Fantastic, outstanding service from start to finish. Called into the shop after seeing reviews and spoke to Yusuf, to replace my broken integrated fridge/freezer. Sheldon and Andre delivered on the date and time as requested and installed my new fridge/freezer. Sheldon also reattached the integrated doors back on. First class team! Very friendly guys and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They definitely deserve the 5 stars.

My old fridge freezer was broken kept blowing all the fuses. I always shop here for my white goods. Once again sorted me a new fridge freezer and it was delivered an hour after. What a find!! They provided an outstanding service to replace an intergrated fridge freezer and repair/attach a door on an intergrated washer. These were jobs that many others had declined because they were a bit "tricky". Billy in the shop & Yusuf and the young man who carried out the installation were first class AND they did everything they said they would in literally a couple of days. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you for your skill & professionalism. As well as that, you are good guys!

Mixed experience - they did a great job repairing our henry vacuum cleaner, but when we called up to ask about a washing machine repair they said they didn’t do that and hung up. Maybe a misunderstanding?

These guys! They went out of their way to help. Firstly, offering a choice of new washing machines when I called up so I could review my options. Then sorting delivery next day (and taking away my old machine). And most of all by coming up with a solution to a really tricky fitting issue which meant removing various doors! All with good humour, and a great price. Would recommend them all day long.

I have just purchased a dryer, from this company and last year I purchased a washing machine . Each transaction was perfect in every aspect and I would give top marks for the friendly staff when speaking over the phone and in the shop, they could not be more helpful and obliging. Called in to speak to them about getting a new washer to replace a washer dryer that was not easily accessible and kept having faults, and putting the new machine in a more accessible space that wasn't an average size and also needed some work. I had an idea of the machine needed, they confirmed that they had it and came out the same day to deliver and fit the new machine and after some doing they got it the space for which I am grateful, as well as taking away the old machine and what I would say was a very reasonable price, especially compared to the more commercial suppliers. A brilliant service from start to finish.

Rang in week to get my washer repaired and asked to ring back saturday. Rang saturday left my contact details and was told engineer would ring. No call and wasted day. Rang at 5.35 however call out was now 50 quid not what i was quoted. Told me to text my details so i sent my address and model number of washer. 2 hours later now 7.40 no sign. Maybe he was expecting my card details to an unknown number. Like i would do that doh! Very suspicious think it might be easier just to get a new one

Polite and helpful

Found an appliance I was looking for on their website. When I tried to order on line it stated they did not deliver to my area. I emailed to try and look at how to find a solution but heard nothing back. I rang a week later and when I mentioned the appliance I was sourcing the call was disconnected. Rang back a few hours later and told very bluntly they no longer have any (despite it being shown as in stock on line) and again the call terminated. Actually am in shock.

Good price for a new washing machine.

Brilliant service by the team. Rang at 11am and they came at 3pm same day, fitted my new washing machine seal and a problem caused by whoever installed the machine in the first place. My washer is now quiet for the first time in its life! Fair price and friendly service. Highly recommended.

You can really tell that Joseph is SO attentive and skilled at what he does and passionate about his work. He came in and diagnosed our washing machine within 5 minutes and had it fixed within 20 as he had the parts to hand! Such a friendly, genuine gentleman who I’ll definitely call on if any future problems arise with any of my large appliances. A true handyman - thank you!

Paul put himself out to fit me in the same day I called, even though it meant he would be working late that day. Unfortunately, he was not able to repair my machine, so I can not comment on that, but very good customer service nevertheless.

My old dishwasher was leaking from the bottom. I need it to work for another two years so I took it for repair. 90 mins later it was fixed; it needed a few washers that weren't in stock so the repairer customised what he had. No leak now and working great. All for £50 cash. Even helped getting the washer out and back in the car. I can't recommend highly enough.

Absolutely fantastic service. I'd been past this place many times over the years in Leeds, so when I found myself needing a washing machine, I thought I'd try these guys out. They were really helpful from start to finish and even delivered and installed on the same day at no additional cost! Couldn't recommend these guys more.

SCANDALOUS PLACE IVE USED IT LOADS AND LAST WEEK THE FITTER WANTED TO COME OUT THIS WEEK IVE JUST BEEN TOLD THEY DONT WANT TO COME AS THEY DONT DO THEM, EVERY EXCUSE UNDER THE SUN, PERSONALLY MADE EVERY EXCUSE UNDER SUN TO NOT DO IT.... GIVE IT A SWERVE..

Charged £50 for a 5 minute visit to diagnose the issue with our broken dishwasher. Having chased up a quote for the repair works I've not received a response in over a month. Basically paid £50 to be told my dishwasher is broken, pretty sure I could have got more use by lighting candles with my money! Although I was informed that I could put my £50 toward a new dishwasher with them, before I even received a quote for repairs. Will be searching out a reputable supplier for our replacement.

Rang to ask about a spair part was rushed and not listened too and told me sorry I got another call coming in.

My machine wasn’t spinning or draining after moving house and I had a load of washing stuck in there. I phoned today (Saturday) and Yousaf came on his way home and sorted the problem out in minutes. The cost was incredibly reasonable. I can’t fault such a friendly, responsive knowledgeable and good value service, and will definitely use again in future and would recommend. Really impressed.

Had it "repaired" same issue then happened the next day. We called back, was told the engineer would come back out. He didnt. We called back, was told the engineer would contact us, he didnt. we called back, was told the engineer would ring. He did. He organised to come that evening. He didnt. He said would come the next evening. He didnt. I'm so fed up and am now left with a smelly dishwasher and piles of washing up as I am disabled and struggling

Booked an oven repair, around latter end of last year and seen to by Gavin. My oven started making noises within the month of the fitting, I called and he was very dismissive stating the noises would improve and you just have to let it settle. A year later (now) has continued to make noises. I Had someone from a different company check it out - turns out the wrong element was put it!! Costing me a whole new oven. Very disappointing and won't be using your service again

Needed a new waste pipe on my dishwasher. Headingley Appliances came out and charged me £40 call out charge to tell me what I already knew that I needed a new pipe... mice had nibbled the pipe. They then returned and fitted another pipe which I have since discovered was an old dirty second hand pipe and charged me £70. I would not recommend this company.

Would highly recommend this company very professional and they proper sort you out! We went into the shop asked about a washing machine, we got a brand new one with 2 years warranty and they fit it for us all included in the price and literally within the next half an hour of us walking into the shop! Very happy with our purchase, feel really comfortable that we can call them if we have any problems and they will sort it straight away! Really lovely and friendly people! Thank you so much!

I never usually feel inclined to leave reviews but I'm so happy with the service I received, that I couldn't not leave positive feedback. I'm also usually quick to overlook smaller more local business in favour of big retailers, but I'm so glad I contacted these guys and would go to them straight away in the future. My washing machine broke last week, almost bought a new one but decided to give repairs a try first. I called Headingley Home Appliances, super friendly on the phone, they took my details and sent an engineer round same day. Joe the engineer was lovely and fixed my machine in about 20 minutes. Not only did he fix it, he also corrected the plumbing at the back to improve the water pressure. Couldn't have done a better job. Fairly priced and said if anything went wrong again to just call. Thank you so much!

Our cooker had a broken heating element. The guys from here were on-time and fixed it perfectly with no messing around. Fast friendly service and I would definitely recommend

Absolutely brilliant delivery and installation next day

After a quick google search this seemed to be the best place to go for home appliances. I replaced my old broken washing machine with a brand new one which was a lot cheaper than what i was quoted at the big electrical retailers. Really happy with the customer service and they are even coming round to install it today! Definitely made me a customer for life.

Would recommend this company to anyone. Had a problem with my washing machine and a different company came out and told me something had broke in it which was going to cost me £85 with no guarantee they could fix it. Then one of the engineers joe came out straight away from Headingley home appliances and looked at it and knew what it was straight away and fixed it within 10 minutes. It was something completely different to what the engineer from the other company had told me. Really good service with friendly experienced staff.

Advised that old washing machine would be too expensive to repair. Went to the shop at 16:30 got a good deal on a Bosh that was £100 cheaper than 3 of the big retailers. Was delivered, installed and tested by 18:30 at no additional cost. Great service, really friendly guys. Will use again!

Brilliant Place - Recently experienced a problem with our fridge freezer and despite not purchasing from them (recently moved house) contacted Headingley Home Appliances for their guidance, fully expecting to buy a replacement. Binney, the owner, advised me what to do and in no time at all I was up and running. Wonder what the response would have been if I had contacted the major electrical stores !!! I have purchased appliances from Binney before, there was no hard sell just recommendations and he delivered and installed my washer and dryer within a day ! I cannot speak highly enough of Binney - he is extremely helpful, reliable, reasonably priced and nothing is too much trouble. The icing on the cake is his Customer Service - Exceptional. I cannot recommend Headingley Home Appliances enough - use them, you won't be disappointed.

I needed a new washing machine and within three hours of first walking into shop, that new washing machine had been delivered to my home and installed and the old machine taken away: all included within a competitive price. It's worth your while seeking out his shop on a back street behind St. Michael's church.

What a Brilliant Find at an Excellent Price ! Having just moved home we required a new washing machine and dryer; we were given great unbiased advice from Binney, the owner, on a full range of makes and models and he recommended models that would suit us rather than selling us goods that would have benefited him more financially. Delivery was organised at a time and day convenient to us - in our case the following day and installed by Yousaf who was as equally as friendly, obliging and professional as Binney and he ensured everything was installed correctly and in full working order before he left - unlike the "Big Boys" they treated us with respect and we were made to feel like a valued customer. The icing on the cake is that they also offer an after care service and we utilised this on products that they had not supplied. What a Great Team and will certainly use them again in the future.
