Contact BFES and asked for help urgently. Without hesitation an engineer was sent immediately to the school and rectified the issue allowing normal service to resume. We use BFES for all our commercial kitchen service and maintenance across all four our restaurants. We also used them to design and install our kitchen at our restaurants The Briny and The Canteen. The design and installation have been excellent and we have always found working with the BFES team very fast and productive. The office team are fantastic and always try their hardest to help us out in tough situations when you need your kitchen to be fully operational. The engineers that attend callouts are all very friendly and knowledgeable and always go the extra mile to get any problems fixed as quickly and efficiently as they can. I would highly recommend BFES for any commercial kitchen needs you may have.
I have used BFES for over 10 years for a busy Golf Club kitchen and I can not praise them enough. Every-time something major has gone down like a the Dishwasher, Walk-in fridge or the Extract fan on the blink they are there same day to do everything they can to get me back up and running. In the 2019 heat wave my compressor for the walkin fridge blew, they managed to find and fit a replacement the same day. Epic service and amazing engineers.
Quality workmanship, with excellent response times. Have worked with BFES for a number of years, but had an emergency on Friday where our gas safety system would not reopen and were running the risk of closing the restaurant going into a busy Friday/weekend having been locked down for 4 months. Response time was well under 1 hour and resolved very quickly. Highly recommend.

Always a professional service
Have had to use BF engineering twice of late , freezer went down , great service prompt reponse and fitted new compressor within agreed time scale, which made me use them as opposed to an internet company when replacing ice machine , again great service and instalation service , will certainly now use them as my main renewals and replacement company .
