We could not be more delighted with the work Paul has just completed for us. From the initial discussion, to the final day completing the bathroom, Paul’s communication has been fantastic. He gave great advice about what would work in our (slightly awkwardly shaped) space and completed the work to a fantastic standard. It’s not often that reviewers can write that a job has been done as near perfectly as possible. But my wife and I can happily do this about the bathroom work in our new home which Paul, aided by Ellis, has done for us in the last couple of weeks. From our first meeting with Paul right through the completion of the work Paul has been superb. He listened carefully to what we wanted, adjusted his diary to fit in with a forthcoming medical operation for one of us and provided an accurate estimate of all that the whole thing would cost. Once on site in our cottage Paul dealt brilliantly with the problem of a bathroom floor that was uneven and a tiny bit “bouncy”. The new shower cabinet he has installed to replace an old bath, looks wonderful and we are now enjoying this new facility. Paul and Ellis were a pleasure to have in our home, were always ready to discuss and show us progress and were exemplary in the way they tidied up and cleaned in an ongoing way. We could not be more satisfied customers.

Paul was recommended to me by another trades person who had worked with him in the past. I would recommend him for any plumbing or tiling work as he is very knowledgeable of the products he works with and works to a high standard.

Very slow responses from Paul about getting a quote. We initially contacted on the 5th August and we're still yet to talk about a quote.

Paul came to tile our bathroom at very short notice. He was quick to respond to messages and provided a clear and broken down quote. He arrived on time each day, worked hard throughout the day and was polite, professional and a delight to have working in our home. The finished job looks wonderful.
