ABA Domestic Appliance Repairs

Very rude owner. Google says they are open 24 hours, but when I called they didn’t even have the basic telephone manners to speak properly. The owner cut the call instead of helping or explaining the situation. Extremely unprofessional service and very disappointing experience. This should humble you!

Had the team out twice for 2 separate issues and highly recommend. Great communication and clear about what the problem is and how they can help. My go to company for anything domestic appliance related.

Totally a ripoff charge 60 quiod labourto remove 4 screws and a 16 pound part that took all of 4 minutes then rips you off by charging over 100 pound stay away from scamming overpriced npt recommended

Absolutely fantastic! My oven stopped working two days before Christmas, which was incredibly stressful as I had family coming. Shaun was able to diagnose the issue over the phone, based on my descriptions. He managed to fit me in that same day, and was kind enough to talk me through the whole process while he repaired the oven. A genuinely lovely guy, who saved Christmas for me. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Thanks Shaun from 1st A.B.A :)

Shaun came to fix new hinges on the dishwasher door. He did an excellent job and was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. We are really pleased to have found someone reliable who we can call on if needed in the future.

Excellent service from start to finish. Shaun arrived within the promised time slot and called 15 minutes before arrival. He quickly diagnosed a faulty heating element in the oven, offered options for repair, and gave it a thorough test, all within the original call-out charge. Highly professional and very fair pricing. Would definitely use again for any appliance issues.

Shaun was amazing and the turn around was great… service was excellent and shaun was great… highly recommend..

Exceptional service from Shaun and Geoff - responsive and a flawless level of support. Highly recommended.

Easy to make appointment. Friendly and professional when the engineer arrived. Found the fault, had the part so was able to fix it there and then. Brilliant.

Have used this company a few times over the past 5 years - very knowledgeable and reasonably priced, always super helpful! Would highly recommend! Last appointment was to replace a drain pump on LG washing machine, prior to that had a heating element replaced on a fan assisted Hotpoint oven.

Service was impeccable, so refreshing after a bad experience with another local company. Geoff listened to our issue and was reassuring on the phone, and arranged for their technician, Shaun, to come out within a couple of days. Shaun was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and professional—both our tumble dryer and washing machine were fitted with the require new parts and up and running well within an hour. Highly recommend. Thank you ☺️

Contacted Geoff at 9 a.m. Phoned me back promptly and Sean came 3 hours later. Diagnosed the problem on our Miele washing machine and replaced the faulty part with a genuine Miele part. First class service. Definitely recommend.

We had an oven to fix and were recommended ABA by another local company. ABA took sensible questions over the phone, came out within 24 hours and fixed the oven within an hour. Saved us hundreds of pounds for a new oven. They also found a related electrics issue that they couldn't fix themselves, but they emailed exactly how to describe it to an electrician. I will definitely use ABA again next time a household appliance breaks before buying new.

These guys repaired our Range cooker, they were quick superb and honest with price. Will use again

We have called on Shaun twice now to fix our washing machine and he has been great! He is very responsive via email and is polite, tidy and has always offered a great service and has fitted us in at the last minute and saved the day! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for any domestic repairs.

Very competent and charged a fair price.

Thank you so much for fixing my oven just in time for Christmas!!!!

Very efficient and helpful service

Shaun has just repaired my dishwasher and given me some great advice. He also very kindly sorted out another couple of jobs without me asking. I'll definitely call them whenever I have any appliance problems in the future. Quick, clean and highly efficient Absolutely recommend without hesitation.

Can't fault them. They are good at what they do. You won't be disappointed. Thank you for fixing my washing machine while I was out.

We called ABA late Wednesday afternoon as our dishwasher had stopped working and they said they could come around midday Thursday, but we said we couldn't be here so they asked if we would be home in the afternoon and they came then. We were very impressed by Shawn, the engineer from ABA, who carefully and thoroughly checked our dishwasher before diagnosing the problem and fitting a new pump. Excellent service and a very reasonably priced charge. We were interested to learn they deal with other domestic appliances such as washing machines, tumble driers and even ovens so will definitely keep their number handy Thank you for your prompt service.

Punctual, precise, polite & informative. Sorted & repaired Bosch problem very quickly & gave valuable long-term advice on my 25 year old model. My first call for just about any 'white goods' service in the future; from a country-wide diminishing & rare group of skilled technicians. Very satisfactory visit. Well done.

Very quick response, came following day, identified problem and fixed oven within an hour, highly recommend

Very Happy with the work on my dishwasher. highly recommended.

This was the quickest service I have ever had in terms of a washing machine repair (and I’m a pensioner!). Much better than the response I have had from service contracts. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Great service, really quick to come out and problem identified quickly. Turns out we only need a replacement part (phew) and it's on way and can be fitted easily by us, after the expert tuition we were given on the call out. Thank you 😊

I was going to repace oven but this great company fixed it !it was touch n go but he never gave up ! 5 star company

Great service prompt call put. Simple fix it turns out. Thanks for not laughing! Would highly recommend

Was very happy with the service we received. Was very helpful and friendly and put in 100 % to solve the problem. Within half hour the washing machine was fixed and we couldn't be happier. Thank you

Very quick and efficient. Really friendly chaps with lots of experience

Very Happy with repair. From the moment we spoke to Jeff on the phone we had the confidence he would do a good job

Very fast and efficient repair at a reasonable price. Recommended. We would definitely call him again.

Would recommend. Prompt service and reasonable price.

Fantastic service and after care by the team at ABA. They went above and beyond to make sure that our washing machine was fixed even with the difficulties they faced thanks to our original house builders. We would definitely recommend the company to anyone who needs an appliance sorted. Great value as well.

Called on a bank holiday Monday expecting to leave a voicemail but got an answer. My tumble dryer was then repaired within 48 hours. Great service and great price.

I would highly recommend aba domestic for your washing machine and appliances repairs

Arranged a callout the engineer was truly honest and advised us on what to where he could have pulled a fast one and charged loads quality tradesman

Are you looking for experienced domestic appliance engineers and value for money charges? I rate this company very highly with regards to customer care and getting the job done at a very, very reasonable cost. ABA’s engineers are very experienced and their work is of a high quality. ABA work within a radius of 15 miles of Farlington, Hampshire and will endeavour to action your call on the same day you made that call. In my case I made the call at 11am and the engineer was working on our washing machine by 2pm. So if you are looking for a good domestic appliance engineer and at a very reasonable cost then do not hesitate to contact ABA. I assure you will not be disappointed

Really poor customer service. Spoke very sarcastically and was rude. Would not recommend

Very fast and reliable service. Always gets the job done.
