Same day fix!! Sean is courteous, polite, very confident with his knowledge and very reassuring. Problem was explained and solution all done in 90 mins. We are a busy salon washing towels constantly. No need for what I thought would be a new machine. Highly recommend this company as have been using ABA for many years and trust them.

Very rude owner. Google says they are open 24 hours, but when I called they didn’t even have the basic telephone manners to speak properly. The owner cut the call instead of helping or explaining the situation. Extremely unprofessional service and very disappointing experience. This should humble you!

Totally a ripoff charge 60 quiod labourto remove 4 screws and a 16 pound part that took all of 4 minutes then rips you off by charging over 100 pound stay away from scamming overpriced npt recommended
Absolutely fantastic! My oven stopped working two days before Christmas, which was incredibly stressful as I had family coming. Shaun was able to diagnose the issue over the phone, based on my descriptions. He managed to fit me in that same day, and was kind enough to talk me through the whole process while he repaired the oven. A genuinely lovely guy, who saved Christmas for me. Highly recommend!!
Shaun came to fix new hinges on the dishwasher door. He did an excellent job and was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. We are really pleased to have found someone reliable who we can call on if needed in the future.

Have used this company a few times over the past 5 years - very knowledgeable and reasonably priced, always super helpful! Would highly recommend! Last appointment was to replace a drain pump on LG washing machine, prior to that had a heating element replaced on a fan assisted Hotpoint oven.
Service was impeccable, so refreshing after a bad experience with another local company. Geoff listened to our issue and was reassuring on the phone, and arranged for their technician, Shaun, to come out within a couple of days. Shaun was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and professional—both our tumble dryer and washing machine were fitted with the require new parts and up and running well within an hour. Contacted Geoff at 9 a.m. Phoned me back promptly and Sean came 3 hours later. Diagnosed the problem on our Miele washing machine and replaced the faulty part with a genuine Miele part. First class service. Definitely recommend.
We had an oven to fix and were recommended ABA by another local company. ABA took sensible questions over the phone, came out within 24 hours and fixed the oven within an hour. Saved us hundreds of pounds for a new oven. They also found a related electrics issue that they couldn't fix themselves, but they emailed exactly how to describe it to an electrician. I will definitely use ABA again next time a household appliance breaks before buying new.

We have called on Shaun twice now to fix our washing machine and he has been great! He is very responsive via email and is polite, tidy and has always offered a great service and has fitted us in at the last minute and saved the day! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for any domestic repairs.
Shaun has just repaired my dishwasher and given me some great advice. He also very kindly sorted out another couple of jobs without me asking. I'll definitely call them whenever I have any appliance problems in the future. Quick, clean and highly efficient Absolutely recommend without hesitation.

We called ABA late Wednesday afternoon as our dishwasher had stopped working and they said they could come around midday Thursday, but we said we couldn't be here so they asked if we would be home in the afternoon and they came then. We were very impressed by Shawn, the engineer from ABA, who carefully and thoroughly checked our dishwasher before diagnosing the problem and fitting a new pump. Excellent service and a very reasonably priced charge. We were interested to learn they deal with other domestic appliances such as washing machines, tumble driers and even ovens so will definitely keep their number handy Thank you for your prompt service.
Punctual, precise, polite & informative. Sorted & repaired Bosch problem very quickly & gave valuable long-term advice on my 25 year old model. My first call for just about any 'white goods' service in the future; from a country-wide diminishing & rare group of skilled technicians. Very satisfactory visit. Well done.

I rate this company very highly with regards to customer care and getting the job done at a very, very reasonable cost. ABA’s engineers are very experienced and their work is of a high quality. ABA work within a radius of 15 miles of Farlington, Hampshire and will endeavour to action your call on the same day you made that call. In my case I made the call at 11am and the engineer was working on our washing machine by 2pm. So if you are looking for a good domestic appliance engineer and at a very reasonable cost then do not hesitate to contact ABA. I assure you will not be disappointed
