Any problems honestly just call Brad at Omni heating. This man is a true professional. I had a leak in my toilet and Brad came out on the same day and found the problem and it was solved within 45 mins. Nothing was too much. Every experience was absolute first class as a business should be conducted and even so the man himself carried himself with taking pride in his work having over years and years of experience. Honestly don’t think twice guys grab your phone and give him a ring. Quality service and quality prices. I know exactly where to go for my future troubles! We had a leaking diverter valve on our Vaillant boiler and called Omni Heating and I’m so glad we did. From the first contact, the service was professional, friendly, and reassuring. Charged £90 as a call-out fee just to inspect a boiler leak. The engineer spent only a few minutes checking and no repair was carried out. Felt very expensive for the time spent. Not good value for money.

I had an out of hours emergency with a leak in the bathroom, causing water to come through my ceiling. I phoned Omni. Brad was here within 20 minutes and got straight down to the job, stopping the leak and fixing the problem. Amazing! Brad was very personable. Would definitely recommend.
I have used Omni Heating a few times now, firstly to install a new boiler and then a new Hive Thermostat. Brad has been extremely helpful, friendly and professional. It has been a very good experience dealing with Omni Heating. After visiting my house they advised me about which would be the best boiler for my requirements. They are very professional in their dealings and proficient in fitting and checking the new boiler. When I had a problem with my old boiler having to buy a new one was a big worry for me. Once I encountered Omni Heating all those worries evaporated. A 5 star setvice.

Gas hob feed pipe below worktop was obstructing installation of our oven. Brad installed a new pipe and valve in a very confined space to an excellent standard. Fast polite service.

Liam came to remove the bath and fit a shower. He worked cleanly and professionally, especially as we have recently had new carpets fitted in the Communal area. He is a contractor who tidied up totally so I could use the bathroom overnight. Liam was the tidiest trades person I have employed in a long time. Omni Heating is a company I would not hesitate to recommend.
Absolutely incredible service. We initially had a leak which was looked at within a couple of hours that same evening. That lead to a bunch of parts needing to be replaced on our ancient boiler so at that point we went with a new. Brad handled the whole process extremely quickly with no fuss.

Dropped into the office on Copnor Rd to inquire about a new boiler fit. 3 weeks later the job has been completed. Now the proud owners of a new more efficient, quiet heating boiler. Couldn't be more pleased with the quality and speed that the survey and fitting was completed in. Very friendly office and engineers who carried out the fitting to my specific wishes. Fitting was completed in one working day and our property was left vacuumed up and clean and tidy. I fully recommend Omni-heating to carry out your heating requirements. After care is also available to maintain my 10yrs guarantee at about the same cost as just a coffee or two per month. It's a none brainer. Many thanks Omni-heating.

Absolutely amazing service! I am disabled and not able to reach or view the displays on my boiler / thermostat. I was also ill on a Sunday when my heating stopped working. Omni Heating were able to save the day as they remotely talked me though the boiler / thermostat reset and battery replacement process, via Whatsapp. This, they were happy to do in preference to charging me for a call out. Back in a warm house where I very rarely write reviews this company deserves my upmost gratitude and I would definitely recommend them.
Brad came to address a leak and loss of pressure on the boiler. He identified the issue promptly, with clear communication and explanation of the issue. He rectified the issue the same day, with the part already on his van. This was done within a few hours. His workmanship was of high quality and no mess was left behind. We now have a fully operational boiler. Very happy with the friendly service. Would recommend!!
Great job done by Omni Heating, we had multiple faults with our old 16 year old boiler and Brad gave honest advice, we booked in to have a new boiler installed. Brad and his colleague were punctual, friendly and polite and were very happy with our new boiler. Would 100% recommend.
Very quick response and installation. Monday. Problem reported (Water leaking badly from 17 year old boiler when heating on) Tuesday A home visit from Omni which identified the problem, followed by email detailing repair costs or costs of two alternative new boiler installations. Wednesday Reply to Omni selecting new boiler, followed by response from Omni confirming that the new boiller had been ordered. Friday - Message from Omni asking if they could install new boiler the next day (Saturday) - Agreed Saturday - Old boiler removed and taken away, and new boiler installed. Work area left clean and tidy. Central heating pipes flushed and cleaned . New installation tested and radiators bled. Both boiler controls and programmable thermostat explained after engineer had set them up. Excellent service. Thank you.

Brad was super helpful and quick when our really old boiler stopped working. We got a quote quickly and Brad had access to the part that needed repair in no time (contrary to what other companies were saying). The boiler has been working with no problems since then and fingers cross will continue. If we need any other repairs, boiler services we will now go to Brad.
I had a technician from Omni Heating to replace the electric shower, fit a new gas hob and wall Thermostat. He was very professional and friendly. He explained the process to me and showed me how to operate the appliances he installed. I was very satisfied with his work and service.

Excellent experience With Brad. Started with a major boiler problem, as the system was literally 40 years old, and is now all solved. Have since done a lot of work with Brad. Always professional, always efficient and always friendly. Very pleasant to deal with and very reasonably priced. Always answers the phone, always replies to any WhatsApps quickly and that doesn’t matter if it’s on a weekend or not. Absolute pleasure to deal with.

Brad came to our rescue when an old leaking radiator upstairs in my Mum's house left to water leaking through the ceiling. He came within the hour , expertly replaced the radiator and did an outstanding job. Thank you so much ! Highly recommended.
I had a long, ongoing problem with my heating system. Brad exhausted all attempts, over many return visits, to get to the bottom of the fault. We agreed the whole system was very old & needed updating & he has replaced the boiler, all pipe work & radiators. His team were efficient, communicative & thoughtful about the installation of this new system & I’d be happy to recommend them.
Brad the engineer repaired the leaks from sink and bath.He replaced pipework and stopper in both units.Overall the work itself was clean and professional and cleaned up after and offered to take and bin the old pipe.
Our boiler broke down on Saturday and we contacted Omni Heating straight away. Brad came out within a couple of hours! Unfortunately the problem was not fixable on the day. Brad messaged me with the price on Monday morning, bought the parts and came straight round and the boiler was fixed before 12pm! Brad installed a new Valliant boiler for us. He arrived on time and the work was carried out to a very high standard. Brad explained how to use the boiler and gave us a few tips on what’s ideal temperature settings etc. All the rubbish and old boiler was taken away, and the work area was left clean and tidy. I contacted Omni Heating regarding gas smell which the gas board cut off the supply. He was responsive and came within an hour when called out and immediately checked if there was a gas leak. He was able to discover that there was not and turned the gas meter back on. Would highly recommend for his services and will use again in the future.
