Steve was just brilliant, polite, professional, had my washing machine back up and running in no time!! Highly Recommend!
This is the second time I have used P & M the first for our cooker this time our washing machine. I cannot fault their service,prompt and courteous and Steve was excellent. Although he went above and beyond in trying to get our machine working it turned out to be a lost cause due to age and lack of available parts and I would recommend them in an instant.

Mick was incredibly helpful diagnosing the problem over the phone and letting me know of where I could order the part from. Steve then came and fitted the part and the dishwasher is now functioning normally again. Very professional, reliable company.

Excellent service. Arrived promptly, unfortunately the fault with my cooker wasn't fixable but I only had to pay a call out charge of £20 to cover the diagnosis and the engineer was excellent and fully explained the issue. I will use them again if required.
Amazing service, with affordable prices. My oven broke down boxing day and the engineer came out the next morning and within half an hour the oven is working. A friendly and polite service as well.
