TilbyTechFix

Amazing service! For a while now my PS5 had been shutting off with no power after 30-60 mins of gaming due to over heating. Found David on Google after searching 'PS5 fix in my area' and to be honest I was a bit apprehensive at first of dropping my PS5 to a stranger I found online but decided to bite the bullet and do it. No regrets! David knew instantly what the issue was (blockage of dust deep in the console and dry spots where the thermal paste is was causing it to over heat). Messaged David, dropped it off the next day and the work was finished only two hours later, and all for a very reasonable price. Best part is the PS5 hasn't shut down again since! Top bloke, top work. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone with any console issues.

Repaired my PS5 controller in a few hours. legend

Brilliant service he deep cleaned and sorted the Liquid Metal in my sons PlayStation was a lot cheaper then the shops and had it done in less then an hour highly recommend

2nd time ive been back in 2 years, only because my house hold is constantly moving ps5 from room to room so its our own fault. This gentleman is an absolute diamond and nothing but a pleasure to deal with. Booked in on the Tuesday afternoon by phone for weds 0900 job, had my ps5 back by 1100, with whole new hdmi port!!!! Unbelievable service, no fuss, in and out, and a lovely lovely guy to deal with. Will only use him for my ps5 or computer repair.

Really happy! David fixed my ps5 controller analog stick in just 10 mins, for such a great price aswell.

Had a busted HDMI port on my PS5, fixed it for £70 when I was quoted much more by other companies and took just over an hour, we went shopping while waiting and was informed when it was ready, great service

David explained everything on every step he took while fixing my sons PS5,very polite and affordable too, would definitely recommend.

I was completely lost when my BMW’s fuel control module failed. BMW wanted over £500 for new one and re coding. I took my failed one and a second hand one to David and he replaced my coded chip onto the new module and it’s worked perfectly. Saved me literal £100’s of pounds. Genuinely nice chap and easy to deal with too.

Highly recommended, USB port on my Nintendo Switch broke which David managed to fix again in no time.

This is a very late review but I had an issue with my ps5 disc drive power connector which needed soldering back onto the board. David was very friendly and fixed it in under an hour, I am very pleased and I’ve had no issue till ever since (almost 6 months)!

Absolutely first class service, would not recommend anyone else. Very quick, and excellent value for money. My ps5 hdmi went, I took it to David and it was fixed in 2 hours!!! Delighted. And will definitely use again.

I had an excellent experience with David! He internally cleaned my PS4 I've had for a while, replaced the thermal paste, and provided clear before and after photos just as I had requested. He went the extra mile by checking the internal hard drive and letting me know it was nearing the end of its lifespan which I really appreciated. David was very responsive and quick, getting everything done in just a day. My PS4 now runs like it's brand new. Highly recommended for his services.

Fixed a damaged hdmi port for an Xbox series s in next to no time. Very efficient. Highly recommend

I recently contacted David for an issue with my xbox one s. It simply wasn't turning on. I gained a response back promptly. I was suggested it could be a PSU issue. We was able to discuss the plan and quickly set up a time for me to drop off the device. I had to change my slot as I wasn't able to do it which David was happy to accomodate to and moved it to the evening. My repair was done that evening (was a PSU issue) and I also had a clean done on my xbox all for an excellent price. I was hoping to have a more thorough clean but its all well and working now. Thank you David for your help !

David was fantastic. Great price, fixed within a matter of hours and an absolute gent. Highly recommend for anyone with any tech issues

Fixed my nintendo switch at a very reasonable price and was a very quick service, 100% reccomend

Highly recommend David for your tech issues. We had an overheating problem with our PS5 but only when playing PS5 games which would typically overheat after 20-30 minutes. David did a full clean refreshing the Liquid Metal promptly and at a very reasonable price. However the issue continued and he had told me to let him know if it did, so I contacted him the next day it was late on a Saturday afternoon, he still said bring it right over and again he did the job promptly and didn’t charge labour just charged for the part as he said the clean and refresh hadn’t resolved the issue, top guy. It was the fan. He replaced and tested, we got it home and my son was overjoyed, he played Astro bot for two hours which he’s never been able to do. Really great service, thank you David.

What an absolute gent. Very patient and professional. Offered me a solution quickly and resolved the issue I had the same day within a couple of hours. David kindly fixed my brand new Kobo which I stupidly broke. The screen was a mess and although I purchased a new screen to install myself, I felt way out of my depth. I found David on Google and he contacted me back and booked me in quickly. Thanks so much David, I'm so thrilled I've got my Kobo back and can read my books! Will definitely recommended and come to you if I have anything else that needs fixing.

Absolutely great service, commutation was phenomenal, cheap for the fix and done within the same time I started and stopped work, won’t be going anywhere apart from here for repairs, David is fantastic

The man is brilliant. Any problem with your Xbox / ps/ anything top service. You will be surprised how good the service is

Phoned David late Tuesday evening to see if he could help with fixing my ps5 after Googling people close to me and seeing his reviews i brought him it's Wednesday morning after agreeing what he was going to. He was very polite and prompt kept in contact and keeping me informed. Would high recommend for your tech issues or support. Thanks David

My son had dropped his PS5 this morning gave this guy a message and he booked me in the same day and repaired it for a great price would highly recommend really nice bloke !!

Simply awesome! Great service, issue solved the same day. Thank you very much, will be using again when needed and will recommend to friends.

Amazing service. Fixed my ps5 a few hours, and for a really fair price. Great work.

David was nice and quick on the repair of my PS5 controller (worsening stick drift; so I asked for 2 new hall-effect sticks). Had it done that same night despite dropping it off late and him having training, way faster than I expecting. Definitely coming back for any future repairs I need to any devices.

Great service, replaced the HDMI port on my Xbox in good time and works perfectly. Great value too 👍

David is an absolute legend. He fixed my PS5 in a few hours on a Sunday afternoon. Helpful and honest. Kept me updated all the way. Will go to him again without any doubt. Thank You.

David replace 2x PlayStation controller joysticks with more trouble free Hall Effect joysicks. Same day return, brilliant job. Highly recommend.

Saved my Ps5! He fixed my console in a couple of hours and cheaper than other places like CEX, who originally wanted £100 and wanted to make me wait 3 weeks! This man is a lifesaver for anything related to electronic devices!

Both of my controllers had stick drift and he gave me a great price and fixed both of them in the same day of receiving them. They are both working perfectly.

Took my grandsons ps5 to David on Saturday afternoon received a text from David on Sunday morning telling me it was all fixed and ready to pick up, absolutely brilliant fella ,and got one happy grandson, ty David for your excellent work, regards rob

Repaired my PlayStation 5, very quick service and job done very well. Highly recommend

I have just referred a good friend of mine to David @ TilbyTechFix which reminded me that I needed to post a review for the wonderful, friendly, speedy and sensibly priced work that David has carried out for me on numerous occasions now. His work is top class and I would happily recommend him to anyone!!

Fantastic service was done 1 hour quicker than predicted would highly recommend and will definitely be taking all my broken electronics to be fixed with David friendly and fast

David fixed my series X controller in one night, very fast and friendly service, will be coming back again if I have further faults with my tech!

David at TilbyTech did a fantastic job of repairing my sons Nintendo Switch. He fixed the USB interface on the mainboard and ran diagnostics off all of the processor components before returning it. He demonstrated how thorough he really is by analysing my description of the issue thus suggesting the more detailed diagnostics rather than just fixing the clearly damaged item. In addition, communications were tiptop throughout the transaction. Thanks again David.

Extremely good place to go if you need anything fixed

He was able to fix my controller and it was at a good price 10/10 would highly recommend

Very nice man and was able to fix it on my budget

Not only did David fix our ps5 once .. it broke again, but this gentleman went out of his way to help us contact PlayStation directly as we wasn’t getting anywhere, he managed to get through to them and sent it off to get fixed or a replacement. They sent a ps5 back to David and not only did he keep hold of it for us he then set it up for us and downloaded the games we asked for. He is very patient, very honest and understanding. I would highly recommend David and will continue to use him if anything goes wrong on any of our consoles again.

David is brilliant, he took my controller and fixed all the stick drift and replaced my analogs with Hall effect sticks which a fantastic. Very good at communicating and getting the job done without hassle.

I needed my PS5 HDMI port replacing and inside was very dusty, David done a fantastic job and very fast aswell, also updated all my games for me as I hadn't been able to play it for over a month.. very fast and great price he goes out his was to ensure he helps the customer as much as possible I highly recommend david for anything 👍

Fast, quick, and simple. Dropped my 3DS in on Monday 25th of March with an R button that didn't work properly. After a clean didn't solve it, he quickly informed me that it needed to be replaced and had been ordered. Come Saturday 30th, he had it ready to collect. Overall a great choice for a very reasonable price. Will definitely come back for more repairs later on!

Amazing service dropped my xbox one s of to him on Friday 10th March and I was able to go a test it and picked it up the next evening on pick up David told me that the fix he did might not solve the issue and if it broke again then he would take another look at it this was the case david relooked at the my xbox free of charge and fixed the issue at the same time. Highly recommended

Highly recommend David at Tilbytechfix! Very knowledgeable about his repairs, easy to contact and very fast at carrying out the repair work! All at an incredibly reasonable cost as well!

I would highly recommend David's work..did some micro de-soldering and soldering for me which I couldn't have done myself at a very low price.

Honest advice, highly recommended, very helpful and easy to talk to. thank you so much for all your help

Had my Xbox cleaned by tilby tech fix very professional at his job I highley recommend his services

Simple SSD placement in my PlayStation 5 took David 5 mins. Made it look so simple and easy. Made sure the SSD was format and working before leaving. Great service and communication. Highly recommended.

I hadn't been able to use my laptop for almost 10 years as it just wouldn't work and thought it would never work again. Spoke to David who is the owner of TilbyTechFix and he convinced me to let him have a look. The very next day he called me to say that it was ready for collection! I was amazed, considering I couldn't remember any passwords to even log on, not only had he fixed it but was also able to save photos I had on there going back to 2008, precious photos of lost and loved ones. I cannot praise David more and will be forever grateful. I would and will happily recommend TilbyTechFix!!! He's also an exceptionally lovely guy and what he doesn't know about tech isn't worth knowing, excellent prices too 👍👍👍

Got my xbox one cleaned and also my laptop sorted and can honestley say they both work much better i highley recommend TilbyTechFix freindly, good communication, good prices
