Nonetheless, I was given advice on what the problem might be and using this I was able to fix it myself! What great service! We had a fault with our oven. Sent a message at 9am and Simon was with us by 12pm. The heating element was changed in about 15 minutes and now the oven is working again. £65 including labour. Great service.

Our oven stopped working on Thursday evening I first called Simon and what’s app first thing Friday morning I had a reply straight away and Simon arrived at 10.30am on Friday got the oven working again and ordered a new grill element which was fitted today Tuesday call out charge initially £40 and the charge for the element today no call out charge for the second visit first class service highly recommended unsure that you would get that service anywhere else Simon repairs all types of appliances thank you Dave Weymouth
Excellent service, starting with prompt response to the voice message we left on answer phone (Thurs PM), followed by visit first thing next morning (Fri) when I'm sure it was difficult to fit us in to an already busy schedule. Service was exemplary. Problem fixed at minimum cost. Lots of useful info given on how to keep washing machine problem-free in future. We've also contacted Simon once previously re a fridge-freezer problem and he gave great advice over the phone free of charge so that we could fix problem ourselves which saved us a call-out fee. Can't fault this company. Can't believe the handful of one star reviews left here. Thought they must be talking about a different company! Thank you Simon! You saved the day as the washing machine broke in the run up to visitors arriving! Stress averted! Would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for recommendations.

Came and immediately diagnosed the problem with our washing machine - the drum was broken. Ordered the new drum and came and fitted it after we returned from holiday. Took him an hour and a half even though he was suffering from a bad back! Can't fault this guy and would recommend him to anybody.

Messaged Simon over a weekend, he responded straight away and arranged an appointment later on in the week, he turned up on the dot to repair our five year old washing machine. Came within 20mins of calling, had a look and explained a couple of things regarding the tumble dryer. He was here for about 15mins or so and didn't charge. Guess who will now do any appliance repairs in the future.
Learnt an hour or so after a guest had left my holiday let on a Saturday morning that they'd found the oven was not working but thought it might be pilot error, so rang the cleaner who confirmed they were correct - it wasn't working. Sent a Messenger message requesting a repair on the Monday morning but not being very hopeful. Simon rang back almost immediately and said he could do it now and by 3pm, as Simon put it, it was 'panic over' and the property was all ready for the next guest. And a very acceptable bill too. Our double oven blew and the bottom oven stopped working, I contacted them using Facebook Messenger and got a response back in a few minutes. After a little back and forth to give them the information they needed I got a quote and an appointment, they knew exactly what the problem was. The engineer arrived on time, performed the repair in a short period of time and everything was up and running again. Price was very reasonable even considering that I got an appointment so quickly. These guys are on the top of my list if I have similar issues in the future.
4pm on a Friday night and I needed a new tumble dryer - fast. Called this excellent shop. Discussed the options available, he sent me email pictures of the products, I made my choice. He actually apologised that he couldn't deliver that night!! He delivered on the Saturday, the next day, and removed the broken down item too. Oven not working, contacted through messenger last night, expecting a response today, but got a message straight back (clearly outside of working hours). He asked a few questions via messenger to resolve (bigger companies rarely do this) and then agreed to come out at 1pm today. Turned up on time, Covid 19 aware, fixed the problem and left. Job done in 30 mins! No issues, great service, so if you’re looking for a reliable, honest repair, please contact them!

I called this morning and Simon visited tonight 23/11/15 After a full assessment of the dishwasher problem,and discussion with my husband and me,the conclusion was the expense of the part needed was more than the machine was worth.(after a switch was repaired and the electric board was tested) Very pleased with the prompt service and very reasonable rates.
