Dave responded very quickly to my request for some urgent work to lift irregular patio slabs and provide a channel from the house to garage for an electric cable to be installed by electricians to facilitate charging a hybrid car. He carefully stored all the slabs which helped him replace them when the cable was buried. He also repaired 3 different garden walls which had crumbling mortar and were unsafe. His brickwork and all work is excellent. I recommend him unreservedly. It was a pleasure to have him work for us.
I can't recommend Killitoon Brickwork highly enough for the phenomenal repointing job they've just completed on our home. From the initial quote to the final sweep-up, the entire process was seamless and professional. Dave was brilliant at communicating, keeping us updated on progress. He was punctual, polite, and incredibly hard-working. The quality of the work is great and has completely transformed the building. He also took great care to leave the site clean and tidy after the work, which was much appreciated.

We hired Dave to restore the brickwork on our Victorian home, and the results were excellent. The old mortar was crumbling, and several bricks were damaged or mismatched, but Dave handled everything with great care and attention to detail. He expertly repointed the areas, ensuring the new mortar blended with the original. Damaged and mismatched bricks were replaced with matching ones, preserving the historic character of the property. He also carried out a thorough clean of the certain areas, which really lifted the appearance without compromising the aged look of the building. The walls now look refreshed and well cared for, with all the original charm intact. Dave clearly knows his craft and takes pride in doing things properly.
