Amazing from start to finish, dishwasher door was broken - Bill came the next day to assess the damage, ordered the parts immediately and came to fix it the day after the parts arrived. I could not praise Mr. Richardson more highly. My oven was not working. Cooker is only 5 years old. He came very promptly, checked everything and the element was the problem. The manufacturer had ceased trading and spare parts are not available. Mr. Richardson seemed very disappointed that he couldn't fix it!
I'd highly recommend Richard, he was professional, tidy and knew exactly what he was doing. He didn't do any unnecessary upselling or spend any more time then was required. He's going in my book for any repairs in the future.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Rang to enquire about a new rubber for a washing machine. I was quoted a price and a 2 hour window for them to attend. Price was very reasonable and they turned up bang on time. Swift efficient service. Couldn’t ask for more.
The door seal on my new Samsung washing machine tore which meant the machine was leaking on every use. Contacted Bill at Richardsons Domestic who explained the cost of labour and part. On giving the go-ahead, the part was ordered, promptly delivered and Michael visited this morning to fix. Richardsons are courteous, professional and extremely responsive - in fact, everything you want from repair experts and I would have no hesitation recommending them.

I cannot speak highly enough of William and his company. Via Check a Trade I asked for quotes for an issue with my dishwasher. Other companies came back, quoting me in excess of £100. William however phoned me and left me a voicemail and said I did not need an engineer and that he will talk me through how to refit a part that had become loose and was causing the problem. I phoned him back and he talked me through it and now my dishwasher is working perfectly and I spent nothing. Integrity like this and a willingness to just be helpful is in short supply. If I ever need any further support of a plumbing nature. William will be my first call. Thank you

Richardsons Domestic are an absolutely amazing company. They came to repair our oven a few days before Christmas, they came within a few days of ringing and got the oven repaired within half an hour. Will be using again for any domestic appliances!!
We rang at 9o/c on a Monday morning and our machine was fixed within 3 hours. Fixed price plus parts so no nasty surprises when we came to pay. Excellent service from a local firm.
Brilliant service, fast, didn't over price. Please use this gent instead of any of the others that will charge you double unnecessarily! Called and fixed within an hour - 80 quid for parts and labour! Highly recommend.

After calling a couple of local companies who either didn’t answer, didn’t respond back to me, or were abrupt on the phone, I luckily phoned Richardsons Domestic. The gentleman I spoke to answered within a few rings, was friendly, took the time to listen to me explain the problem I was having with my oven and managed to resolve the issue by explaining to me what to do whilst on the phone. Not only did this make things quick and simple but saved me a huge amount of money too. So pleased I called them and will most certainly be contacting them again if I have any further issues. Problem was a blocked pipe not the washing machine as we thought. In fairness Richardson's didn't know that nor did I, they came in 24 hours sorted me out or pointed in right direction left me a pack of cleaning solution. Exceptionally helpfull and resolved our broken washing machine problem. Turned out it was a blocked drain hose and he got it working by giving me instructions over the phone without even coming to the house. Utterly amazing ........dont even think of going anywhere else to get your domestic appliances fixed. To cap it all he refused to take any payment....
Called them to ask about a repair to a Bosch tumble dryer that was running hot and was given a very straight answer, that it would be more expensive to repair than to replace and if he did the only repair he could, we would most likely 'be back to square one'. The engineer's honesty was very much appreciated and saved us a lot of time and otherwise additional cost
