5 star service, had a problem with our boiler so arranged a call out with HPS, engineer was prompt and arrived at time arranged for visit. He carried out a thorough inspection and soon found the problem with our boiler. Once he had sourced the part that needed replacing it was a case of having to come back next day to replace the part as the local supplier had closed for the evening. Arranged a time with the engineer for next day and again arrived at the arranged time and in no time at all he had our boiler firing on all cylinders again. Great service at a great price. HPS were fantastic from booking in the job from the engineer arriving on time as stated via watts app message communication regularly was great between both parties. H the engineer turned up looking very professional with all tools on Board his Van Did a great services on the boiler as well as talking me through each stage so I understand how the boiler systems works in general for future reference H spent a good hour or so with the services and cleaning up after him self once finished, also price was very fair. Boiler was in better working order. I have now booked HPS to do my boiler service every year and scheduled in reminders for this with them. Sunday morning, I was worried about a possible gas leak. Abdul came out almost immediately, gave a thorough check, even moved the carbon monoxide alarm (as it was in the wrong place) for me. Cannot be more grateful, thankyou.

H came out today to replace my thermostat system as the old one was obsolete and getting the replacement parts were not cost effective. Very good communication with various options given to me and clear pricing. H was polite, explained the system well, respectful of my home, and cleaned up after himself. Very professional, responsive and friendly service, got the boiler part and fitted in ASAP, back to having central heating again in December.

I contacted HPS due to needing a new boiler fitted as ours was broke and didn't have and heating or hot water. They quickly came out to inspect to provide a quote within about 1 hour after contacting them. The next day I had accepted their quote which was reasonably priced and was scheduled in the following day for work to commence asap due to cold weather. The team arrived on time, was well mannered and friendly. Once the new boiler and flue were fitted, they ran thorough tests to ensure it was operating correctly and checked all radiators. I was given a run through of the boiler and smart controls. They left the house tidy and clean, you would have never of noticed they were here! Honestly the guys were great and communication from start to finish was great. I won't use anybody else but HPs going forward. I highly recommended. Thanks guys, much appreciate your work.

Just had my first visit from H at HPS to check over my boiler. Great guy with excellent communication skills. Answered all my random boiler and heating questions whilst he went about his job. H gave my boiler a thorough safety check and advised me on heat settings to run efficiently and economically. Will definitely recommend and use HPS again.

Really went way beyond their responsibilities when fitting a new boiler for my elderly father, checking and fixing a range of other things that were wrong with his house, such as new taps in the kitchen, advising and fitting smoke and CO alarms, checking he was safe and comfortable, all without charging any extra. I will be happy to highly recommend this company to anyone in the Sandwell area needing heating or plumbing services.

Lovely man well recommended, our fire wouldn’t light he repaired without changing any parts only charged up one hour call out and tested all the gas and he was extremely cautious about the carbon monoxide test spent as much time testing because he wasn’t quite happy at first, I will definitely use again thanks james

My system was flushed (should have seen all the and dirt in the pipe and then changed from cylinder to combination boiler.😀 Engineers left my house Clean and tidy. Called as we had returned to a depressed boiler and when filled & restarted water escaped from the boiler, was advised I would be contacted later to book in, 4 hours later, phone to ask if they can come, 1 hr later- problem fixed, diagnosis given and a plan to clean burner when it suits me, overall boiler check. My boiler was condemned on friday HPS visited me on sunday morning and quoted me for a new boiler.. by 3pm that day the boiler had been delivered ready for it to be fitted on the Tuesday. The quote was very fair and they did the job within record timing.
