Called MC 1pm on Friday, my oven’s heating element had blown, was experiencing him to arrange a time the following week for him to have a look at it. He requested the model number and said he’d get back to me. Couple of hours later he called back and said he’s got the part and could fit later the same day. By 5pm, I had a working oven again. Brilliant service, super quick, gave good advice and is very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.
Donald's communication is second to none. From the moment I booked, he kept me updated with regular messages, provided a convenient one-hour arrival window, and even sent a text when he was just 15 minutes away, which was really appreciated. His knowledge and expertise are exceptional. He explains exactly what the issue is in a way that's easy to understand and takes the time to show you the parts that need attention, so you know exactly what's been done. I've used Donald's services a couple of times now, and on each occasion he's managed to diagnose and fix the problem there and then. Not only is Donald highly professional, but he's also incredibly friendly and approachable. He never rushes the job and is always happy to share helpful aftercare advice, along with practical tips and cost-effective ways to keep your appliances clean and running efficiently. Donald came today and put new bearings in my washing machine. He came yesterday and diagnosed the problem and today to replace the bearings. He was an extremely nice and helpful guy who I would have no problem in recommending

Donald came out at 6pm on a Friday evening to fix my washing machine just a couple of hours after I initially contacted him. He found the problem quickly and replaced the broken pumps, all sorted and working again within an hour. Donald was polite, efficient and professional and totally saved the day with 3 kids in the house and a perpetual mountain of laundry! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic service and really lovely man. He came within an hour of ringing him. It took him seconds to release my trapped washing and minutes to replace the broken latch on the door. Called because I had a problem our oven. Spoke with someone called Donald, who was super friendly and quickly arranged a day and time for him to come have a look. He was very polite and well informed when he arrived. I asked some questions about my oven and he was very happy to answer. I'm usually a very anxious person, but I managed to have a good talk and a few laughs too. Very happy with the service and if any other issues arise. Will definitely be calling again!!
Highly recommend MC Appliance Service Repair. Contacted him twice now when my tumble dryer has broken down (because it’s gets so much use with 4 kids) and he always replies really quickly and comes out the same day both times I’ve contacted him in a panic. He’s friendly, professional and is very fairly priced (compared to other quotes I’ve had in past). You can even use him if your appliance is still under warranty, if you just contact your appliance provider first. Thanks again MC
I called them due to the reviews that had been left and glad that i did. Very friendly service and described what had happened and told me what not to do in the future to stop it reoccurring. Don't normally recommend anybody, but making an exception today

Donald showed up as promised in appalling weather, he got stuck in to the tumble dryer belt replacement straight away and within 45 minutes we had a fully functioning tumble dryer back in use. Good job, no fuss, fully recommend his workmanship and friendly manner.

We phoned Donald yesterday about our broken washing machine. He arrived today and had fixed the wiring and replaced the heating element in less than half an hour. He also gave me advice on preventing the build up of limescale, which living in a hard water area is invaluable. Donald is a very professional and friendly young man who I will be highly recommending to my friends and family.

Called in to fix washing machine and received a flexible time to be able to get home in time for the appointment. Quick diagnostic skills was evident engineering skills in practice. Remove and fix door with ease and looked at lock mechanism and set my mind at ease it's only the handle. Washer was back in full operation and bonus the cost was very affordable as compared to thinking of getting a new one.
