We were having trouble with our back boiler, thinking we may have to replace it, after reading reviews we called Steve out. He was absolutely brilliant so professional ,friendly and didnt leave a speck of dust behind! he was able to fix the problem which was a relief! Would definitely use Steve again

We found out that our boiler had begun to leak while we were 200 miles from home about to board the Eurotunnel train to France !😳 .. we made an emergency call to Steve at 3Tgas this morning and gave him an estimated time when we would return home .. he said he would be there .. and true to his word he was exactly on time ! he fixed the leak in the boiler and now all is great again .. we can now resume our holiday without worry .. reliability & honesty & skill .. priceless ! We would highly recommend 3Tgas, and we are looking forward to seeing them again for our annual services 👌

Steve came out within 4 hours when my water heater suddenly stopped working. On both visits (the first to diagnose the problem and the second to fix it with the relevant parts) he was punctual and professional. Communication was great and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I was also appreciative at his flexibility re the times he could come. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending or using again. I was given Steve"s name by a my nephew, who had been given it by mutual friend of his, regarding a new boiler that I was intending to have fitted. I contacted him by phone and arrange for him to view and quote for the work required, he was very courteous and professional in his manor, I opted to use Steve instead of the others who had provided quotes. Steve provided a full written quote which he honoured, he completed the installation and some extra work and is now my regular annual boiler engineer for servicing requirements.
