Was scared to have a extraction, but I must say they put me at ease and it didn't take 5min to take the tooth out, thank you to the dentist who did the extraction.

Appointments fast and efficient. Had 11 teeth taken out, my own fault. Thought it would hurt more than it did, relief is an understatement. Gums are healing, no issues. Not my regular dentist, but was very happy for the referral and treatment received.

I visited this dentist clinic this week for my first appointment in a long time, and the entire experience left me deeply disappointed and disheartened. The clinic fell short in several key areas: • Reception: The receptionist when I first arrived was completely unwelcoming and unfriendly in her approach and manner which set the tone for the morning as things just got worse from there. • Overwhelming Environment: I was shocked to find four staff members in the room. No one introduced themselves, I wasn't asked if this was okay with me that so many people were present for my appointment or explained why they were all there and one person just stood slouching on the desk drinking a Red Bull without engaging once. • Discrimination & Equipment Inaccessibility: Because I am a wheelchair user, the staff immediately presumed and didn't ask me if I could transfer onto the dental bed for my checkup or X-rays. They should have asked me what I preferred or what would be more comfortable. Furthermore, I was informed that their main X-ray scanner is completely inaccessible to wheelchair users because it does not lower enough and there isn't a bed to transfer onto in the room either. I think this needs to be reviewed and reasonable adjustments made so that other patients who are wheelchair users or have mobility issues do not experience the same barriers and discomfort. • Painful Procedures: Due to the equipment issues and lack of adjustments, they had to take multiple manual mouth X-rays by different staff members some of who didn't seem to know what they were doing, which I found to be quite painful. • Unprofessional Communication: At points during my appointment, the staff chatted away between themselves in a foreign language I couldn't understand. I found this to be highly unprofessional, rude and completely unnecessary. • Poor Explanation and lack of respect: My treatment was not explained well, and I was asked to sign paperwork without any prior discussion or explanation of what I was signing and agreeing too. I was then just dismissed and told to leave and go to reception to book in for my teeth extractions and deep clean I don't feel I was showed much respect or empathy at all throughout my whole appointment. Going forward, I will be formally requesting that I have just my chaperone, a dentist and a nurse present for my future appointments. Management seriously needs to review their team's professionalism, basic etiquette, and disability awareness and I think more training is needed. I hope my next appointment and overall experience is much better.

Genuinely one of the worst dental experiences I've had. I was referred here by my own dentist, who I have to say is the complete opposite — friendly, professional staff and receptionists who actually make patients feel welcome. I first attended this practice for an assessment and immediately noticed the attitude at reception. The receptionist was incredibly miserable and came across as though even answering a basic question was an inconvenience. Everything felt like a blunt yes/no response with absolutely no warmth or basic customer service. I thought maybe she'd just had a bad day, so I didn't think too much of it. Unfortunately, my second visit was even worse. There were two receptionists. I stood directly in front of the desk waiting while one of them continued what she was doing without even acknowledging that I was there. Not a “hello”, “I'll be with you shortly” or even eye contact. I was just left standing there feeling awkward. The other receptionist wasn't much better. The whole atmosphere at the front desk felt miserable and unwelcoming. When people are coming into a dental surgery already nervous about treatment, the last thing they need is to be greeted by staff who make them feel like they're an inconvenience. Unfortunately it didn't improve much once I went in for the extraction. Everything felt rushed, almost as though the dentist was trying to get through the procedure as quickly as possible. I didn't feel relaxed, reassured or particularly comfortable during the experience. I appreciate that dental practices are busy and staff have difficult days, but basic manners, communication and reassurance cost absolutely nothing. I was referred here simply to have a tooth removed, but I left feeling far more anxious about dental treatment than when I arrived. The clinical treatment may have been completed, but the overall patient experience was awful. Management seriously needs to look at how patients are being greeted and treated from the moment they walk through the door. I certainly wouldn't choose to return here voluntarily. I was referred here by my normal dentist to have a tooth out. Experience didn't start well with the receptionists attitude over the phone and in person. When it came to the day of having my tooth out I was nervous due to a childhood experience so had asked for sedation. When I was called to go into the room they asked if I was okay with stairs due to my walking stick( my notes already stated that I require a downstairs room )I said no and then was told to sit back down no further communication on what was happening. I was then called by another dentist about half hour after. No one told me their names or asked how I was , blood pressure was put on me which is standard this was tight and making me more anxious and then another person again no name given placed a tornakay on my arm and placed the needle in my arm for sedation no warning given. No one checked if it had worked or asked how I was before the worked started. Having the tooth out was very traumatic, I felt pain twice and twice an injection was given without telling me they were happening and everything was done without any kind of human interaction or feeling. The sadation had not worked so I was very aware of what was happening. Once everything was done I wasn't asked how I was I just had my walking stick shoved at me and told to stand and shoved out of the room and back to my partner. The whole experience from start to finish was awful and didn't need to be a bit of human touch and communication would of gone a long way.

Mr Bhandal was excellent at removing my wisdom tooth. I was very nervous due to being needle-phobic but he was very gentle and very quick with the procedure. Brilliant!

I was referred here for wisdom teeth assessment for removal & left feeling more confused than when I arrived. Staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing with the X-ray machine which didn’t fill me with confidence for a tooth extraction! Luckily they couldn’t do it there as I’d rather wait for a year on the hospital waiting list. I was told to take a picture of the X-ray from the computer and send it to my dentist so now I’m left with 2 sore wisdom teeth, 1 photo of a computer screen and no referral for extraction :)

Mr Bhandal and Kelly are absolutely fantastic, sorted my issue with my teeth straight away, they listened to my concerns and rectified them, would highly recommend Imperial Dental in Cradley they have provided a brilliant service. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Couldn’t fault them, Baz and Kelly are the best.

What a great dentist staff and dentist very helpful i hate dentists but the staff and dentists took care of me had two wisdom teeth taken out didn't feel anything and was made comfortable all the time 👌👌

I was petrified of Dentists due to a past experience many years ago. I then found Bhandal Surgery on Bunbury Road (Now Imperial Dental Group) and was referred to their Surgery in Cradley Heath. Been going there ever since. I’ve never looked back and have no issues whatsoever with dentistry. I have IV sedation and it is so simple and pain free. Had two extractions yesterday. No problems. Would strongly recommend them

My son was treated with no respect and it took 5 minutes, for the second time with no treatment or refferal So rude

Had to have my wisdom teeth removed under sedation... as an adult I felt ridiculous being "scared" but the whole experience was amazing. The staff where amazing reassuring kind and friendly!! From the receptionists to tbe dental staff. I would realy recommend this place to anyone!! Thankyou for making my experience positive. Expecially the two dentists who dealt me. You were amazing!! Fast and efficient

This dentist is one of the best out there if your scared/nervous they will put you at ease.

As an autistic person with high dental anxiety who hadn't been to the dentist for about 6 years, I was terrified at the idea of going for treatment following a large and very painful tooth abscess! My first visit was for examination and x-rays at which i cried and brought my sister with me to help me talk and the staff were so lovely and gentle, taking note of things and sensations that I find particularly hard to sit through. We then agreed for root canal under IV sedation which I ended up needing to attend for 3 more visits due to the lingering infection and eventually having the crown fitted today. Every visit I was so anxious I brought someone with me, I always cried in the chair before starting the treatment due to nerves but every single member of staff were so reassuring and kind it really helped me to get through. What I appreciated the most is that I felt they were caring but not patronising, they understood that although its distressing for me, lets get the job done and get me out of there as soon as possible 🤣🤣 i had no issues or major waiting times when calling to check my appointment details and reception moved through the long queue pretty quickly and could get me my next appointment within a week or so. Will definitely be returning here and recommend them! Just note, it is a bit of a bustling busy reception/waiting room but it runs very efficiently from my experiences. i felt very looked after! Thank you everyone! 😊

So pleased this Bhandal's Dentist gave me an appointment with them after my own Dentist said she couldn't remove my tooth as it looked like the roots were too near my sinuses. The first Dentist I saw said my tooth needed to be extracted and they'd got a cancellation right away! The second Dentist looked at my X-rays and said he could extract it for me as it was sitting at an angle but thankfully was not near my sinuses. Within seconds he'd extracted it. I was so grateful to them. Please pass on my thanks.

It goes without saying that visiting a dentist is missing from most people's bucket list however I have to admit my visit to IDG was a blessing. I was referred based on needing a tricky upper tooth extraction. The staff were fantastic as soon as I arrived. They made me feel welcome and I was seen almost immediately. I was looked after by some very keen dental nurses before the main event. Mr Bhandal completed the procedure expertly. He talked me through the process and helped me stay calm. It was a bit of a stinker to remove but it was painless and a relief to see the problem tooth in bits on Mr Bhandals table afterwards. I received after care advice as well as a pack explaining what to do next. Overall I was extremely impressed with the staff and practice as well as Mr Bhandals expertise. Thank you all.

Highly recommend this dentist, I was waiting for a NHS appointment after my dentist couldn't remove my tooth. After waiting my dentist recommend paying to have it removed and made me an appointment here. So happy with the service after travelling an hour and half to get there. Kelly the nurse from the first vist to the next vist for my extraction made me feel at ease and her knowledge was brilliant. The man who did my anesthetic was so nice and was so gentle. The dentist who did my extraction was brilliant. I wish this place was closer to home. Thankyou all for making it so quick and easy to have my tooth out. 10/10

Apart from the thousand forms you need to fill in, its always a positive experience here. The dentists are always friendly and the dental nurses are welcoming and knowledgeable.

After struggling with my teeth and anxiety with dentist, I was referred to imperial dental group to have 7 extractions under sedation... within 1 week I had a quick consultation and then had 7 teeth out... this place is amazing and the staff are very professional.

I was referred to your practice by my dentist in Worcester following a failed extraction of a molar with exceptionally long roots. My dentist spent 10–15 minutes attempting the extraction but stopped because he did not want to risk the roots breaking and causing further complications. He advised me that, as I only require a local anaesthetic, it should be possible for the assessment and extraction to be carried out on the same day if clinically appropriate. A week later, I received a text asking me to arrange an assessment. The problem is that I live approximately four hours' round trip from Cradley Heath. I simply cannot afford to make two separate journeys of that length for an assessment followed by treatment. I am currently in pain. The tooth is no longer in line with the rest of my teeth, I cannot close my mouth properly, and eating is painful. What has made this situation even more frustrating is that I have been unable to speak to anyone at the practice. Every call is diverted to a call centre, who are unable to discuss my circumstances or pass me to someone who can make a clinical decision. I am simply asking to speak to someone at the practice so I can explain my situation and ask whether, after reviewing my referral and X-rays, it would be possible to arrange the assessment and extraction on the same day if the treating dentist considers it appropriate. At the moment, I feel that I have no way of discussing my circumstances with the people who are actually treating me, and that is extremely frustrating.

I strongly advise anyone considering this dental practice to think twice if they expect to be treated with basic respect, dignity, and genuine patient-centred care. My experience with the practice manager was appalling. I found his attitude rude, condescending, and patronising, and I was left with the overwhelming impression that money was a far greater priority than patient care. The extremely high prices only reinforced that impression. What makes this even more disappointing is that the other dentists and reception staff I encountered were pleasant and professional. Unfortunately, the behaviour and attitude of the practice manager completely overshadowed this and left me feeling disrespected, undervalued, and extremely uncomfortable as a patient. No patient should be made to feel this way when seeking healthcare. Based on my personal experience, I would not return and certainly could not recommend this practice.

Had a great experience with Sina. He was friendly from the moment I sat down, explained everything clearly, and was completely professional throughout. He made what is usually a stressful appointment feel easy. Would happily recommend him.

I was referred to them throught the NHS, they called me to confirm a date for a wisdom tooth removal, which i was unavailable for as I was on holiday. I was told to call back and since then have been getting the run around, they transfer me to dead lines, sometimes they have no idea who I am, sometimes they do. Its an absolute mess meanwhile I'm left in pain with my tooth. I will be complaining directly to the NHS, the practice is very poor and dont seem to have any desire to help

I was booked in for two fillings, seen really quickly with polite and friendly staff. I was seen by two dentists and i believe a dental nurse,( Sina, Pedram and Bethan ) Absolutely amazing treatment, the above staff that treated me were polite, professional and funny. I would recommend anytime. And once more, the three members of staff who treated me were impeccable !!!!!!! Thanks Guys! P.s. still not a huge fan of that drill! :)

I had a wisdom tooth extraction yesterday 23.6.26. I found the 3 staff there so kind and caring even though I wasn't there long as it was a quick and quite painless experience. Thank you again 😊

I have just used this dental service.I requested an emergency appointment on Monday 1/6/2026 and the amazing team on reception were able to fit me in within the hour. On arrival,again the team on reception were very welcoming and explained everything to me. Within 5 minutes I was greeted by a dental assistant who took me to the consultation room.I explained how nervous I was I what treatment I needed. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but she was compassionate,very knowledgeable and completely but me at ease. I then saw the dentist and again she showed a level of care and compassion the exceeded all my expectations. I can’t thank them enough and highly recommend the dental surgery for anyone.

I was referred to this practice by my dentist for a tooth extraction. I was very anxious but the dentist and dental technician put me at ease and made the procedure very stress free. They talked me through every step and the extraction was done very quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend.

Man they get busy! Travelled from the other side of Brum as my local dentist could not do what needed to be done. Although very busy, receptionist were great and they soon sorted everyone out. Didn't wait long to see the dentist who again was great.

Uzab and Simran were the most friendliest polite and respectful people! They made my partner feel at ease during his appointment and calmed his nerves, after recent bad experiences im so pleased to say they have made him have a different view on dentists. So appreciative for their great customer service.

Orthodontist very poor service unprofessional doesn't know how to talk

Im a very nervous patient due to a bad experience i came to imperial i can honestly say the young gentleman i saw put me at ease and put my trust back in dentist so thankyou

Been waiting for a referral here for a broken tooth to have trot out by sedation. Was told that referrals usually take around 2 weeks. I have waited for 6 weeks and been calling every week, now I am told they don’t have my details and the one person dealing with referrals is on annual leave for 2 weeks. Waste of time. I have asked my dentist to refer me elsewhere as I have no confidence that a practice can’t answer an email for 6 weeks and send a text message will be competent.

After calling several dentists this morning I was surprised to hear these were accepting nhs patients as no one else seems to at all. Explains and got an appointment for four hours time. Came in, got seen quickly after filling forms in, had two lots of X-rays, examination and main dentist also popped in due to more complicated then j initially thought. All were great, communicated well and were polite. Lady said I needed more teeth out showed me scans explaining what needed to be done, was quite surprised then could fit me back in for 2-3 hours time to get the work done and could also do sedation as I needed four teeth out Went back later and waited half hour as I was five mins late which was expected. Was in and out within 90 mins, even with anesthetic and sedation it was quite uncomfortable and I did struggle but not once did they make me feel silly for reacting the way I did, I understood it needed doing and I just needed to bare with it. They were great, the male dentist then escorted me back through the reception to sit with my day and supported me with his hand which was also so comforting as I was a little hazy after the sedation also. Rearing that I was actually able to get registered. Saved me a fortune today due to registering me as nhs too. Was recommended this place by my dad who raves about this place It was very busy but people moved quickly

Was referred to this surgery by my local dentist, so had to travel by train to Cradley Heath. Was it worth it? Yes! I had an extraction done which took less than ten minutes. The staff were excellent and I was on my way back home on the train the same day.

This place is nearly an hour from where we live but it is worth the drive because of the brilliant service they provide. My local dentist couldn't get my Son in for two weeks even though he had bad toothache but one phone call to this dentist meant he had a appointment the very next day. They saw him today and were friendly, professional and helpful. The staff on reception were brilliant and the dentist and dental nurse were lovely. I would recommend this dentist to anyone. Thank you.

I came in for a wisdom tooth extraction, and the dental nurse was so reassuring, kind and supportive because i was very nervous. The dentist who done the extraction did so in a couple of minutes and she was very good. However, the reception team really do need customer service training. They are rude, and it seems like they hate their job. You wait infront of them to be seen but they are too busy chatting among themselves. And when they finally attend to you, its bluntly and with not one single smile.

Visited here today for extraction and was so nervous at first but after the lovely dentist explained everything as he was doing it and before i knew it the tooth was out cannot thank them enough I highly recommend this dental surgery

I was referred to this dentist due to a broken tooth and sedation I am an extremely nervous patient. I have to say that Dr Abdullah was very professional and empathetic who could see how worried I was, tooth out and sedation around 15 minutes and painless. Hope this helps others be assured,thanks again Dr Abdullah and colleague.

My son came in today for the removal of a broken tooth. He was initially seen by Dr Josephine and Angel to get numbed who were gentle and great at explaining everything. He was anxious about this due to having a needle phobia and having a previous attempt at extraction fail. When he was numb, Dr Bhandal came in, and the tooth was out in the blink of an eye. I remember having Angel and Josephine with my other son, he was.... challenging and they were just as kind and patient. I'm just buzzing that it's finally out to be honest and very grateful that we got such a fabulous team. I have also always found the receptionists to be helpful and friendly when we have needed to visit or talk over the phone (it's not our regular dentists) and we have had a good experience with the orthodontist team here too.

I was referred to have a tooth removed under sedation after my dentist failed to do it. When I was in the room my obs were taken and the dentist made me feel so at ease. Mr bhandal came in and inserted the needle into my arm. It was so gentle that I had to thank him and praise him . He then administered the liquid and told me I would start to feel drowsy. I started to become less drowsy and the dentist made sure I was aware of the fact she had nearly finished. This was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend anyone use this surgery. The dentist even told my escorted what I should do over the next 3 days as I still had the sedation in my system and I wouldnt remember. Thankyou

Had a wisdom tooth out with sedation the dentist who performed the extraction did an excellent job minimal amount of pain 2 days after. Found all the staff there very friendly and professional. Wouldn’t go anywhere else price and service would be hard to beat

Was referred here by my dentist for wisdom tooth removal , I can not recommend them enough as a nervous patient they are friendly and kept me at easy and my procedure was done the same day ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They appear to work at the speed and efficiency of a 1990s McDonalds production line but sadly provide the customer care and experience of Ryanair on a bad day. Rushed in, encouraged to sign documentation without any explanation or time to read (I ensured I did). No explanation to what was going on or what will happen, brutally injected (horrific) tooth ripped out, post care explained at a 100mph and then ushered out again. If this is a typical nhs dentist the nation should be thankful that places are in short supply. Can’t wait to return to my usual dentist.

Wisdom tooth removed by bas bandhal painless and about 10 seconds done. Dental nurse was brilliant didntt catch her name unfortunately but thank you The best experience iv had at any dentist in 30 years amazing.

Absolutely fantastic dentists, was referred here by my own dentist to have 4 teeth out on 3 different sides of my mouth 6 weeks ago, I didn’t have sedation as I didn’t want it. I was In and out within 25 minutes and the dentist and his nurse were both brilliant , so kind and caring and told me every step of the way what was being done, no pain at all I didn’t feel a thing. Can’t recommend this dentist enough 10 stars they were amazing!! Thankyou so much.

Appointment was 11.30 wasn’t seen till 12.15 dentist spoke way too fast and made me nervous as I didn’t know what he was doing to me and everyone but the reception seem to have an attitude problem.

Baz (Mr Bhandal) is amazing. I was super nervous about wisdom tooth extraction. He really is the best, it was out in less than 2 minutes. Didn't have sedation just injection. Highly recommend to anyone. 10/10.

I came in today a very nervous patient and left with a big smile thanks to Amy & Monty who made me feel relaxed .Monty is an amazing dentist who put me at ease and Amy his assistant was so lovely it made the whole experience a pleasant one

From the first appointment with my orthodontist (Dr Erma Quraishi) for my braces , she was spot on every single time always made me comfortable and delivered the best smile for my self! really pleased and definitely recommended the team here!

The Dentists themselves are amazing, my children Love coming here for their teeth check up. Dentists talk to them brilliantly. Happy and chatty and make the experience great. However the reception staff moral is way down. They look genuinely depressed and their attitude stinks. I have 3 kids so all the forms take a while. Once i fill in 1 set there is another. The receptionist handed me 1 form n i said thank you, can i have 2 more as theres 3 children to be seen today. She looked to her co-worker and said "look theres 3 of them on this one, she (the lady who first served us previous) shouldve done all three of these for this ... half a job aint she) I was appalled. I then heard other say she was not talking to anyone today ... its just easier. After our great experience with the dentist as always, i came back down to re-book the children in for 6 month check up ... The women looks like i had actually made her day worse by speaking to her. I said "hi! Can i rebook these 3 in please" He responses were just ridiculous ... "What do you mean rebook?" Like can i rebook my children in for 6 months time please? "Rebook for what?" For 6 month check up please? "What date" Can i get a 2pm friday slot again please? (Expecting to be given options of when they have available) "but when?" (Shocked again) "Erm, do you have this particular date available (not stating date for privacy) " "Yes thats book" "Can i have a card please" *hands card* All this with no smile and literally looking at me like i had just interupted her day and i felt like she . While i blame the world we live in now and how people in customer service lack the qualities that people need for customer service these days, no smile, no politeness, ..... they were all the same ... even the older ones. But i want to say again ... the actual dentists are always amazing. And the lady was that in with us at the screen was lovely too.

Today I was seen by a Dentist/Hygienist Josephine and a Dental Nurse Nicole I was made welcome and at ease instantly, and after my procedure was completed, they gave me some great advice on continuing my oral care, fantastic care given. I am usually wary of dentists as a whole, however I will be going back to this Dentist again.

Thanks to Dr. Simba he handled my tooth extraction and filling with great skill, and the anesthesia was perfect, Lia his wonderful assistant has such warm energy, making the visit very comfortable

The dentist did a root canal on me but i have anxiety so they have put me under. While he was doing my tooth he cut me in my mouth under my tongue so deep something came out in my mouth and had it for 3 months tried to call them for an appointment but they just ignored me

Had 2 wisdom teeth removed, was in and out within 30 mins. Team were lovely, explained it all clearly and felt no pain or discomfort whatsoever. Amazing job

Absolutely petrified of the Dentist from past bad experience, but after going here it was amazing. Didn’t even feel like I’ve been to Dentist or had anything done no pain no infections absolutely fabulous it reinstated my faith in Dentist are no longer scared to go there

After breaking my tooth and finding out it was fractured under the gumline, my private dentist referred me to Cradley Heath to have the tooth removed. He advised having the procedure done under sedation as the tooth was most likely to break further when trying to extract it. I had my assessment and returned this morning for the extraction. I couldn’t have the sedation as my daughter was unwell and couldn’t accompany me. Not gonna lie, I was sooooo nervous. I couldn’t stop shaking. I needn’t have worried at all ! Nurse Angel was so welcoming and completely understood my nerves and tears. The dentist, Tag, was equally amazing. They were both so patient with me and explained the procedure and that we could stop at any point. My mouth was numb and within a few minutes my tooth was out !! I never felt a thing ! I can’t thank Tag and Angel enough. They were so lovely and didn’t make me feel stupid for getting upset. I have now cured my fear of an unfamiliar dentist.

My daughter was referred here by our dentist due to excruciating wisdom tooth pain. We therefore checked the website and were impressed by the photos and countless 5 star reviews However we attended and found: 1) The dental practice is very unclean. The reception, toilets, stairs, and even the dental bowl inside the treatment room were dirty. We watched a man step in blood just infront of the reception desk This gave an awful 1st impression and immediately raised concerns for us 2) The receptionists demonstrated poor interpersonal skills, were unwelcoming, impersonal and lacked the ability to treat each patient as an individual. A very mechanical approach! 3) The dentist- student?? Who saw my daughter was pleasant, however we entered a room where 2 other dentists- students?? were but as no introductions took place we had no idea of who they were 4) Communication skills were very lacking. All 3 staff members began to discuss the scan amongst themselves in a language which we couldn't understand and then called a senior dentist for advice. He didn't introduction himself either so at that point, we had no idea of what was going on. We heard him say, " that's fine, just tell them about the small risk" After which the seemingly more senior of the 3 explained the specific risk of extraction but appeared confused when I asked for information about the scan results/ what they found regarding the affected tooth. We are used to dentists showing us xrays and discussing findings, but although she showed us why there was a risk, it seemed that she hadn't planned on discussing anything else for example, the actual state of the tooth 5) Though they were pleasant, they failed to instill confidence in us as they created an environment of confusion, lack of professionalism, lack of empathy, lack of knowledge and incompetence It appeared that they may have been students but I am not sure?? As a result, we felt that we could not trust this practice to safely and competently care for my daughter and decided to return to our own dentist to requested a re-referal in spite of the fact that she has been in pain for a number of weeks. To the practice: You may believe that there is no need to address any of the issues stated as the majority have rated you highly but I implore you to do so. It would make a significant difference to your dental practice

Just had 2 bottom wisdom teeth out Mr Bhandal himself come in and took them out straight away he was amazing.Been going to the bhandal practise in cradley heath for years i also take my 4 year old daughter Mr bhandal is amazing.

Friendly, courteous, efficient service here & caring staff do their best to calm nervous patients who enter here. A nice, calming manmade fishpond is relaxing to view before you approach the reception staff, who can answer all questions & take payments in cash or card here. My checkup found the missing filling I'd stated was due to a decaying tooth, so X-Ray performed, viewed & explained extraction & any plate work was needed as Dental Nurse ANGEL was so thorough & professional even with paperwork made it a pleasurable visit. With a bus stop outside, it's ideal to get to & from this high street practice, part of Imperial Dental Group, U K.

I am absolutely appalled by this dentist. I went in with my mum to have a sedation to have a tooth out. My mum had to leave the room which was a big no for me as i have really high anxiety. I also had to show the dentist which tooth i needed out when surely they would already know that non of the dentists looked like they knew what they were doing so i had a panic attack and didn’t have the procedure done.

Had a tooth pulled due to chipping it. Guy couldn't pull it . Eventually got it after 30 mins. But took some of my jaw bone with it. Been picking jaw bone shards out of my jaw for months. Now it's healed over there is still a lump of bone sticking out under the gum. It's causing pain and infection. Asked for help but just been referred to the dental hospital. Phoned dental hospital to book. But can't book because they're full. So have to wait until February at least. Ive literally had an infection for 6 months now had blood tests to confirm. But nobody cares lol not sure what to do. State of the UK man.

Dr Bhandal was fantastic, as were all of the nurses. All were polite, reassuring, and professional. Went here for a wisdom tooth extraction and it was over in no time at all.

Got referred to Imperial by my local dentist as I needed to hve my wisdom teeth removed, paid extra to go private WORTH EVERY PENNY. 100% no pain and so easy Mr Bandal was fantastic, the whole process was no longer than 10 minutes.

Had to go in to have four teeth removed didn't feel nothing at all and it was really quick I was made welcome by all members of staff I spoke to and didn't have to wait long for appointments

Visited today after being referred from my local dentist who in my opinion are quite poor. Excellent dentist to use professional helpful and 4 teeth extracted with minimal pain even afterwards I've had pain relief and now feel a lot better than previously. Highly recommend

Dental staff were incredibly efficient and helpful after we were referred here from our usual dentist. They were attentive, considerate and proactive, going above and beyond in resolving the issue then and there so that we wouldn't have to rebook and return at a later date. We were very grateful for the excellent service and care.

Went here for my braces treatment, the orthodontist was so so rude. She’s always rushing and due to that the braces break when she applys or try’s to take them off. I believe her name is something with E, she is very unprofessional and everytime I went for a tightening she would be speaking to her assistant about daily life stuff like going out with family etc, I found disrespectful since I’m sat there waiting for my teeth to be done and your just wasting time… She’s very snappy and rude, when it comes to expressing any opinions she doesn’t like. I’m 100% changing my treatment to somewhere else due to her. Disgusting, and she should be sacked.

I had my wisdom tooth removed, it was quick and painless. I hate needles and everyone was really supportive and took their time. I’m so surprised with how fast it was.

I was given an appointment in the same week. Went for an assessment but I was told no extraction will be done today but can ask if a spare slot was available at the reception desk. There was one in 20 minutes which was great. Every member of staff that approached me we friendly and welcoming. The dentist were very considerate of my pain and reassured me throughout the procedure. Will recommend to family and friends. Great job to all staff xxx

Recently had 3 teeth extracted by this dentists and I cant recommend them enough. The receptionists and dentists alike are all very good. I was also made to feel really comfortable during and after my surgery and they made an overall horrible experience seem not so bad. Brilliant!

Visited the practice for the first time - some staff were friendly however, I've seen more life in a crematorium than the receptionist that took our details etc - quite rude and abrupt, we had to pay a fee which we did mention that it was a referral from our dentist and it was part of the maternity scheme - the receptionist completely disregarded this and wasn't very reasonable - on the plus side the dentist was polite, did a fantastic job and went the extra mile by giving the valuable advice.

Love my smile! DR Erma is absolutely amazing professional the best orthodontic dentist she's caring, and so skilled at what she does. She made every appointment comfortable and easy to understand, The results are incredible I feel confident and happy every time I smile THANKS ERMA!!

I suffer from anxiety and have a fear of dentists from bad experiences in the past. Cradley is a fantastic dentist. Yesterday I had a wisdom tooth removed under IV sedation and Mr Bhandal was very good, I didn't feel a thing. Thank you to you and your team for getting me through this bad state, I can finally relax.

This was my first time visiting for a dental check-up. I visited a few days ago. I had emailed beforehand about my condition, and although I don’t remember the dentists’ names, I’m sure they’ll remember me. The two female dentists were very helpful and understanding of my needs, which made everything feel a lot less scary. They also took the time to listen to all my questions and gave me really helpful feedback about my teeth. I kindly request and hope to receive the same support and adjustments in future appointments.

I had my scaling and polishing done by Josephine and her lovely nurse they were gentle and did such an excellent job- my teeth are completely stain free and look lovely - highly recommend 👍🏽👍🏽

After searching for a dentist for months i rang the team at Cradley who were nothing short of attentive and booked me in i was seen by a dentist called Baz and his nurse leanne who were both caring and compassionate (i have the biggest fear of the dentist) they were very informative and discussed all the options available to me in great detail. Honestly couldn't recommend them enough unable to place 6 starts so 5 will haft to do. Thank you all again :) :)

I visited here due to a referral on having a large tooth removed as my dentist couldn't freeze my mouth. I chose to be sedated. I was apprehensive as the surgery reception seemed chaotic but you were seen very quickly. I had an assessment then went back to have the tooth removed. It went really well and the team I saw were very professional. No after pain and no complications. Would definitely recommend if you need sedation.

What a team, I was referred to this practice. After nearly a year of pain and multiple appointments with my previous dentist. I was seen on the Tuesday booked into having my tooth out on the Thursday and it's finally done. I appreciate how professional the whole practice is. Definitely deserves five stars.

This practise is a joke my wife was booked for a l7 and it took 4 people to remove them instead of calming the patient they used full force without warning the patient. Working in the same profession they shouldn’t treat a patient like this 1 it’s unsafe 2 they should be making it clear to the patient. The person who was explaining was very rude to the patient. They didn’t provide no antibiotics also didn’t tell the patient how to improve the swelling, I really think that this practice should be looked at in a professional way And for those who book in the near future with this surgery, please double check the reviews before you book yourself an appointment with these guys thank you. They don’t even deserve One star

I had a root canal instrument removal and root canal done by the private endodentist Dr Sherif. I didn't know what to expect, but I knew it was going to be a long and difficult task, but he surpassed my expectations. He was warm, kind and gentle, but more importantly he was professional, calm, patient, meticulous and was able to successfully remove the file from a very difficult position, and complete my root canal treatment. Im still in awe at how technical and strategic you have to be to perform these treatments. He really is the best in the Midlands!! I'm so grateful for him and his team and even more grateful that they were able to save my tooth.

I was referred to Bhandal to have 5 teeth out under sedation I thought I was attending a assessment but they decided to take my teeth out that day with numbing injections it was the most horrific experience I have ever had the force they used on me shocked me my teeth was breaking they kept holding my head because of the force, glasses were dirty and when I left one and a half hours later as I stood up I could see parts of my teeth on the floor due to the force they used, I have had teeth out before but this was something else just terrible experience

Had my wisdom tooth out here, and I am NEVER going back! Not only in pain with them taking my wisdom tooth out they’ve cut all my lips so there very sore! And I was iv sedated the bruise on my arm from where the needle went in is horrendous. They were so rough!!

Isn't even worth a star. Went inside and walked straight out, should not have to pay for service like that they are not worth a penny. People sitting on the sticky floor the place was disgusting i dread to think what the back rooms was like and how unhygienic the tools are. This place would give you an infection rather then helping you with one. I was referred here as I needed a wisdom tooth extracted and my dentist couldn't do it. All the staff were so friendly and reassuring. I was very anxious about the procedure but I was made to feel very at ease. The whole procedure was pain free and was over in under 20 minutes. Highly recommend especially for nervous patients.

Absolutely blown away at the service and treatment I received Friday , i phoned on the Thursday and got an appointment on the Friday for half 3. Before I’d even finished the form they give when you check in I was called up stairs. Answered a few questions and the young lady went and got the dentist straight in. Took a look in my mouth and then took me straight down for an x-ray no waiting around. Back in the room I was told I would need my wisdom teeth removed when would I be available? I said as soon as possible! Thinking in the next couple of days! she said she could get my seen in 20 minutes, I was shocked at how quickly everything was moving before I knew I was sat back in the waiting area for about 10 minutes before I was called in to have them removed! Each person that seen to me on Friday was so kind, friendly and very reassuring it was much appreciated! In and out with all that in between in 1 hour and 30 minute is service! The Dental Team at Cradley Heath are amazing. From front of house to the Dental Team. They are extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and didn’t make me feel bad. I was anxious about having teeth removed but they gave me ‘sedation’ and Local numbing (a lot of it!). They had a monitor nearby for safety. The first consult; they have the latest X-Ray Machine; so they get a full look. I’m going back there (I was referred to them by a dentist in Worcester). Bhandal Dental Practice (apart of Imperial Dental) – this practice is on 184 High Street. Is short walk from the train station. I recommend them. Thank you Team. I look forward to seeing you again. For note: I had poor dental hygiene due to MH & COVID lockdown. I also have a phobia of the dentist (I also had a really bad experience years ago). If you need dental care - go to them!

I had my wisdom tooth extracted from this place and was charged £260 for a 10 minute job. I believe I should’ve been charged the NHS charge of £75.30 for the extraction because it was pretty straight forward, but Dr Bhandal wanted to do it privately and charge me way more. Disappointing.

2 top wisdom removal Can't thank these guys enough absolutely petrified of the dentist..went for a check up as suffered with cluster headaches/neuralgia keeping me awake affecting my work&day to day life...nerves...pressure I had a check up and then a few days later after taking antibiotics I had a xray, 3 days later today I had them out ! I now feel no nerve face pain i am in a little discomfort as sedation has worn off and anesthetic Dr bhandal got the canula in i didn't even feel it,the jabs in my mouth never felt them THATS GOOD STUFF🤣💉 jokes aside it's eased my fear of the dentist now and I can't thank leanne enough she made sure I was OK and relaxed as she knew how nervous I was...thanks guys for what you did and how quickly you did it😁

Had a broken tooth and was passed around most surgeries in Birmingham, being told I needed a specialist. Finally I was lucky enough to get an appointment at Bhandals. The staff, Haohsien, Johnathon and Niomi made me feel comfortable and at ease Especially when complications arose. Dr Bhandhal was called and quickly assessed the situation and gave me the solution I was looking for. He was quick efficient and minimised any pain/pressure from taking the tooth out. By far the best dentist I have seen. Thank you guys

I would highly recommend Imperial Dental Group. I took a very nervous and anxious husband to have a tooth removed and the staff were amazing, from the receptionist to the dentist. We were accessed very quickly and given several options. The dentist was amazing and was able to calm my husband and was very good at explaining what he was going to do. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely return if needed.

Had to be referred from my local Bhandal practise, had quite the procedure done and was quick, effective and under the NHS. I feel the aftercare was a little vague due to the nature of the procedure. Will always return back if needed too.

Dr Bandel was amazing today removing my son's 4 teeth ready for his braces, he did them in seconds! The other dentists who also provided the gas and air and injections were also great putting our minds at ease and making my son feel as relaxed as possible. Would definitely recommend. We have been going here for years and never had a bad experience all staff are friendly and helpful.

Had invisalign here, although my teeth are better then they were, my front tooth is still overlapping. I was told once i finished treatment that my teeth can't be moved more as a i might get gum recession, even though another invisalign dentist have said i can ... my teeth also shifted within 9 months (fur to teeth clenching in my sleep) which meant i needed to pay more on top of what i already had paid ! This came to about £3.5k. Considering how much i have paid, i am still not happy with the end result. I wouldn't use bhandal again.

I cannot recommend this dentist enough to anyone, i had an impacted wisdom tooth which was causing me severe tooth ache and tinnitus. I had an appointment on the Friday and Dr bhandal booked me in for Monday morning when normally it’s a 1-2 year waiting list for the hospitals to do this. The removal went so smooth and he kept me calm alongside the nurse who was working with him. I can’t thank him enough for this, really recommend anyone to this dental practice!

Great service! Throughly explained the prices I’ve my wisdom tooth taken out from the start, what could and what couldn’t happen. Highly recommended

I felt like I was in a tooth extraction factory. There were a lot of people, very little waiting time, and patients were taken in one after another, teeth were pulled out, and that was it. No conversation, no explanation, no alternative options offered. It all felt rushed and impersonal. The decor didn’t help either, it felt like stepping back into the 90s, with a large basin in the middle of the room that serves no purpose other than making you uncomfortable. It clearly doesn’t look clean. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Booked an emergency because my back molar had broken, my own dentist couldn't assist. They checked it over Saturday and said it wasn't that bad but booked me in 8.00am this morning for a repair and 5 repairs for erosion on teeth. To be honest I was petrified, but I needn't have worried the dentist and male nurse were amazing. They were very reassuring and I actually began to relax. Going back in six months for a check up. Thank you guys

I’ve had not so good experiences with dentists over the years but I had to have an emergency appt with Bandals and need 2 tooth extractions which were done the next day under sedation. Both visits the team of guys that looked after me were amazing, they knew I was a very nervous patient and treated me so well and I wasn’t made to feel silly because of my phobia. I’m planning to go and have regular check ups. I can’t thank the guys enough ❤️❤️❤️

Abysmal dentist. The staff were extremely rude and short tempered. They proceeded to hurt me during checkup despite my complaints that I was in pain. Then sent me home calling me a liar despite the fact I was and still am in considerable pain. Don't go there if you want to be treated like a human

If you want to keep your teeth, don't go here! I was referred here by my local NHS dentist. I had a deep cavity within one of my back teeth, and I wanted to save the tooth. I had my 'assessment' here, and Mr Bhandal himself came in, poked the cavity and 3 seconds later told me the tooth can't be saved. His manner was condescending when I questioned his assessment, so I decided to go to a private dentist in Birmingham city centre. Lo and behold, 2 years later, I have a totally restored tooth done by an expert root canal dentist and a gold crown created by a different specialist. Unlike Mr Bhandal, these dentists were incredibly kind and non-judgmental. THE COST OF THIS PRIVATE PROCEDURE WAS CHEAPER THAN WHAT BHANDAL QUOTED ON THE NHS. The reason I'm writing this review is that the root canal expert said it would have been impossible to 'assess' my tooth the way Bhandal 'assessed' it - he said, unless you clean out the cavity and do a detailed scan, you have no way of telling if the tooth is saveable. my conclusion is that either Bhandal couldn't be bothered to do the procedure, so he just made up that it wasn't possible to save it, or he lacks the expertise to do it. Either way, get a second opinion and go private if you want to keep your teeth.

Mr Bhandal did a very quick extraction very pleasant

Needed root removal my own dentist had broken off. All painless and carried out with sensitivity and professionalism by Mr Bhandal. Receptionists very friendly, polite and helpful. Dental nurse team lovely and clear explanations of after care. If I lived closer I’d sign on with them.

Bare in mind, this is an student training centre, The actual dentist see patient for few minutes, aprove treatment and go away. Return to check the result. Not happy with the approach and attitude. Would not recommend to one. Sadly for me it was an emergency appointment and awful experience.

I came for my regular check up and as usual the experience was fantastic! The practice is very busy but I was still seen quickly. The receptionist, dentist and nurse were all friendly and professional. My check up and clean were very thorough. Thank you to everyone, brilliant customer service.

Mr bandal dis my extraction of my tooth and when i would normally feel a lot of pressure, i felt none, quick and simple very pleased!

I had my tooth extraction today and my experience was good, both Mr Bhandal and his team were quick and efficient.

I had a brilliant experience at this practice, I had a wisdom tooth with roots touching nerve and had multiple practitioners in my home town of Cheltenham decline removing the tooth due to the high risk of nerve damage, I travelled over to Birmingham and after only seeing me once Mr Bhandal willingly took on the challenge and has successfully removed my tooth. After suffering for over a year it was such a relief to finally have the tooth out. He was extremely reassuring and made the experience as pleasant as possible. I would definitely recommend his services.

Absolutely fantastic service tooth removal from mr Bandal

My husband was referred here by his own dentist due to needing a complex wisdom tooth removed. I thought that I'd have time for a look round Tesco and get some petrol (only 2 minutes walk from the dentist) when he rang to say it was done, in and out in less than 10 minutes, he said that the dentist Mugda and her dental nurse were amazing and that after the injection he felt a bit of proding and didn't even realise that the tooth had already been removed. The only negative that I have is that it took over 45 minutes to get through to them on the phone.

I had a tooth removed at Netherton branch was referred to cradley for an x-ray about other wisdom teeth 4 months ago now to see if it can be done at bhandals or i need an operation. ive never been contacted since. I've rang on multiple occasions waited 30 minutes after being 20th in the queue only to have the phone put down on me as I'm reaching the front of the queue this level of service isn't good enough I'm finding time out my working day to ring and getting no where !

Petrified having back tooth removed, very near sinus,s , with JORSEYT ???, all i can say is HE WAS PERFECT EXPLAINING AND VERY GENTLE WITH ME, HONESTLEY NEVER EVEN FELT THE 2 INJECTIONS I CARNT PRAISE HIM ENOUGH, with people like me who are scared stiff this young man was an ANGLE

Can’t even get through after being referred by dentist.

Absolute worst dentist in history, my partner had two wisdom teeth removed on his right side. Ever since had nothing but trouble. Been in and out of hospital. Dentist several times. In the waiting room at the dentist were several people with problems after being at this place. He’s had an infection that’s spread into his ear, can’t close his jaw at all and it’s now wonky. Can’t clench his jaw. Before this was never an issue. Physically can’t touch teeth now. We are now hitting a month (heeling time) and still no improvement. Now being referred to dental hospital as this is now an immediate concern as symptoms are getting worse not better. On arrival there was no order in this place was absolutely jam packed. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!! YOU WILL LEAVE WITH MORE PROBLEMS.

Can never get through to them on the phone,says your caller whatever usually says number don't know if this is some sort of trick the receptionist use, to get you off the phone, no matter what time of day you call, if I hadn't already paid for my treatment I would go elsewhere

I was referred here as a nervous patient by my Dentist for a complicated tooth extraction. I was immediately put off by the volume of patients in reception, it was like a cattle market. When I was seen by the dentist they didn't explain any of the procedure with me

Very disappointed so far. Very rude receptionist when I attended a few weeks ago. Today I tried to call to rearrange an appointment, waited in the telephone queue for 40 minutes only for the call to finally get through, and hear receptionist having a personal conversation, when she realised I had come through and had been there for a few seconds she released the call. Absolute joke

Crowded waiting area downstairs, but when you are in pain and waiting to be helped you tell yourself that’s a small price to pay. But the attitude of some of the staff (not receptionists, they were all lovely), the main dentists left a lot to be desired. Even Dentist Bhandal himself.

Was referred by my dentist. Had an excellent assessment and today had a tooth extraction I was impressed with the way the extraction carried out, no gum damage just brilliant. The nurse (I think she was) was lovely. Would recommend. I observed reception and how patients were called to appointment, all with smiles. Truly outstanding experience considering what I had done.

I was referred to this place by my regular dentist for a wisdom tooth extraction assessment. I must admit I wasn't overjoyed about being sent somewhere so far away from home. Furthermore, when I got there, I wasn't impressed with the chaotic reception queuing system. However, once I started dealing with the treatment staff, the service vastly improved. I was treated in a warm, friendly, professional manner. On the day of the procedure, I was a little apprehensive that the extraction would be complicated. Well, I shouldn't have been concerned. Once the extraction area was numbed with a local anaesthetic, the surgeon Dr Bhandal (who's a character) walked in and whipped that tooth out in around 10 seconds flat. No pain, no fumbling, no complications. I was impressed and told him as much. If you need to have an extraction, I highly recommend this guy. He knows what he's going.

I had a smooth experience at this dentist the last time I visited, but this time was absolutely horrible. I went in to have a wisdom tooth removed and was treated with no care or compassion. I tolo them I was in pain, and they just kept digging at it. The dentist didn't stop or even check in with me-they showed no concern at all. I have anxiety, and they completely ignored that too. The procedure was carried out by the owner, Mr. Bhandal, who was rude, cocky, and clearly has no care for his patients. His attitude made an already stressful situation so much worse. Now I've got bruising on my eyelid and around my eye, my shoulder is aching, and I feel like I've been through a traumatic experience. I was supposed to be sedated and told I wouldn't remember anything, but I remember everything. So clearly the sedation didn't work, and I had to go through the entire procedure fully aware and in pain. This experience has completely traumatised me. I'm now terrified of dentists and won't ever be going back there—or to any dentist— because of how badly I was treated. I expected basic care, professionalism, and compassion-and I got none of that.

I was referred there by my normal dental practice. It's a large busy practice. I found the receptionists very friendly and helpful and the dental service was very good. Parking is plentiful at the nearby Tesco.

Terrible experience with extractions. Didn't explain anything to me before hand. Said they would but gave me the injection and I don't remember anything else until after. My partner was called back in at the tail end of me having after care explained to me (I was sedated and have no recollection of this) also 18 months later I'm still having fragments of the teeth coming our my gums because they left so much behind.

Awful place always packed like a tin of sardines always late with treatments no communication with hospitals when being referred for treatments just want as many patients as possible to get as much money as possible but no real patient care

Absolutely fantastic, managed to extract in 1 go. Staff were fantastic.

Horrible dental nurse assessed me and thought it was appropriate to ask me to stop crying as it was taxing on her job. Accused me of being angry and aggressive when I could only give one word response due to pain and infection level. Instead of kindly asking to put my phone away 'was just sending a quick message to someone on time frame' I was grabbed and placed in front of a no phone's sign in the most patronising way. When I apologies and asked to be let go of I was huffed at as though I was a child. Hygiene levels disgusting durt splattered on dental lights, floors and walls fifthly. Was challenged when I asked to not be sedated and nurse continued to only discuss risks which I challenged as no reassurance was given. I explained this was making me anxious (I am not an anxious dental patient historically) to then be told I was being aggressive. Was given a date for 48 hour extraction however due to feeling completely unsafe cancelled this (reguadless of being in agony and struggling to swallow) and attended Scott Arms private dental practice who were amazing. Huge emphasis was given on risk of long term nervedamage and post infection explained as being normal. However following going to a private dentist only 5% of tooth removals have post infection. To me this again highlights worry around why are their infection rates considered 'normal to them' Would never recommend recommend this practice. Would give 0 stars. Hygiene needs exploring ASAP

Worst dentist ever. My grandad never got to use his dentures as they were not made properly! He is unable to bite with them and was told he has to pay for new ones even tho he never got to use the first set he paid for. My dad’s dentures are also awful looking, I would give 0 stars if I could

Would never recommend here to anyone anymore,my daughter visited last week to have 2 teeth out,they made a mess of it from start to finish dental assistant was telling her basically she was being dramatic as she was still in pain only to discover she had numbed the wrong side of her mouth my daughter is traumatised

Which was very tricky too get out, there was 4 that needed to be removed but Mr.Bhandal was so professional as we're his staff. Very kind to my son and myself. Everything went very well. Absolute joke , 1hr and 42 minutes in a phone queue and 40 minutes of that I was caller number 1. Still no answer . Don't know if they're to busy or can't be bothered but its a disgrace.

Dentist is a waste of time you be on the phone for 40mins trying to get through to make an appointment you get 1st in the que then they put the phone down on you so you have to ring back. People be in pain last thing they want to do is keep ringing up and waiting to book an appointment its the worst dentist ever

I have been referred here my normal dentist and been trying to call them. On hold for an hour with no answer - 3 times is absolutely ridiculous. No other way of contacting them. So asking my dentist to refer elsewhere!!!

I had my wisdom tooth removed by Mr. Bhandal. The whole procedure was painless. The dentists and staffs were very kind and re assuring. Though the tooth seemed difficult to remove on xray, Mr. Bhandal took it out easily.

I haven’t been to the dentist for years, as be neurodivergent has made me really anxious to go. But I can honestly say to anyone else that is worried don’t be as the dentist was really nice and informative on my oral health. I mean the taste of the gloves and water being flushing in mouth during clean is a challenge but it was quick and painless and I feel really pleased I built up the courage to go.

I was referred from my own practice. I came here on the 2nd I've may. To have 9 extractions done and have immediate dentures put in .my anxiety was really bad. I can honestly say. Didn't feel a thing. Don't rember going into the after care room. Since Friday I've had no pain. Just normal swelling ..I want to thank the team so much for giving my smile back. I didn't get your names. But thank you so much .

Couple of weeks ago I had my braces removed. Although the waiting time was quite fast, the actual experiences with care of removing them then information needed on how to maintain them where’s unclear. The process of removing the with care, was not considered ended up cutting me on one part of the mouth. Felt like being rushed and removed was quite infuriating.

I would like to say a massive thank you to the staff here at this dental practice. I have been suffering with an infection for months and have been to several emergency dentists to try and get it sorted and to try and get my tooth extracted to no avail. I was even recommended getting sedated as previous dentists hadn't managed to take my tooth out. I registered here and within a week I was seen and my tooth had been taken out. I would like to say a thank you in particular to the young lady who saw me initially with the dark hair on the Wednesday who managed to book me in for a tooth extraction for the Saturday after seeing how bad my infection was. I would like to say a massive thank you to Swasti and Rimsha. When I got in the room Rimsha was very comforting and put me at ease and made sure to encourage me throughout the procedure. Swasti, who removed my tooth, was so friendly and made sure I was pain free before starting anything. He made sure to ask if I was okay before starting which helped incredibly with the nerves. I was in and out in 10mins. It was incredible. Very efficient and pain free. I will be recommending to everyone

Credit where credit is due, most people will take the time to complain when they have a bad experience and not spend the time to praise good service. My experience was great the staff were really pleasant and attentive and calmed my nervousness the dentist explained at every point what was happening and completed my treatment without fuss so a thanks to the staff from a happy customer

I had a root canal treatment by Dr Mubin and crown done by Dr. Balbir Bhandal and was very impressed with the care and professionalism throughout. The procedure was smooth and pain-free, and the crown feels great. The staff is very kind made me very comfortable. The practice is clean and highly equipped. Highly recommend for anyone needing dental treatment.

I got referred here for sedation as I am an extremely nervous patient. Mr bhandal and the dentist were very efficient and caring towards myself, didn't feel a thing and the sedation worked a treat! Nurses Phoebe and summer were so caring, putting me at ease throughout the treatment and looking after me in the recovery afterwards. Highly recommend Mr bhandal and his team, I will return.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Balbir Bhandal and their team. I went in for dental fillings, and from start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. They took the time to explain everything, made sure I was comfortable, and they even gave me the options for sedation as well. I didn’t wanted to have the sedation and the actual procedure was quick and painless. The results look and feel great, I can hardly tell I had any work done! The clinic is clean, modern, there is a lovely fish pond in the reception area and the staff are genuinely kind and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone needing dental care.

I wouldn't even give a full star for the state this dentist has left my mouth I was referred here by brierley hill bhandal for tooth extraction comments while I'm sedated I won't remember I do remember everything I have a photographic memory and I now had a terrible infection in my gums due to incompetence of not even checking teeth were fully extracted. I was anxious enough for having this procedure done this is why. Absolutely disgusting

I came here today for three extractions (one upper left milk incisor and both upper premolars) and despite my very extreme anxiety (I am 19) the dentists were very gentle and explained what would happen during the extractions. I did request IV sedation because of my anxiety and was pleasantly surprised that I have no recollection of the procedure whatsoever. I apologise to the wonderful people at Bhandal Dental Surgery for the many questions I asked, which unfortunately I do not remember the answers to! Thank you all for your patience and kindness in dealing with me. I would recommend this practice to anyone anxious about dental work they need to undergo.

What a waste of time. This practice is almost impossible to get through to on the phone and delights in putting off potential customers with delaying tactics. It all started when I filled in an online form for treatment with sedation in February. I heard nothing so rang. On the second day of trying to get through, I was told my own dentist (I live in Telford) would have to refer me. He did and finally he received an email back to say I would get a reply within 2 weeks. When I chased it up I was told the receptionist could see nothing online but I needed to wait a few more days, just be patient and they would contact me. I emailed explaining I needed an answer because my tooth was getting worse. Then I received a reply stating they were too busy and were not taking on new sedation patients. Mind you, having read one of two of the reviews, I was already wondering if this was the right dentist for my treatment. As soon as I heard I contacted a dentist north of Telford who were immediately able to offer me a review appointment. My advice, don't waste your time with Bhandal.

Would give zero stars if I could. Was referred to here to have a total of four teeth out which I was meant to be sedated. Both times I turned up they tried to say it wasn't booked in with sedation even though I 100% booked it on my first visit as the dentist put me into shock. Despite telling them on my first visit I really wanted to be sedated as it takes me ages to go numb the dentist proceeded to extract two front teeth even though I said I was not fully numb I felt everything, which sente into mild shock. I had two bottom front teeth out and he jabbed me three times on the soft part on the roof of my mouth he needs sacking absolute cowboy. Second time I was waiting well over an hour to find out that I wouldn't be sedated again even after getting cowboy dentist to book it in as so. If your nervous of the dentists avoid this place at all costs dentist blamed me for being in shock after his shoddy work. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Needs looking into this branch

I had a tooth extraction done by Dr. Bhandal and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received. Leanne and Dr. Bhandal were both absolutely fantastic! I have been to visit 20 times they are always late at least 30 minutes sometimes over an hour. profit above all. I have the impression that nothing but profit counts in this clinic.

Went to Cradley dental to have 2 extractions staff were polite .I had sedation didn't feel a thing would highly recommend the practice

I had an appointment in blackheath new dentist said my teeth were amazing! 2 weeks later I had to go to cradley heath practice 3 fillings and a tooth removed my 3 dentist 9 injections had no after care the week after I had to go to an emergency dentist I’m still in agony with jaw problems I will never use this dentist again it was like a cattle market

I would like to say a massive thankyou to Bhandals Dental Practice, especially the two wonderful Dentists that I met on 11/04/2025. After having severe tooth ache from a wisdom tooth for a number of weeks, my own Dentist sent a referral to Bhandals, this took about a week to be processed. After having xrays done, I was then informed I could have the tooth extracted straight away. Within minutes the wisdom tooth was removed! The Dentist was so professional, patient, understanding and friendly - I honestly couldn't ask for more. After getting home, I experienced slight discomfort and bleeding, which was to be expected. But now I have to say - I AM ABSOLUTELY PAIN FREE! Thankyou again to Bhandals and the two perfect Dentists who dealt with me. Honestly I am so very grateful!

I do not recommend this place!

During removal of 2 teeth for little to no pain, just rot, they managed to break one of my perfectly healthy teeth & cause me extreme pain in that tooth. They also took well over half a hour last my appointment time to see me, and when trying to remove the teeth they also broke them into loads of pieces and couldn't remove them without about 15 different dentists trying to help.

I was referred here because I have bad anxiety when it comes to dentists. I had 2 extractions and am very pleased with the results. Not only were the staff polite and friendly, I was reassured every step of the way. Outstanding service from start to finish. Thank you to everyone that I saw today. Amazing team .

Amazing from start to finish have few more visits mr roshan bbaiasa quality dr interms of looking after care,no pain at all he looked after me really well with both he's colleague I was very nervous at 1st then he made me feel comfortable Amazing dr 5 stars would recommend. Contacted Bhandal Bartley Green whom we are registered with as had a raging toothache for the last 3 days. The earliest appt given was 14/4, phoned Black Heath Bhandal they were not helpful as not registered with them! Phoned Cradley (again not registered with them) and spoke to a lovely young man who was extremely helpful and efficient granting an immediate appt. Thank you Cradley, I think you have just become our new dental practice 😀 fantastic customer service - well done!

Been trying to call about an upcoming spinet for the last 3 days no one’s answering the call isn’t even connecting !!??

Visited Bhandal Dentist Practice on 27/03/2025 been a couple of times for my wife’s extraction only to be told that it cannot be done and was told to wait for treatment in a hospital for 1 year what an atrocious experience and waste of time.

Impossible to get in contact over the phone. Was referred here by my usual dentist for an extraction with sedation due to severe dental anxiety. Tried calling 5 times from 1-2pm and each time the call would end and I'd receive a "line busy" message. Finally managed to get into the queue at 4:30pm only to find that I was caller number 20 in the queue. It is now 6:30pm as of writing this, still in the queue, they clearly have no system in place to end the queue after they close to indicate that they are no longer taking calls (have only stayed this long as some places will stay open to finish any calls still waiting in the queue). Absolutely ridiculous, and after reading some of the other reviews related to sedation, I'm quite frankly more scared to go here for my extraction than my usual dentist who does not have sedation options available.

I went to bhandal Dental to have some teeth out had a seizure and that carry on with taken out the teeth and only tould me to come down how can I when that going on and the staff did not inform my friend on what was going on tould them all the information when I first whent there and again this time but that did not listen to my information about my health issues and wellbeing and well never be going back here again

Really great experience (even though I hated the dentist!) initially seen by someone who was very reassuring. Had a crown and root canal (£1200) by Mohamed Sherif who was sensational! Always asked if I was ok, took regular breaks, just went back for my 6 month check up and he was great to remember us and have those basic conversations most dentists don't! Reception team are great very quick considering there is always a queue going up to the door. Tend to have to wait around 20+ minutes after your original check in time which isn't great but... Hey ho. Toilets accessible (not amazing but good enough) Overall good experience! One of the better Bhandal's in the area.

horrendous dentist! on my assessment i seen 2 other patients who had got infections from there tooth removal but i still decided to go! a week on after having my tooth removed still in agony checked my mouth seems they didn’t remove all of the tooth .. while sedated they were very rough! popped my tooth through my lip from force of dragging my mouth over! sedation needle broke my vain 3 times!! my arm is black & blue! avoid at all cost!

First time as a patient here as my dentist was on holiday. Had a wisdom tooth extracted. Reception staff were great, very easy to talk to and helpful. I was very nervous and afraid but the Dentist (Hamza Bin Rashid) and Nurse were great and kept me calm. Would highly recommend. Thank you all.

Girl with a hijab has a huge attitude problem, straight away getting angry that I cancelled an appointment months ago and questioned it saying she doubts she can help me and that me cancelling an appointment is really poor on my half even though it was personal. Constantly being rude towards me and refusing to help with anything I asked or any information I asked for she would start moaning and showing even more attitude in her responses almost called me an idiot. I asked for retainers and she constantly shouted and moaned at me saying she won’t help me and refused me off any help at all even in the future. Worst dentist I’ve ever seen who was also rude to her assistant, she needs sacking and I won’t be coming here again.

Avoid this dentist at all costs. They are neglectful, horrible and will call you a liar if you address an issue. They mishandle patients, very unprofessional and wreckless. They do not take patients seriously and avoid everything. Best thing to do is go to another Dentist Surgery. They need shutting down or a full staff turnover.

I had a root canal done here recently, I cannot thank my dentist enough. We were in room 9 (forgive me I have forgotten his name) but he was extremely patient with me and completely understood that I had anxiety around the procedure. He talked me through each step and set expectations as for what he was doing next which made me feel at ease. Thank you again for making this difficult thing much much easier for me.

Phoned the surgery to explain my situation to woman on the receptionist. hung up on me. Bad service. Waited 50 minutes for the call to connect

Awful dentist practice. Was referred by her dentist for SECOND OPINION on tooth extractions. Patient 84year old, wheelchair bound, with chronic health issues and very nervous. FIrstly bandals parking is so far away, at the back of the high street . NO disabled entrance/doors to dentist . NO help from reception staff although they all looked and smiled. Busy inside, little space for me to manoeuvre a wheelchair around reception desk and a gigantic fish tank. Xray room so small. Had to reverse out. In consultation, dentist didnot draw breath .She would not listen, repeating over and over , that she can only follow the referral and continued to prepare for 3 extractions. Finally went to consult mr bandal. Second staff decided to examine teeth and then gave his opinion. Third staff shot questions at me , sat at computer. Mr bandal arrived . Abrupt and rude ! Again not interested in what i was saying. Told his staff to give me copy of referal letter/ xray and told me to go back to my dentist and discuss it with them because bandals would only do the extractions . Infuriated by his last comments. He told staff that there was no need to call him for matters like this. They should know that Bandals will only follow the referrals and to ask us to do anything else would have the board of directors reprimanding him and his practice. No care or empathy ,just a business!!

Brilliant Dentist ,2 troublesome teeth gone in a matter of minutes,and whilst there the head male dentist (i think) spotted what he thought was Leukoplakia and was referred that day to my local hospital . after checking myself on the internet found that it could lead to mouth cancer so i am very impressed oh and my teeth well ex teeth are already feeling less painful than before i went many thanks to Bhandall Dental Practice

I had all my wisdom teeth one which broke in my gum I was so anxious i was booked in same day for my assessment and I had my surgery 4 days after as soon as i sat in the waiting room i got called in and as soon as I walked in the room I was greeted my to lovely male dentists reassured me with a big smile and said (your in save hands) I had sedation I was in and out of that room with in 30 mins as my partner says I can't remember the surgery due to sedation amd that after care in recovery room was outstanding one massive thankyou to the practice and so much appreciation for surgery within a week amazing job this surgery 5star 10/10 is a understatement 1000/10

The actual practice itself I found satisfactory the first time but getting through the them over the phone is a nightmare. It took a very, very, very long time waiting for someone to answer the phone. The second time I wanted to book an appointment I waited 29 minutes on the phone. Eventually I just put it down. I'll try and book again through the site or email.

Had a tooth removed but pain wouldnt go so told them can feel some tooth pieces so went back x-rayed and was told nothing was there was still in pain and there where 2 pieces that where left in and have now been removed wouldn't recommend them

I went for my assessment today. Staff are amazing polite and have amazing attitude to there work and also explain everything clearly. Receptionists were also amazing. I have to go back 31st January for my sedation. And have teeth out which I am still nervous about but looking forward to see and be around the positive energy from all the staff

Worst place ever got my teeth removed paid for sedation but they didn't even give me i asked and they said we've already given you but you don't remember becauze that's the effects of it felt pain through out the process and am traumatised by the behaviour of the this dentistry I urge everyone avoid don't make the mistake I made

Last time i was at the dentist was before lock down. So i decided its time to gather my courage and go for a check up. I warned them I have sever phobia and anxiety. I was able hold myself together in the waiting room but once i went inside I broke down. Shaking, tears, crying as a grown woman but its almost like an involuntary reaction. The first doctor and nurse was excellent, patient, understanding. I didnt get treatment I had to go back 2 days later. Just a clean and filling a chipped tooth. ( no drilling) Went back on friday and the next doctor and nurse werent as sympathetic or patient. I got the feeling they just wanted me out quick. They didnt even clean my teeth properly, i still have plaque. Not sure If i go back will they clean it without paying again? So if it had been the first doctor and nurse both time it would have been 5 star.

!!Beware of other dental practices offering root canals at a reduced price, these usually only include the root canal and not the crown ,which is very misleading. I had a consultation with Bhandal dental practice which explained the whole process/Cost/ Procedure and emphasis on getting the correct long lasting treatment. Mr Bhandal initially recommended that I had the root canal complete last year but I didn’t go ahead as I thought it would get better by itself, it got worse exactly like he predicted and I chose to do the complex root canal which I wish I completed last year when he recommended. If you do decide to have a complex root canal I would recommend Mr. Mohammed shereif he is truly an artist in his field. It is £1500 but this includes all the work needed from start to finish, unlike other surgeries which hide additional mandatory work.

This clinic is absolutely fantastic! I have a severe phobia of dentists and I've not been for years. I first went to there Worcester clinic and the staff were amazing! Had to have a wisdom tooth out and again all the staff were very kind, considerate and caring, Just like the Worcester branch. Highly recommend.

First I need to say that I had recently attended several appointments following a referral from my local dentist in Hereford. I had a root canal and a crown fitted and the treatment and procedures were absolutely first class, carried out by (I think) Mr Wheeler and his dental assistants. However despite this. I do have a couple of issues with the practice. Firstly the reception area is just absolute mayhem and the most unrelaxing place to be before undergoing major dental work. It reminded me of a busy market place.People everywhere, speaking loudly or playing music on their mobile phones. One girl was even vaping. Then you have the staff continually shouting for their patients. Then in the middle of all this is a large indoor fish pool. Totally bizarre. All credit to the reception staff who have to sit right amongst this yet are still able to (in my opinion) offer service with a smile. I think this really creates a bad first impression of the surgery . My other issue is that despite being referred for a particular treatment as a private patient and paying a considerable amount which I was quoted for and had agreed to, the surgery still added the fee for an NHS checkup as an extra. This to me seems to be incredibly mean as my treatment was totally private and no NHS element. Surely this added fee should have been included in the quoted price for the treatment. Overall then I was well impressed with the actual dental treatment I had carried out but other issues have unfortunately let the surgery down.

I live this dentist but today I was trying to get through for over an hour to cancel todays appointment because of storm Bert. Too dangerous to travel. Not sure how I get another appointment. Apart from this the dentists are lovely xxx

Paid for sedation guy came in moaning the amount asking for sedation with a syringe in his hand asking how do you feel. Fine I say the same injected a bit more and said what about now, I felt no different he then walked out with the syringe in his hands which was still a third full. They then proceeded with injections in my gums which was very painful. I chose sedation for my phobia but sedation was not administered as I was told it would be. Never again I have lost all confidence in dental practices

I attended on the afternoon of Monday 11th November to have a tooth extracted. The tooth has been giving me increasing pain since June 2024. The roots of the tooth went into my sinus, which could have been an issue !! The service provided was excellent. My tooth was out within 5 minutes the dentist was exceptional and those in attendance, were all very polite, reassuring and informative. Thank you so much to all 3 in attendance. I would highly recommend.

I had an appointment today 29th October 2024 for a tooth extraction following an infection last week . The care I have had today as been excellent no pain at all , I want to thank dentists Vaishnavi and Harpreet and nurse Nicola for their care. 5 star care I have been a patient at surgery since it first opened , Mr Bandal as been my dentist since day one . I went to this dentist for dentures, they wanted to pull out my existing Teath, I didn't ask for any extractions. So why couldn't I get dentures? Why are there dirty fish in there, health and safety issues etc.

I was caller number 20 at 930am and caller number 10 at 10.30am. It's been 1 hour and 30 mins and still noone has answered the phone!

I had two fillings and a wisdom tooth extracted and was honestly shocked at how little discomfort I was in afterwards. Mr Bhandal and his team were fantastic and i would highly recommend.

I went for a check-up yesterday at this surgery. I waited 1 hour to be called for my appointment and noone ever came for me. I let reception know during this time that I hadn't been called for my appointment and despite them "sending up a message" I still wasnt called. Eventually I walked out and I wasnt the only person who experienced this as another gentlemen who had been waiting even longer than me also walked out. This is actually the second time that this has happened to me. Once I can forgive even if it is irritating but twice?

Had to que even if I had an appointment, have been referred to this practice by a private dental care to extract a wisdom tooth which was closed to the nerve but they won't do it .Anyway I wouldn't want to have any work done by them as the practice seemed so dirty ,the asian/chinese female dentist couldn't even speak English properly, I could barely understand her.Also the receptionists were so rude and unprofessional wearing hoodies and casual sport clothes and lacking basic customer skills.

Never can get through to receptionist! Even when being 1 in the que they still dont anwser rang like 8 times and been on the phone over 15mins on call no one picks up.

Can't thank them enough! I was in so much pain due to a failed extraction attempt by my dentist. He referred me to Bhandal and it was out within 5 minutes. I was extremely nervous and visibly shaking when I arrived but the staff were lovely and tried their best to calm me. Seriously thinking of transferring there.

I cannot be more grateful for this dental surgery. I was referred here from my main dental surgery when I needed a wisdom tooth extraction after a series of infections. I have a needle phobia and was highly anxious of this procedure. I had sedation and before I knew it the whole process was done within half an hour. All the staff were lovely, friendly and helped me calm down before the procedure and was done very quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

Awful front house/reception service, didn't wait around to see what the actual dentist care would be like so can't comment on that, but first impressions count massively. Can't be that difficult to hire staff who have basic customer service skills, can make eye contact and communicate clearly, book appointments, take payments etc some would say the basics.

This place is not recommended. I’ve been there for my tooth to take it out and it’s about 16 months I’ve got pain and my tooth infected but still they don’t want give me some medicine. For second time I’ve been there because of pain, tge doctor came he didn’t even looked at my thigh he said yes suctioning for him. How can you say what I need without even checking my tooth 😡😡😡

I had a wisdom tooth removed that had been causing me issues ( well half of the tooth, that my dentist could not remove) and, I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. From start to finish, the entire experience was amazing. The dentist and staff were incredibly caring and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The procedure itself was surprisingly quick and efficient—I’m still in disbelief at how smoothly everything went! I’m so grateful to have had such a positive experience, especially with something that had been troubling me for so long. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone in need of excellent care. I went today to have 4 fillings done and I was really nervous Didar, Melody and Keeley was amazing at making me feel less nervous and were reassuring. I'm a patient at this surgery and have nothing but glowing reviews. No matter what the situation, there's always an experienced person on hand. I had a difficult extraction recently, which was dealt with swiftly and professionally, and even after a couple of weeks when my plate needed adjusting, it was corrected on site. I cannot recommend Bandals enough. First class

No issues with the teeth extraction but the potential nerve irritation/damage which has effected my whole jaw and lower lip is concerning me. I've had teeth extracted before but ive never had this. I had a very clumsy dentist who didn't know how to administer the anesthetic (3 TIMES!!) fair enough if the dentist was new but nobody was there guiding them. As well as that, accidentally pressing the foot pedal, raising me up scared the crap out of me. The initial lady that saw me was amazing and such an empathetic yet clued up member of staff. I'll give it a few weeks but issues persist with the nerves, I'll be escalating it.

I attended my appointment today for the removal of my tooth and Mr Bhandal was the one to remove it. It didn't take more than 4s. Brilliant! Very happy and satisfied with the service 👍👍 thanks 👍 definitely recommend

So, for TWO years I've had awful pain from my second to back tooth at the bottom on the left hand side, my dentist referred me to Bhandals dental practice in Cradley Heath and I was seen by their head dentist Doctor Bhandal, in three minutes he had the tooth out! Absolutely incredible! Even my own dentist had spent 25 minutes trying to remove it with no success. Wow! I HIGHLY recommend Doctor Bhandal and the Dental practice itself when you have a situation like this, amazing! 👏👏👏👍

Was extremely nervous to have my wisdom tooth extracted this morning due to the closeness to the nerve. The dentists were excellent answered all my questions before the extraction. Mr Bhandal came in and extracted within 2 mins my tooth was out and i didn’t even realise. Fantastic service from dentists and reception staff who were very friendly.

Ive a lower denture that doesnt fit. Ive had it realigned but still keeps coming loose despite being told by Mr Bhandal its perfect.

Been today was extremely frightened I was booked in to have sedation, all I can say is you really looked after me and the sedative worked amazingly I had 2 teeth extracted didn't feel anything at all just want to say a massive thankyou to you all x

I had 4 fillings today, I initially was booked in for 3 but during the days leading up to my appointment I felt excruciating pain in an old filling. Dr Vaishnavi Borse and Nurse Nicola Finch done a WONDERFUL job. They mentioned every step to keep me informed. Once they finished the 3 they Xrayed my 4th current filling and confirmed the pain I was feeling, they re-done the filling. Their service was amazing and a credit to Bhandal 10/10.

I came here to get my tooth taken out in April because i Was not allowed to relocate my appointment to somewhere closer so I travelled 2 hours there just to only get a check up. Then was given another appointment to get my tooth taken out after that I was not informed at all that I had to pay £73 until a letter showed up at my on the 1st of June saying I have an outstanding payment

You can never get through on the phones even when it's quite in there. The chair I sat in last week was tatty and worn. I come today was clean but no tissue in toilet and bin was over filled with sick and tissues with sick on. Needs to be cleaned alot more and maybe updated in some parts. Staff was polite and dentist was good

I have had two wisdom teeth removed with no issues and very polite friendly staff. However I have had two fillings and the dentist didnt inform me about the anesthetic (i have a needle phobia) and he was incredibly rough to the point it felt like he was going to rip my jaw off. My tooth now hurts more than before i went in for the filling

5 stars isn’t enough. My son was seen as an emergency. We travelled an hour as we don’t have an emergency weekend dental practice near us. Short wait time and Dr Bhandal was very thorough, kind and gentle. Highly recommended! Thank you

Really great experience. I was referred by the Dental Hospital and my own dentist, Complete Dental Bearwood for the removal of a wisdom tooth. The tooth came out cleanly with a nice clear socket. The dental nurse and Mr. Bhandal really put me at ease. The whole procedure took less than 30 minutes. Thank you for taking good care of me.

Humaira the nurse and Mr Bhandal were amazing. They looked after me and kept checking I was okay throughout the whole removal of my wisdom tooth. Explained everything to me throughout and the whole process was very quick.

Do not waste your time!! Went here for follow up treatment after a filling had fallen out after attending another Bhandal Practice. My usual practice did not have any appointments. Saw Mr Bhandal who was extremely rude and obnoxious, told me I would have to either pay to have the tooth removed, when I had already paid the treatment fee a week before for the filling! Or pay £1500 for a root canal!! He couldn’t care less about my welfare and the pain I was in, just shrugged at me and left the room after his appalling quote. Safe to say my jaw hit the floor! Disgusting amount of money to try and take off people. So glad I walked out!

Been referred from our dentist 30 minutes late for an appointment for a tooth extraction yet again not happening 3 dentists just to look at 1 tooth what a joke

Went for a wisdom tooth extraction in my lower jaw. Worst experience ever. I ended up in hospital. 4 weeks after the extraction I still have no movement in my lower jaw. The hospital refer to it as traumatic shock. I am slowly still waiting on a refund of £79.00 which they charged me for after going back for a set of stronger antibiotics due to the infection from the original treatment. They are claiming the second lot of £79.00 is for treatment. Treatment I hasten to had thatni have not received.

My son had 4 teeth removed today by Mr Bhandal. The process was quick, he didn’t even realise that the first one had been removed.

Was referred to Mr bhandal by my dentist due to a painful and difficult placement of wisdom tooth that needed removal. I was firstly numbed and couldn't feel a thing, Mr Bhandal then removed the tooth in the matter of minutes, it was quick and easy. I'm very pleased. Thank you to both the dentist and his team for making me feel at ease.

I just had a difficult wisdom tooth removed. The time expected for removal was an hour and a half but Dr Bhandal removed it in less than 30 minutes! I didn't feel a thing during the actual removal either. The dental nurse (I'm so sorry, I didn't get your name) was absolutely lovely aswell. She made me feel comfortable. Thank you to all the staff today, you have all been great!

I just love bhandals dentist at Barnes hill.they have been my dentist for about 30 Years. Always kind and considerate,if I have had an emergency issue and I could not get an appointment they have always seen me at another branch, so full marks to all ALL THE LOVELY LADIES ON RECEPTION, DENTAL NURSES AND THE BEST DENTISTS I HAVE EVER HAD .BIG BIG THANK YOU.

Sadly this place has gone down everytime we go there! Smells, dentist just rushed check ups 80seconds!! Didn’t even ask me if I had any problems….. frontage now looks like it’s been destroyed and is a really way which continues through the dentist with old and worn out fixtures etc. Ventilation especially upstairs is well POOR . Stinks of sweat everywhere again! Time after decades to move dentist

I haven't needed anything other than a check up and have faith in this but the hygiene concerns me, there is visible dust and cobwebs, gloves aren't worn and the way the fish are kept makes me question when this place was last cleaned. A report to the RSPCA has now been made because these fish are neglected and kept whilst being visibly sick in a disgustly dirty pool. Furthermore the fish have nothing in the pool to hide from patients when they are stressed, a requirement for fish owners.

Couldn't ask for a better dentist Dr Grover and dental nurse Anisa, I've been having treatment over 4 months and they have really helped me through my anxiety and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. I hated the dentist till I had Dr Grover, thank you so much

Really did look after me there mr bhandal come in a got my 2 teeth out in minutes after other tryed but was hard work but mr bhandal is a gangster helped me out good dentist all in all.

Firstly, I suffer from anxiety when going to the dentist. I go to this clinic to be sedated as I gwt into abit of a state when injections are involved. I spoke with the brilliant staff in the room and they relaxed me and got me feeling very positive about the extraction. Brilliant care and support from all involved.

Woodcross is better, referred to cradley to have my wisdom tooth out last week, ended up in hospital due to severe infection still cant feel my cheek from where the local anaesthetic was injected into my nerve, the man who did it was clearly unqualified as he had to get help from another female dentist after an hour of yanking.. I kept telling him it was hurting and to stop but he continued and cut my cheek to bits from the tool he was using and kept smashing the tool off my perfectly healthy teeth in an attempt to yank out a tooth that clearly needed cutting to remove. Never coming here ever again.. I had cancer a few years ago and id rather that than go through the pain of this again!

The best practice in the area! I did my adult braces treatment with Erma and Ruth and I love my results! My appointments were quick and efficient and I had my braces on for just over 24 months as predicted with the best results!!. The reception staff are all really friendly too. I highly recommend this place

Not even worth 1 star. Absolutely appalling what they did to me at this dental practice. I was referred to them by my dentist to have a wisdom tooth pulled, they were told to put me to sleep with anaesthetic, cut me open take out the tooth and stitch it up, but they instead numbed my gum and yanked the tooth out in the chair, the tooth broke in three places and while pulling it out a piece of tooth got stuck at the back of my mouth which I had to pull out myself! They left a massive gapping hole in my gum, when my wife asked how the procedure went they said it went well (which was lies) they told me I would have a dull ache after the injection wore off. Well that was far from the truth, I went home and after 3 hours was in excruciating pain the worst I have felt in my life. I have been on 3 lots of antibiotics and a month later I’m still in excruciating pain! This dentist should be shut down! It is disgusting that they can get away with this and doing this to people! Please don’t ever go here if you don’t want to be scared for life and in pain that you have never experienced before! DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!

Been today for 4 wisdom teeth out in one go and i must say a big thank you to the nurse ruth singing Taylor swift dentis roj for working confidently and cleaning and extracting 2 of the wisdom teeth and dr bandal for remove the last 2 as i have very large wisdom teeth with curved roots. Thank you must say did a fantastic job no pain very polite and took the edge off with a little humour

Went there at 8'oclock this morning, Well done Mr Bhandal. Brilliant, extracted my tooth quickly and never felt a thing. Recommend to anyone who is nervous about visiting the dentist.

SHOCKING... I was sent a message to call urgently about a referral otherwise I would be taken off the waiting list but I've tried numerous times to get through it's picked up and then the phone is just put down after waiting in a queue, ridiculous service and I haven't even got to speak to someone so can only imagine what it's like when you do get to speak to someone.

Overall good but doctor who attended was really rude even he want us to be quite while taking 4 teethes out

Although they get you saw and attended to quite quickly, these are so overwhelmed with nhs patients with free dental care they don’t have time to cater for paying patients like myself. I have been twice in 5 days in excruciating pain and have had nothing done other than pay 70 pound in appointments. I went with pain in a cracked tooth on the bottom right, they took no notice of what I was telling them and decided to get a room full of trainees as if my mouth was a practise show even though I am very nervous patient and told them this. It went from pain in a cracked tooth to being booked in for 4 tooth extractions which I told them I did not want as there is no issue with the 4 teeth and as I am paying I would expect them to listen. I feel like they just want your money to keep getting you back. Will not be getting my teeth out here in any way and have decided to go private.

I am a nervous patient but Phoebe really put me at ease. She took her time and kept checking if I was ok. Mr Bhandal, came in to explain my treatment plan and agreed I could have sedation. I've been using the dentist for years and never had a problem. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Extractions good with care . but dentures rubbish do not fit right made by trainnes do not recommend wasting of money

Absolutely love this place best dentist around id say , was on phone hold for over 25 minutes due to how busy they are and still got an appointment for the nxt day , think this place should teach gps how to run a practice . Great service everytime .

There is no appointment system here. Pre-booked 11:15 appointment, 12:05 still not seen, the same old excuse every time.

Amar treated me today. I'm normally very nervous, when it comes to dental work. And I normally have sedation for extraction but decided to go without today, (mainly because my escort had to go to work) so decided to go ahead without it. (1 tooth extraction). Amar was very professional and reassuring. Checked on my welfare constantly. And it was not bad at all , the extraction. Highly recommend.

Well, I have had my troublesome wisdom tooth out at last. Bhandal Dental Practice in Cradley Health was excellent. No pain, I didn't even feel either of needles going in. All done in 10 minutes. I am just feeling the after-effects of the anaesthetic still, but I am fine. Nobody should honestly be afraid of the dentist. They are there to help. I have to give a huge shout out to the Dentist Amar and his assistant Jess. They were so efficient and caring. Amsr obviously has a special touch for me to feel no pain what so ever. Both lovely people. Bhandal in Cradley Health also offers sedation for nervous patients, but I think it is far better to just have the injected anaesthetic and still feel aware. A good dentist with lots of experience counts for everything. I would tell anyone to ask for Amar and Jess. Thanks to you both.

I had orthodontics treatment at Bhandal Dental Practice and was treated by Dr Erma Quraishi. I AM SOOOO HAPPY with my results and would like to say a huge thank you to her and the dental nurse. You both have been so kind and lovely and very reassuring throughout the whole process. I highly recommend getting your treatment done by them. Such lovely and down to earth staff and very approachable. Not once did I feel uncomfortable with the experience. Such an amazing experience with them both, ahah I’m low-key going to miss attending my appointments 😂. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Hadn’t been to the dentist in years, I was referred by the Dudley branch to have 2 teeth extracted. I suffer with severe anxiety I was made to feel very welcome I wasn’t judged and the whole experience was a positive one. I would highly recommend this dentist they are very busy so did have to wait a short while, the only thing I would say is it can be difficult to get through on the phone.

I had my teeth cleaned today. I'm not the best patient, I was very nervous, and suffer with anxiety. But Dentist Nikin, and Dental nurse Tara were brilliant. They were very patient, and made me feel really comfortable. 😊😊😊 And hands up to Receptionist Mel, always pleasant and welcoming. She's a credit to this Dental Surgery. Well done Mel 😍👏👏

I had 3 extractions and 4 fillings at 8am today ( 16 / 01 / 2024 ) to say I was nervous is an understatement. I've had VERY bad experiences with dentists in the past but I've got to say from my first appointment a week ago right upto today the Dentists, nurses and receptionists have been outstanding in making me feel welcome and at ease absolutely top class I couldn't recommend them enough BRILLIANT THANK YOU ALL.

Due to issues arising from 2 top back teeth being removed I was transferred from my local bhandal practice to here for follow up work. The issue was no fault of the dentist just a rare complication I have mental health problems and my anxiety was going through the roof The dental nurses and the dentist where so understanding and did their best to calm my nerves I would recommend coming here for anyone with issues

Called last week at 8.00 am to be given an urgent appt at 10 20. By 4 the same day I had my crown removed, given antibiotics for a nasty infection, root filling, impressions and temporary crown. Went back yesterday, new crown on within 10 minutes - all done. The dentist was kind, and got on with the job - I was sore but so glad I went. Thank you for sorting me out so quickly and efficiently. I will be back

Delair was very professional during my routine apt. I was running late and he was very accommodating to me and still saw me for my check up. He advised me really well for my teeth and oral care and cleaned them so well. Thank you to Dr Sekhon and the nurse for creating a calming, enjoyable experience.

Had a tooth removal today. I was very nervous but the dentist did a great job of making me feel relaxed and as comfortable as possible. 5 stars!!!

After 4 teeth extraction ended up with the infection, they didn't gave me any antibiotics or pain killers, staff were rude and ignored me like I'm invisible ,not recommending to go there

Impressed how pain free the extraction of a molar was, obviously a little bit of pressure to bear but it only took less than five minutes to get it out. Amazing.

I have been using this dentist for a few years. I have been bringing my daughter for her 6 months check up and the last 3 times we were booked in we were ment to be with Mr B! But we were seen by someone else!- and we have never been told! Disgraceful waiting times and everytime we go I’m waiting at least 45 minutes after our appointment time! I am a hairdresser with my own business… if I’m running late it’s courtesy to tell the client!!! I’m just appauled by the customer service of this dentist.. and another thing… get rid of that stupid fish tank and get a proper waiting area!!!

I take my son today to have for extraction done for his braces. I was a struggle to take the teeth out as my son had long roots. Dr Bhandal as never come a challenge like this before. I recommend any one who has strong teeth or long roots to Dr.Bhandal he is very good.
