Kerri at Ripples was suggested by a shower screen manufacturer, so I made contact. Kerri has been the exact professional support I wanted to choose and install our new en-suite. Kerri came to our home, came up with some ideas and a design, we had 3 patient meetings to discuss things and pin down every fine detail. We understood the payment plan, and we had a clear installation plan. The bathroom fitting took place when expected, with every tradesman taking care and undertaking top quality workmanship. Having decided it was time to update our bathroom we called into Ripples Winchester and met Caroline. We couldn't believe it was possible to design such a gorgeous bathroom in such a small space, but Caroline did just that. The unique patterns and colours she suggested surprised us but they just worked. As the work was going to take a couple of weeks Ripples managed to fit the installation in around our holiday, so we left them to it. The lads were brilliant while we were away, the old bathroom was gutted and when we returned our new bathroom was installed. By the time we returned everything was left very neat and tidy. We are very pleased with our bathroom. We had a couple of face-to-face meetings with Kerri who listened to our preferences and worked within our budget and space. She was happy to make tweaks after she presented the design to us, and managed to squeeze all kinds of clever storage into a fairly limited space. It was all made possible by the Chroma team, especially Grant, who worked hard to make sure everything was installed to schedule. Kerri kept in touch throughout the install to make sure we're were happy with how things were progressing, which meant a small issue with a damaged tap was resolved within a couple of days of it being discovered. We have used Kerri at Ripples to do all of our bathrooms over a period of 5 years. We replaced a downstairs cloakroom and two ensuite shower rooms. Our Ripples bathroom designer was Caroline Greig who produced an excellent set of designs that brought our visions for our bathrooms to life! Caroline was able to improve the layout of each of the spaces, listening carefully to our requirements and desires. Her designs, colour and lighting suggestions, were far beyond what we had envisioned. Caroline was incredibly easy to work with, and helped us navigate through the design process. Our bathrooms were installed by the Ripples installation team, Chroma Renovations (associated company), who were very efficient, professional and always turned up as promised and kept to the schedule of work we'd been given. All lovely guys, their work was neat and tidy, and they were happy to answer our questions throughout the fittings.

Her design was very empathetic with our needs and created just the look we were after. Very approachable and a good listener with the tact to move our ideas forward diplomatically. She kept us informed and supplied drawings for all our options that were accurate and informative. Can't rate her highly enough. Her vision and creativity made us choose Ripples and it was the right choice. The team who turned up to complete the work were very efficient, professional and always turned up as promised and kept to the schedule of work we'd been given. All lovely guys from Harry the apprentice to the highly skilled tradesmen. I was in awe of how neat and tidy they were and determination to stick to schedule despite Euros 24 and a heatwave. Ripples had already come highly recommended and now I can see why. We were looking to reconfigure and redesign our ensuite bathroom, with absolutely no idea where to begin. Kerri our specialist designer made the process so easy, reassuring and within budget. I was so delighted when I saw the design Kerri had come up with, I actually cried! Nothing required changing, she had totally got us. Kerri is extremely professional and her knowledge is extensive. You will definitely be in good hands. We now have a fabulous space which has been put together perfectly by Peter Harris and his team from Chroma Plumbing & Heating. Their workmanship is meticulous and everything has been finished off to a high standard. I received a schedule from Chroma weeks beforehand so I knew who was coming on what day and each time a new part of the job started, Peter came to oversee. The job was finished on time. The team were friendly, clean and tidy and nothing was too much trouble. We are so impressed, we have gone back to Kerri for our family bathroom design and have already engaged Chroma to instal. I have no hesitation in recommending Ripples or Chroma to anyone.

We returned to Ripples to have our family bathroom redesigned to complement the ensuite that Ripples designed the year before. I’m so glad that we did. What an amazing job Ripples have done for us, right through from the initial design by our contact Kerri. She was fantastic and thought of everything on her initial visit and throughout the whole process. Whatever queries we had she responded straight away. It was a very messy few weeks but it wouldn't have been anything else, ripping out an ageing bathroom. Her design was followed through to the letter. The fitting team were great, Grant and Kyle were friendly, helpful and made every effort to minimise the disruption during the two weeks they were here. Any subsequent queries or snagging problems were dealt with immediately. So now we have an amazing bathroom to be proud of, it was all so worth it. We decided to use Ripples for our new bathroom and can honestly say we never looked back! The service was excellent. Having lived with an old outdated ensuite for too long, I downloaded the Ripples brochure for inspiration, which led to Keri from the Winchester store, calling to offer her design expertise; I'm so glad she did. Her design presented to us in the beautiful showroom, made the very best use of a tight space, with quality products specified, which we are delighted with. A few snags regarding availability were dealt with quickly and professionally, and importantly, the total cost came in at budget, which Keri was careful to work with. Don’t bother booking a virtual consultation; even though they confirm, they won’t ring despite you arranging your day around it, and when you contact them they won’t have a clue what you’re talking about. No apology, unprofessional and sounded like they couldn’t care less! hugely off-putting. Guess they don’t need the business!

This company promises but does not deliver. They take no responsibility once the contract is signed and things go very wrong. Do not entertain buying from them.

This was the most awful company I have ever dealt with. Paid in full for 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom. We were left without working bathrooms for months as the products were not ordered. They ended up supplying and fitting the wrong shower tray and enclosure. Fed nothing but lies; no apologies, and no one cares. I had to take over the management of the projects myself. Very nearly had to take them to court. I honestly cannot emphasise enough how much to avoid this company.

Friendly and professional design team, and the end results exceeded our expectations. We’re so happy with our bathroom. The quality of the products we purchased are outstanding.

An absolute shambles of a company. I am gutted I used them and wouldn't touch then again if you paid me. Delays from start to finish, nobody is available when you need them and they give the impression they just don't care.

I was very pleased with the professional, efficient and friendly service I received when I was sourcing tiles for a new bathroom, and I would certainly use Ripples again. I had spent a lot of time looking for tiles, but it wasn’t until I saw the extensive range available at Ripples that I knew how I wanted my bathroom to look. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful ....Kerri kept me fully updated on delivery dates, as well as important advice on products relating to the laying and care of tiles, and after-care to ensure customer satisfaction.

We used Ripples in Winchester to help us with 4 bathrooms. They have been amazing throughout the entire process. The design stage was easy and they made changes and worked through the plans to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. When the products were ready to be delivered every box was labelled so we knew which bathroom it was for and what each part was. During fitting our fitters had a few questions and queries and these were all answered quickly and efficiently or they were referred to someone else who could help. We had a few parts that arrived from the manufactures damaged and Ripples worked with us to make sure that they were replaced as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend the team who are all friendly, efficiently and very professional.

I wanted to update my main bathroom to a wet room and turn a small box room with a sloping ceiling into an additional bathroom. I felt I needed an specialist bathroom designer to help me through the process with advice on the choice of fittings and materials as well as technical aspects, particularly as the new bathroom had to fit in a restricted space. Ripples Senior designer Kerri was very knowledgeable and helpful, not to mention patient with my procrastinations about tiles and colours. She was extremely thorough in all aspects of the design and made some good suggestions that have worked out really well. I felt very confident that I would be getting a bathroom that's practical as well as looking great. I now have two stylish bathrooms that are a pleasure to use.

I decided to select Ripples in Winchester for my en-suite renovation because I had used them in the past for my main bathroom and had been very happy with the quality and wide selection of the products. At the time, I hadn't used their design service because I was just 'mapping' the new bathroom over the old one. For the en-suite, I wanted to increase the sense of space whilst retaining a separate shower and bath in a relatively small room. I did consider another local bathroom provider which is part of a national chain but they didn't carry any visit on the premises and I didn't have the confidence I could design, select and more importantly measure accurately all the various components and create the end result I wanted to achieve. I just walked out that bathroom provider with a huge pile of brochures which I found absolutely baffling! By contrast, Ripples organised a home visit, asking about my aims, requirements and budget and this was followed by a couple of scheduled visits to the shop when a proposal with a very good hand drawing was provided to me. Kerri, one of their designers, who was fantastic from beginning to end, came up with a number of options for the products and great design suggestions, making the selection really easy and pleasurable, always with my aims and budget in mind. Throughout the project, I always knew how much I was spending. I used my own installer who was excellent (sadly now retired!) because I had used him in the past. However, throughout the installation, Kerri was always available to answer queries promptly and knowledgeably. She also stressed important installation details for my installer to take into consideration. I was a bit sceptical about the flat shower base and frameless glass given it was a relatively small shower cubicle but Kerri assured me that provided it was installed perfectly level it wouldn't leak, quoting technical details for me and the installer to prove it would work. The products were delivered on time and everything works beautifully and looks stunning. My bathroom looks much more spacious! Ripples are not cheap but I don't think I could have achieved the results I wanted without their help and advice at each stage of the process. Personally, I had a very good experience with them and I would definitely recommend them. However, you also need an excellent installer!
