Great company! They donated 5 trays of sandwiches to our charity which has enabled us to be able to provide food for the people who are in much need of our services. Everyone has been enjoying the sandwiches and the feedback has been extremely positive regarding both the quality and quantity of the various fillings. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity!

Worst customer services company, I’ve rang them multiple times spoke to their admin and management asking if they would supply me with their food products, I had lots of promises, but no services , not forgetting I also sent emails as well no reply.

It was really delicious and moreish. It was designed and displayed really lovely. A great selection of food. I would definitely recommend as party food to my family and friends.

Very disappointing experience. The company provides a mobile number for the driver, but that number is never answered. However, when calling the landline number found online, they respond . Each time I contacted them, I was assured that the delivery was on the way, but the delivery never arrived This has happened more than once, and the communication has been misleading and unreliable. Giving false delivery promises and avoiding direct contact is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot trust this company’s service and would not recommend them unless they improve their honesty and delivery reliability

Tried a bbq chicken sandwich today. Bland and lacking any filling. No butter! Just bread! Shrinkflation has nothing on the amount of filling you provided. Tasteless.

Absolutely disgusting!! Call themselves a good company?! They need shutting down!! This is supposed to a ‘gammon ham salad” - that is cheap, nasty SPAM! That has never been near a gammon never mind call it that!! And the ‘salad’ is 2 pieces of wilted, rotted lettuce - still in date and being sold btw! Absolutely shocking 🤬🤬🤬

I had the unfortunate experience of trying one of these "pastas" while on the road. The pasta was undercooked, and a wooden spoon was thrown in, completely covered in sauce, making it unusable. There was absolutely no flavour—just mass-produced "food" with no attention to quality.

Bought a chicken and sweetcorn beaugette from dafen petrol station and I have to say its the worse one I've ever had all processed chicken which was problem bought from asda as a pre mix and just taken out of a plastic packaging and stopped into the beaugette whoever makes these for you needs to be fired absolutely crap. !!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company needs to seriously look at quality control. Bought two of these today from my local store for me and the wife, both were like this when opened. They smell rantid and the chicken is slimy (still two days on use by date) Really unhappy.

It was a very good wrap I loved it soo much that I ate 2 whole ones. The chicken was the best and the best wrap that I have ever eaten . Definitely recommend.

Bought from my local owned shop. Supposedly chicken ceaser lettuce....Not sure what was in this but it certainly was not chicken. The list of ingredients this longis ridiculous when it is a basic wrap. I think this company needs looking into...

Have gotten some sandwichs multiple times from my local premier shop and have to say they are most disgusting vile things i have ever eaton, not once have i managed to finish even half of the sandwich. I even tried feeding some of the chicken chunks from one sandwich to my cat and i swear to god it GAGGED! the cat GAGGED! when faced with the chicken from this sandwich, I have seen people on multiple occasions take one bite outside the shop only to throw it away seconds later... its almost imppresive how they have managed to make the filling so dreadfull in quality.

Your cake and custard sundae was quite nice, now you have changed to wooden spoons they are going down hill, the cake has a lingering wooden taste, end up having to use a normal spoon. sandwiches are ok hit and miss!

Just got a chicken mayo lettuce sandwich from my local off licence and its safe to say that it tastes disgusting, the chicken tastes very mushy like peas and it is very gelatinous and gooey seems like they mix it as it looks like dog food, very disgusting the bread is cheap and flakey just tases horrible would not recommend

Just bought a BLT from my local shop. Absolutely vile sandwich. Fur growing on the bacon and strange coloured tomato. Would not give it to my dog!! I am reporting back to the shop as they need to change supplier immediately. Would give zero star if I could. Factory needs a surprise visit from food standards and shut down. Enough said!!

£2.79 for a box of salad and all it’s contains is lettuce and that’s pretty much it you get 2 tiny tomatoes 1 slice of wafer ham it’s just full on lettuce Also the sandwiches taste stale and never enough filling most they add into the cobs is butter and that’s all you can taste 🤢

Probably the worst food on the planet and food hygiene let's them get away with producing this garbage, sorry but big bite has traded under lots of dirrerent names over the past 24 months. The amount of absolute rubbish in their sandwiches they are not even worth a £1. The bread smells fusty and the fillings are tasteless! The sandwiches are just cheap and poorly made to a cost not a standard.

This is the disgusting Double Cheese 'Salad' I paid £1.99 for on 9th February. Cheese, 1 slice of soggy Cucumber and a piece of limp Lettuce. Salad? No tomato and no spread on the bread either. Complete waste of money!

Brought a chicken tikka lettuce wrap expecting it to be a chicken tikka lettuce wrap like all the others I have brought before but this one is a joke beaded chicken in it that not even marranated and the tinyest amount of sauce spread on wrap that looks the coulor of tikka sauce but has no taste to it. I never had a problem with your products before but that has put me off for big time

Disgusting gray bacon. tasted absolutely foul (which is why i looked inside. Don't bother!
