He arrived early for our appointment. I've been using James as our plumber since pretty much the point when we moved in our home a few years ago. Always polite, knowledgeable and efficient. The prices of his services are very reasonable too! He just did our annual boiler service and fitted a new tap in the kitchen, with the latter not the easiest jobs due to plumbing set up of the previous unit. Will certainly continue to use his services in the future!

I give this company a zero rating because despite taking the day off for a 12-4pm appt they didn’t turn up and then lied that there was nowhere to park and further lied that they tried to call me - UNACCEPTABLE - they just couldn’t be bothered!
James was the most cocientious plumber I have ever met . He found the problems ordered the parts and put all the faults right , boiler, kitchen tap and the toilet. His work was neat and tidy and fairly priced. Both my neighbours also had work done by him.
James, came out to our rental property to fixes the oven ... He provided a Professional services and he was very thorough ... Our tenants were very grateful considering the situation we are in with covid 19... We would definitely recommend James to anyone.
Right from the first phone call to James through to our bathroom leak being fixed, James was professional and friendly. James fitted us in really quickly and came to have a look at the issue in our bathroom, James then sent us quote for the works and this was very reasonable, we couldn't be happier with the work James done for us, highly reccomend *****
We called early on Saturday for a replacement safety valve for our boiler. Around 1pm James arrived and had the job done in 30minutes. Very nice chap, approachable and happy to answer any questions
We’d moved in to a new house just before lockdown, and not far in, the new house plumbing disaster struck - we stopped having hot water. We were obviously a bit nervous about having someone come into our homes in this time, but James came and take a look, very carefully followed distancing guidelines, used appropriate protection and then reviewed the problem. He laid out our options, and we speedily came to a resolution - and we had a new boiler fitted calmly and professionally a week later, with the added bonus of some smart features whilst he was at it. James explained everything throughout and was a consummate professional - I would not hesitate to recommend him, and will absolutely be in touch for any future plumbing or heating needs.
