An excellent experience overall. The engineer was very friendly and extra helpful. The washing machine needed parts, so 2 visits were needed. Good communication throughout. Washing machine sorted, all working well. Will definitely use On Point Appliances again.

Ordered a Bosch built-in dishwasher through onpoint for our new house. They even moved the install date for us at the last minute to the day after we moved in, nothing was too much hassle. The engineer was knowledgable and had it all installed (and cleared up after himself!) and working in no time. Breath of fresh air from experiences with other companies!! 5 stars and would highly recommend

The service we received from Kev, Helen and Aaron at On Point Appliances was excellent from start to finish. I chose not to repair my old dishwasher and instead purchase a new one, and they were able to supply exactly what I wanted at a competitive price. They removed the old appliance, installed the new one, and made the whole process completely stress‑free. A special mention to Aaron, who went out of his way to make sure the new dishwasher fitted perfectly. We were extremely pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend On Point Appliances.

Great service yet again from these guys came out to look at a faulty washing machine, sorted the problem which was a set of new brushes for the machine, very happy with communication and service A*

Kev was super helpful on the phone - very impressed that he answered his phone and got back to me on a Sunday. His engineer Aron then visited the next day. Aron was super polite and had the washing machine fixed in an hour.

Superb service from Kev. Worked hard to identify a machine which would fit in the small space available in our house while also finding a machine that delivers optimal performance. Installed the new machine fully so that it’s completely ready to use and even delivered our old machine to my parents’ garage (they have more space than us) where it can live until purchased on eBay. Would 100% recommend. I’ve had mediocre to poor experiences with the big online retailers, whereas my experience with On Point Appliances has been 5 star.

We received a friendly, prompt and reliable service when our integrated fridge/freezer broke down and in the end needed replacing. Aron came to change the no frost integrated freezer in my kitchen. What a delightful man. He arrived with a smile and had such a happy attitude throughout the job. He was so careful of my walls and stairs when he took out the broken freezer. All in all, he could not have been more attentive to my requirements. Aron swapped the freezers and put the integrated door back on. He didn’t rush the job and made sure the door was beautifully aligned with the other doors in my kitchen. I would absolutely not hesitate in recommending this company. I will surely ask for Aron if I need a new appliance again. Within just under one hour my freezer was installed with no fuss and the old one had been discarded off. No mess, in and out, job done. I am truly a delighted customer. Aaron can out to fix my dishwasher after kevs diagnostics done a wicked job cleaned behind himself tidy amazing guys really friendly , got a decent price off Kev really helped me out and saved me a lot of money compared to buying new! On Point Appliances were literally “On Point” when it came to the service they provided. Helen went above and beyond to source us matching microwave and oven which was no mean feat. Oven fitted perfectly however we weren’t so lucky with the microwave. It arrived with a fault but after lots of time and effort negotiating from Kev, Hotpoint conceded that we could have a new replacement. Both look amazing and we are very pleased with the result. Can’t praise Kev and his team enough for their help. Would highly recommend them.

I would recommend On Point Appliances, our fridge freezer stopped working during a heatwave, Aaron come out within a few hours, unfortunately the appliance was beyond repair. Aaron was very thorough and professional attempting to repair it, the office also did what they could to help us find a replacement. Very helpful and friendly company

Kevin came round to take out our old integrated dishwasher to replace with a new one. There was some dodgy wiring round the back of it which he sorted and also cut an insert out of the kickboard so it would fit properly. Happy with the new dishwasher and Kevin was polite and a really nice guy!

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. The office team were really helpful and the engineers who fitted the appliance were second to none. Our very small kitchen meant that fitting the hob involved lots of moving a adjustment and Colin was brilliant and really helped to get things sorted.

First time I have used On Point Appliances initially was for a cooker problem. Service was excellent and prompt. Within a week our dishwasher then failed On Point were able to supply and fit a new machine within one week and dispose of the old one at a very competitive price -(I use T&G as my usual price ref point) Kev and his team were excellent they are on my list for repairs now. Absolutely amazing service from Kevin when my washer dryer broke down over Christmas. He was contactable during the festive period, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and reassuring. He even offered to come to my house which is outside of the area he normally covers. The washer dryer is now working and we have a reliable contact for any future issues. 10/10 experience, so pleased.

Engineer came to diagnose my dishwasher, stated if I bought a new one from the company, the £60 call out fee would be waived. Not the case and now back to square 1. Just mis sold information but nice enough chaps

They never gave up, even in 30 degree heat - would highly recommend and will use no-one else in the future. Brought a washing machine from them they Brought the wrong one not what I ordered. Made a bad job of fitting to the door ours is intergrated not now it sticks out from the other units I sent a text to them as the washing machine was making this terrible noise where it wasn't level but they have ignored my messages shoddy work would not recommend

Engineer arrived on time . Explained my miele dishwasher was over 20years old so was not sure if it was repairable but would appreciate if he could repair whatever the problem was . Chap was brilliant he was able to repair my miele at a quarter of the cost of a miele engineer . Brilliant service and I will definitely be using on point again .
