Needed the guys twice for two different jobs. Excellent service both times. Friendly, helpful and very prompt service both times.

Very good service. Punctual, clean and tidy and most importantly fixed our freezer rather than us having to replace it.

Called them to fix a dishwasher. No real diagnostics done beyond asking a mate if he's seen a similar fault. Suggested parts were expensive (not their fault!) so opted to just get a new dishwasher. Pretty disappointing that they didn't offer to install the dishwasher with the service fee I had already paid, or offer a discount to do so. They just pocketed the service fee for 15min work and wanted another fee for installation. Whilst it is their prerogative to do that, a more honest/friendly company would at least say "yeah okay, we didn't exactly do much, here's a bit off if you want us to install". It would be unfair of me to give lower than 3 since they did turn up quickly when they said they would, but I wouldn't recommend them for repairs if there's a chance your appliance is a write-off.

What a great service. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a reliable service that doesn’t rip you off and also recommended a lovely pub to go and visit in the sun while my dishes were washing for the first time again in the machine for 3 months 😁

I could not rate this company enough!! I choose them over others on google due to their excellent reviews and they did not disappoint. I requested a call out at 11pm at night and they were on the phone 8am the following morning with an appointment! They came same day, the engineer knew instantly what was the issue and even carried spare parts in his van , so I was lucky to not have to wait till the next day! There is a call out charge which you would expect however should you need repairs carrying out this covers the cost of labour so just the parts to pay for. The engineer was friendly , professional and left a tidy clean utility when he left. Highly recommended 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

We thought we were facing a new oven (£900+) but spoke to Clear Choice and discussed the issue. They quickly assured me it could be fixed and we arranged an engineer’s visit at a time to suit me. Duncan arrived promptly as promised and in less than half an hour, had the oven fixed and perfect at a very reasonable cost! Brilliant service,I filled in a online form Tuesday night ,got a phone call first thing Wednesday morning and appointment made for Thursday morning . Technician rang to say he was on his way ,and arrived within the hour . Tech found the fault promptly and carried out a repair . Very pleased with the service would certainly recommend to family .

When my dishwasher wouldn't drain, I did the basics but no joy. I contacted Clear Choice Appliances based on the number of reviews and that they were local. The Ts&Cs, price etc were clearly explained. After a call to say he'd be 20 minutes, Connor arrived the next day. A cup of coffee later my dishwasher was working properly. He also sorted my pipes that were kinking. Great service, fast and excellent value for money. Thank you.

Came out quickly and diagnosed issue with heating element on dishwasher. A quote was given for parts and subsequent visit to fix happened quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with the service and customer service.

Clear Choice Appliances came out relatively quickly and claimed to have identified the issue as a leaking valve, but missed a leak in the water hose to the dishwasher itself (despite charging £75 call-out charge…) which was identified the same day by a plumber who cared to look. Once the leak had been sorted, they replaced a valve on the dishwasher (another £65) which did not resolve the issue with the appliance. When we contacted them to query, they didn’t want to know and suggested we call a plumber.. would not recommend - we’re £150 out of pocket with nothing to show for it.

Absolute. Con artists. Had a dishwasher that's faulty. Engineer came out. Spent most of his time on his phone and arguing with a colleague on the phone. He left after 5mins and said some one be in touch. But no one called. I rang the so called office only to be told they could replace it and fixing issue would be costly, Seemed very dis intrested. Waste of £72. I would stay well clear of this firm. They have 5 Star rating. Makes me wonder how?

Excellent service.My Flavel integrated fridge freezer broke down 2 days before Christmas. The team managed to come on Christmas Eve morning and identified the issue. Turned out I need a new one. They had cut the power for the old fridge freezer for me immediately for safety reason. I received a quote on the same day for a new one including installation and recycling of the old one. Very reasonable quote. Cannot believe I can get a completely new one installed today already! It is within a week time given it is still a holiday time. Very pleased with it. Thank you team.

After being messed around by another unnamed company, I turned to Clear Choice. They were polite on the initial phone call and although they couldn't get out to me the next day, they arranged to come out the day following. The engineer had a good knowledge of the local area, he called 30 mins ahead of time with his ETA and was able to identify the problem quickly upon arrival. Even though a new part was needed, he had one stocked so was able to resolve the issue without the need for a return visit. The total bill for callout, labour and parts was very reasonable. All in all, I can't say fairer about these lot. Would use them again in future.

Last week when we were on holdiay the Dishwasher broke down and I had to organise an eningger to come and see what the problem was. Clear Choice were extemely efficent, had brillant communication and were very timely and professional. Within a week we had a brand new Dishwasher installed and the old when wheeled away with any rubbish. There was even an issue when fitting with the original plumbing and although not the installers repsonsibility, he still resolved it. Top service from start to finish.

We have used Clear Choice on two separate occasions. We were impressed the first time they came out to us as they went above and beyond. The second time they came out and did the most amazing job to fix our washer-drier. Brilliant, fabulous, superb, we highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Called for advise on our dishwasher no longer working late one evening and the engineers came out the next morning. The dishwasher needed a new part, the office sent us a quote for the part and when we had given the go ahead we was kept updated throughout the process of them ordering and it arriving. The engineers came back out to fit the part as soon as it arrived. Cannot recommend enough!

1st class!! Called at 9.30pm, no answer which I expected at that time. But then got a txt saying they had a missed my call and how can they help. Discussed issues with 12yr old washing machine, fully expected to be told to buy a new one! Conor came at 7am the next day. Fixed the machine at a very reasonable cost! Cannot recommend highly enough, will certainly call them for appliance repairs in the future 😀

Need a Repair to my Neff double oven. Connor arrived nice and early, (if you need an early slot they start at 7am) replace the faulty part in no time. The whole thing was sorted in 40 mins. Definitely recommend and will definitely use again for any of our white goods.
