Had a slight issue with potentially a squirrel nibble of one of our a/c small pipes in the loft causing a leak onto the ceiling. Contacted Andy and Jim was there early the next morning to repair it. He even told us what to get to cover and seal the water stains. Amazing service as usual despite the fact the squirrel 🐿️ nibble wasn’t down to them. It’s important to me to know the level of service you get after an install and Diamond AC really are consistently excellent. Thanks guys.

Andy fitted some air conditioning within my new home and he was exceptionally efficient and thorough with the job. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Andy and his team were brilliant I've now used their services twice for installations into different properties service is fantastic neat tidy efficient and very good value for money and I'd have no hesitation in calling them and again
Andy, the owner was "on it" from beginning to end of the process both in terms of comms and his can-do attitude. When his team turned up to carry out the work it was a pleasure to host them they were all courteous and got on with the job, everything was neat and tidy and all the work was as well hidden away as one might hope. I was able to carry on working from home with next to no disruption, everything was done in 2 days. I would highly recommend Diamond AC if you are considering them for any of their services.

Our entire experience with Diamond AC from start to finish has been fantastic. Honestly could not have asked for a better service. Any questions, no matter how dumb, no matter what time or what day, I get a quick response. Installation day could not have gone smoother, with no mess left behind. We are very happy customers and could not thank the guys at Diamond AC enough for their work.
First consultations with Andy were friendly, collaborative, and informative, and he was on hand throughout if we had any questions/checking on how we felt the installation was going. Adam, Dan, Jake, Mark and Tony completed our installation (1 external condenser and 4 internal units throughout the house) in 3 days and nothing was too much for them. They were hard working, made sure to consult us regarding all aesthetic decisions, and kept us informed of progress. They even spared the time to answer any questions we thought up (even the daft ones)! The team worked hard to keep all areas clean, were incredibly courteous, and were a pleasure to have around. They took everything our house threw at them in their stride and we hope our horrible walls and the pump we’re pretty sure the curse broke haven’t scarred them too much! In short - We are absolutely chuffed to have chosen Diamond AC Limited to install our AC, and would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to invest!
Highly recommended!!! Andy came to my property the same day as my call for a quote. He was good at explaining the options for me and gave good advice. Fitting was a couple of days later and they turned up on time and took all necessary precautions to save my property from any mess during the work. By lunch time I had my new unit fitted in my bedroom. Andy explained the controls and more info about my system. So, if you’re looking for air conditioning by a local reliable company with excellent attention to detail, with nothing too much problem, the I can’t rate Diamond AC highly enough! 5⭐️
Andy approached me after I sent a request for work out on checkatrade within an hour. That for me is a standout quality! It turned out Andy couldn’t work on my specific unit but he did give me some excellent advice on helping maintain my unit. Great customer focus, transparent on costs and keen to help you with your AC needs.
