We received an excellent service today. Two boilers serviced and certificates issued, three heater decommissioned. Andrew communicated every step of the way so no disruption to the staff and work could continue. Very clean and tidy. Very nice and polite people, I would highly recommend. Andy beech and son I was recommended by a friend when my boiler had stopped working just before Christmas not a good time to happen. Contacted them and was pleased with how quickly they came out as they were booked up. They found fault straight away ordered parts and returned next day to fit them I had a service done at same time. Andy was great with my elderly father! My father smelt gas yesterday and called someone out who clearly was incompetent, trying to rip them off and worrying them! Called Andy for some advice and he was able to go to the property 9am the next morning, fixed the boiler instead of trying to sell them a new one like the previous person and checked everything that was needed. He has done a great job and also went out of his way to get the parts that were different to usual! Can highly recommend this company can’t thank you enough for putting my parents mind to rest and making them feel safe again thank you so much!
I highly recommend Beech & Son. I had an issue with my heating not working whilst it was very chilly. I called several local gas engineers, all only dealt with combi boilers. Then I called Andy, he arrived the same evening, diagnosed the issue instantly, ordered the parts and came back the next day to fix all of the issues. He was highly knowledgeable, reliable, great communication and explained everything to me. Will definitely be using Beech & Son from now on. Thank you
No problem too big or small for Beechandson could not be resolved … very quick and efficient as well as friendly and professional . I contacted Beechandson at very short notice and they turned up and short term sorted my issue out awaiting a part , then in fixing my boiler other problems were discovered these were also quickly resolved . I had an issue with replacing some bath taps, which caused a leak I could not fix. I called this company and within a hour Andy came out, fixed the leak and also fitted the bath taps. Very professional and quick response. Highly recommend this company.
Would like to say what a first class service I received today. I contacted Beech & Son this morning as my boiler wasn’t working. They came out that evening and within the hour I was back up and running. Thank you so much for a swift response.
Excellent service, came out at short notice on Christmas Eve just when we thought we would spend Christmas with no heating. Very thorough and checked everything before he left. Will definitely be using Beech & son from now on.
