No wonder reviews are so low. Terrible customer service. Not interested in helping. Try and get more money. Diagnose one problem you pay for it then it’s something else. STAY CLEAR AND DO NOT USE!!! Scammers !!!

Shocking service. They charged £360 to send a engineer out for a 10min look at our heater. Then taken nearly 2weeks to send a report over and cost to fix our heater which they said needed a replacement fan. Got a local company then who said only the bearings needed replacing which cost a quarter of the £2500 they quoted.

Very very stupid very bad company charging as £360 for 9 min and he doesn’t repair our garage heater don’t do business here 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

After having numerous conversations with the company, what sounded like an angry male voice was a disturbing sound to here coming from the background,really not professional at all needs to learn telephone Etiquette suprised the staff aren’t scared of him

Job done wrong twice when having 2 heaters installed. Installer fitted heater control panel with the built in sensor behind the heater where it doesn't calibrate well. Also the fan doesn't operate in the summer from the control box so have to change some wiring and swapped 2 live terminals in the service box to operate it.

I would say that this Company is the worst out there, If you have problems with their products which is highly likely, then the aftercare is non existent. The calls are never returned and you can never get answers.

6 months on, £627 down and no actual solution to heating fault but nice pictures taken of our heater.
