Thoroughly recommend Peter, who came out swiftly and had the washing machine up and running in no time. Very grateful for fast, efficient, professional, affordable service. Couldn't have asked for more. Such a relief to have it sorted so easily! This is the second time he has helped us out.
This is what I call customer care and good service. My washing machine stopped working half way through a wash. I called Appliance Care and Peter was out within 3 hours and fixed my machine. It is so difficult these days to get anything done without making several calls, booking appointments days in advance or talking to robots. I would definitely recommend Peter to anyone. really impressed with both the service and cost. Thank you
Words cannot express my sincere gratitude to their service - the repair guy actually saved me lots of work and money. Got a washing machine fault. Gave them a ring and they are outside my house in 20 minutes and in another 30 minutes I can start doing my laundry again! Very knowledgable and nice mechanic. He even gone a step further calibrating my washing machine. Even for this quick and professional service, the bill was extremely reasonable. Every penny is explained before work started. Honest business! Can’t recommend more. If I got friends and family members who needs anything fixed, I’m sure this will be my first choice for them - not one of!

Called this morning spoke to Peter he was able to come out the same day, he's very polite and honest he tried to fix my washing machine, he advised me to call up beko to get the repair done, because he didn't fix it he didn't want to take a penny. I highly recommend calling Appliance care for sure

Would recommend this company all day long. Rang first thing in morning and he said could come round in afternoon to look at machine. He explained how much it was and if it needed any parts would let me know first. He found the fault and found another thing wrong...repaired both items for no extra charge...what a lovely man he was too. Will definitely use him again

Highly recommend! prompt, polite and professional service. Our washing machine programmes weren't working correctly and Peter diagnosed the issue within a few minutes which required us to fit a new element. He carried out other checks on bearings and motor. He carried the spare part in his van and saved us from buying a new machine. Pete is honest and upfront about costs, advises on maintenance and whether repair is economically efficient. Trustworthy and helpful I wouldn't go anywhere else in Portsmouth.

Phoned Peter on Tuesday afternoon, booked for Thursday morning at some point, he arrived early, professional and courteous, he had a good idea what was wrong with my tumble dryer, I was quoted a price, he had worked out what was wrong, he had it fixed well within the hour, clean tidy work, highly recommended.

Marvellous service by a true professional - I rang early evening and Peter arrived first thing the next morning and was able to fix two separate issues on my washing machine straight away, as he had brought the spares for my make and model with him, having anticipated the potential faults. Very quick response time, thoroughly checked washing machine we initially thought was playing up but diagnosed our issue was a plumbing one, we didn't require repair and there was no charge, but Peter's speed of response and professionalism was very impressive and if we have any future appliance issues, Appliance Care will be our first call!

Cannot recommend this gentleman enough - we had an issue with our Indesit washer/dryer which he came and repaired promptly and for a very reasonable cost. The issue reoccurred about 6 weeks later and he came out again promptly and cleaned out an additional component and tested the machine thoroughly. He insisted there was no charge for this visit! So the least I could do is leave a review so others know he is a true professional and stands by his work 100% - highly recommended

I found this man on Google for a friend he went within 2 hours, was very polite and professional, was quick to find the fault and persevered to fix fault and save me money for parts, no call out charge and set price for works which was very competitive price would 100% recommended this man, found him very strait and honest,
Rather than waste time and money, AC advised me that I needed to replace the washing machine rather than repair, no call out charge, and advise was free

Very impressed that Peter immediately had a good idea what was causing the intermittent fault in my over 20 year old machine. He persevered until problem reoccurred and had the fault fixed shortly thereafter. Jolly glad that I did not accept NEFF's offer to visit in two weeks' time at a call out fee of double Peter's total charge.
