Called out to install some new radiators in our property, Martin drilled 2 holes for the mounting points straight through our internal wall and refused to acknowledge, we had to repair his mistake! Solder joints and pipe work messy and questionable, my advice is avoid this cowboy
Fault on our boiler. Quick response and on time with a quick fix and quote for the repair on the following day. Polite, fair price and clean without any fuss. Thanks guys, you are our fo to in the future.
Been using Mr Curtis and Josh for years across different properties. Sorted out an issue for my parents then with my flats boiler then replaced all the central heating and boiler in my house. Couldn't recommend them enough.
Called him out via check a trade as boiler started making intermittent groaning sound. Unfortunately when he arrived the boiler wasn't making the sound. Informed him of this immediately but he still wanted to take a look. The end result was he didn't know what was wrong but told us we needed a new boiler as ours was too old, despite it currently working fine. He said parts were no longer available for our boiler but a quick google now tells me this is a lie. We were charged £108 for the "advice". Would not recommend.
Martin & the guys were fantastic with trying to resolve a potential blocked gas pipe. Attention to detail and high level of service second to none. Would highly recommend them for any work you may need. Pricing very fair and overall a great experience. Rob & Amanda.
Boiler started leaking this week. Phoned around multiple companies to try and get it sorted...some said it sounded like the boiler might need replacing, but fortunately found M Curtis Gas Services in Checkatrade and gave Martin a call. He had Josh and Harry round the next day in the agreed time slot, and within the hour they'd replaced the faulty parts and got the boiler up and running again, for nowhere near the amount I was dreading. Excellent service, knew exactly where the problem lay, no fuss, no BS, tidied up after themselves. Will definitely use again.
Martin and Josh are amazing. They removed our old boiler, installed a new one and carried out the repair work efficiently and with as little disruption to us. They were professional, friendly and respectful. They have excellent subject knowledge and explain everything very clearly. You really don't need to look anywhere else!
From the initial survey and quote through to the completion of installation Martin and the team have been brilliant! They have been respectful of my home and cleaned and tidied up each day. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
