicles, I’d give this business a wide berth and consider a company that actually respects the community they work in (in which there are plenty of amazing trades businesses that have employees who respect the safety and wellbeing of children). P.s we know this person works for ProBuild360 because we saw the employee later in the day parked elsewhere wearing ProBuild360 uniform.
An amazing team at Probuild. Great care and attention to detail, made for a seamless build and a beautiful finish. Couldn't ask for more. The guys were considerate and tidy, very helpful we were working from home. Would highly recommend them to all whether a big job or small.
I dont usually write reviews unless something was really bad as i know it can be damaging to a business. I decided to go with Probuild a few months ago because of how professional they looked. However i had a few issues 1) One of their company house directors Barbara Kahan seems to be in the middle of some corruption. I searched her name and came across multiple articles. 2) They charged me £360 to just look at my property, no advice was given, it wasnt a consultation. Just a fixed prices per square meter. I finally found cheaper and better companies out there on checkatrade. These guys just seem strange, especially having read a previous review where workers were told to take shortcuts, this does not sit right with me. It's a shame as their pics look good, but the quality of the work and being honest builders is more valuable to me.
As soon as Bahram walked through the door his professionalism, kindness and creativity wowed us. We thought we had a fairly good idea of what we wanted to do to our home, but Bahram's vision, ability to think outside the box and unlock our house's true potential blew us away. He thought of solutions for all of our 'dream' house criteria - where before we thought we may have to compromise, Bahram showed us a way! We cannot recommend Probuild's services enough.

I have been renovating properties for twenty years and have had many experiences, both good and bad. In 2018 my wife and I purchased a home with the sole intent of developing it into our dream home. It was a small but airy 2 bed chalet bungalow within a decent plot. We wanted to create a 4-bed home with a substantial open planning living area downstairs for the family to share and enjoy. I commissioned an architect to draw up the plans and got it through planning. Next stage, find a builder… Having done extensive research and spoken with a number of builders, and being an engineer myself, I very confidently went for ProBuild360 – it was the best decision I could have made. ProBuild was the only company who perfectly reflected our own enthusiasm for this build. Their people are so passionate about what they do and they possess the highest of standards. My wife and I couldn’t have felt more confident in their ability to deliver our vision. During the course of the build we made a number of alterations, each one in close consultation with ProBuild360. Never once did they respond that this was a problem. They always presented a number of well thought out solutions. As it turned out, the vast majority of changes were actually design enhancements, which the ProBuild360 team recommended to me, none of which added to the cost! Other suggestions, led by the forward thinking construction team on site, helped to achieve the outcome they knew we desired whilst saving us money and time. I can not rate this company highly enough. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with. My only regret is that I didn’t bring them into my design and build process early enough. The value they add is so much more than pure construction. They are experts in every aspect of a build; from initial design genesis, planning, exterior and interior construction, interior design and decoration, with the final result of a beautiful home minus all the stress. Bharam was a gentleman and very engaging and gave us some sound advice, We were shown the planning process of a build and all that it entails. Very impressive. I'd describe what we did as a ‘transformation’ project, because apart from the front half of the brickwork on the house, everything was changed. The only reason we didn’t decide to knock the house down and start again was because we didn’t want it to stand out from the rest on the street. The external build went up fast, so we had the opportunity to feel what the internal spaces would be like. We relied on the teams vision to guide us through how to get the most out of the space, and introduced a few changes along the way once our imagination started flowing. For example, we wanted a bigger bathroom so the team reconfigured the staircase and upstairs flow. We wanted to create hidden ‘push to open’ spaces under the stairs to shove all our shoes into, and a hidden cupboard in the snug to hide away things like the Playstation controllers, DVDs, etc. This one has been useful from making the area look clean, especially for a family with two kids, and they still haven’t realised the hidden storage exists. Something that took us by surprise was when we found out halfway through the process that building control wanted us to place several steel beams into the roof space to brace the trusses that were already there. It was something hadn’t budgeted for, it was costly, and we would have lost the entire loft space from being usable. The team helped us see that completely removing the roof and rebuilding a new one was the best way to move forward to meet the needs of building control and create the storage space we wanted. It was never something I would have thought about doing. The space they ended up creating is massive! And they ran all the utilities up there ready for us to turn it into a large usable space/man cave! We replaced every bit of plaster, skirting board, etc, so there was no trace of the old house left inside, so it looks and feels brand new. We wanted to make sure we did it right first time so that we could settle straight into the home and never need to change a thing. The electrical and heating transformation had been thoroughly designed and planned through, and professionally executed. We spend most of our time in the snug/kitchen/dining area and having the ability to control the house from the phone has made a notable impact on the ease of running the house on a daily basis. You only realise how useful recommendations like having sensor-based lighting in key traffic areas and automatic mood lighting in the downstairs bathroom are when you’re living with them. The attention to detail from the team leading on the internal and external fitout was exemplar. We couldn’t fault it any stage of the process. We visited the team at their showroom so expected the internal finish to perfect, but when you see it come together in your own home it truly does make you appreciate what these guys deliver. They always leveraged their expertise to guide us to the right outcome. I wanted to emphasise in feedback that it was the entire team that made this project what it was. Every time I came onsite for visits, it was like the team on the ground was building their own home such was the care and attention to the space they were working in. Everyone was polite, talked about what they were doing, shared their ideas, had a laugh, cup of tea, etc. They were all really nice, genuine, honest. They were great at what they did, and humble about it. It requires a bit of a leap of faith when investing all your savings to build your forever home/extension/bathroom/etc, so I relied on instincts when I found Probuild 360. I knew I wanted to work with Bahram when I spoke to him on the phone, and a visit to the showroom to meet the team only cemented that. They’ve been amazing throughout, and to us felt like they were building their own place, putting in the hours and attention to detail that we would do if we had the skill to do it. Engage with Bahram and his wonderful team – there’s no safer pair of hands.
We used this company to build an open plan kitchen/living / dining extension. During the build we were living abroad, so we were initially concerned about how to manage a big project like this from a distance. Probuild and its team of experts took all that head ache away. Every member of the company has been polite, professional and very easy to talk to from start to finish . And more importantly , they know what they’re doing! We are delighted with our new home (which has turned out so much better than the original design) and are now enjoying the next stage of dressing it beautifully using the help of their wonderful interior designer.. Would use them again without a second thought!

We wanted a builder that we could trust to carryout all the work we wanted to do. Ideally we only wanted to deal with one company. We checked their testimonials and website and found out that they were voted Best Builder in Birmingham - which was impressive - the fact that they cover Warwickshire too was a relief! They were very friendly, on time every day, and tidy despite the build going on around us. Totally professional, they even offered us advice that changed our plans for the better. We couldn't recommend them highly enough.
