Darren, Alfie and all the specialists were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Very friendly, knowledgeable and skilled guys. They sourced everything we needed and Darren was very particular about where he sourced it from to ensure the best quality. We’re absolutely thrilled with our new ensuite, we can’t wait to get them back to renovate our main bathroom! Highly recommend these guys if you’re looking for a superb, high quality bathroom.
Darren and his team did complete refurb of downstairs loo and upstairs bathroom from talking through design, materials and quotes through to implementation. When I was away, I was quite happy for his team to work and they would give updates by photo. They left everything tidy each evening and Darren is completely focused on quality. Lovely people. Highly recommend.
If I could give more stars I would. Darren was so approachable and knowledgeable and guided us through the whole process with regular updates. The work carried out is amazing and we are so pleased with the result. All the team worked really hard and were friendly. We would definitely reach out to them for any future work we needed.

Bathroom Solutions managed everything for our bathroom refurb from start to finish and I highly recommend them. Darren and Alfie did an absolutely incredible job on my bathroom refurb. They turned a really old and mismatched bathroom into a super fun and bright shower room. My only real notes were lots of pink features and fun, and Darren really went out of his way to research and find me some cool stuff (pink towel heater is a highlight!). Their work was top notch, they are very clean and tidy and respond very quickly to any questions/communications. Also would like to say thanks to the guys who came in to plaster, sort the electrics, mastic and get rid of all the old bathroom. Really lovely company and would happily recommend them to anyone!

Darren and team did an excellent job for us with a complete bathroom replacement. They constantly kept us up to date on next steps, expectations and did a great job of giving us options where needed. Bathroom Solutions have just completed the transformation of my tired and dated bathroom into a modern and stylish walk-in shower room. I gave Darren some general ideas, but I left the majority of the design choices to him and he didn't let me down. The mirror he suggested was the perfect finishing touch. Darren, Sam, Carlton and the other tradesmen that were employed worked to a very high standard and ensured I was satisfied at every step. A couple of glitches, largely due to the construction of the old bathroom, were sorted quickly and efficiently. Based on my experience I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
This company was recommended to me by a friend, for being reliable, professional and trustworthy! They ticked all those boxes and more! From start to finish the service was impeccable and the workmanship was, and is faultless. Bathroom solutions done our upstairs bathroom, looks like a brand new bathroom and they delivered it in due time at a reasonable price. Very tidy and very communicative across the whole project as well as tidy throughout the process. Smooth process from ordering the materials, arrival upon commencement of the project, communication, tidiness and workmanship. Highly recommended! Darren’s communication and the workmanship was second to none. The tiles were amazing. He also tiled our chimney breast in our living room and went the distance to make sure everything was smooth from start to finish.

Unfortunately the hand basin broke. Called Darren from Bathroom Solutions Essex. Even though he was busy, took the time to listen and understand my situation. He assured me he will have a plumber visit tomorrow morning as the basin had been out of action for a week. We discussed the cost and I gave him the go ahead. Sure enough next morning Sam was there at the assured time. Carried out the work to his best ability as the previous pedestal was cemented in. Why, I don't know. He took care and did everything that was promised. From start to finish, fantastic communication and work carried out. I highly recommend Darren. Top notch. Difficult to find guys like this. Having been let down multiple times with other contractors in obtaining quotes Darren and Tom's communication from start to finish was impeccable as well as the quality of the work. They helped suggest practical and design ideas which we hadn't considered and managed to fit our bathroom renovations in quickly around other jobs. They were very tidy as they worked and we're so pleased with the end results we're using them again and have recommended them to friends and family.
I have used both Darren and Tom in the past and I have always been highly impressed with their professionalism so when they united to form Bathroom Solutions to me it was a marriage made in heaven. I would advise potential customers to utilise their knowledge before embarking on a project as they have seen so many finished projects and can advise you accordingly. What looks good in a showroom does not necessarily work in your home, they can advise. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Tom and Darren were recommended to us by a family member and I couldn't be more grateful that she did. They have done a beautiful job on our new bathroom. Darren was doing the tiling so was on site every day, he was on time every single day, was extremely tidy throughout the few weeks he was here. Every day he would explain what he had done and what his plans for the next day were. He made it very clear to make sure we were to let them know if we weren't happy with anything. Not only were they both extremely professional but they were a blast to have around. Excellent with dogs too. Thank you for making a disruptive period bearable.
