I had air conditioning installed by Loughborough Air conditioning. From my initial enquiry right through to installation everything was done well, professional, friendly and polite. On installation day, they wore shoe covers, the carpets were protected and everything was left spotless, I was worried about the mess but I needn't have worried hardly a spec of dust remained. In this hot weather it is wonderful and I would recommend them. Excellent service.

We’ve always used the team at Loughborough Air Conditioning for servicing our air conditioning units at work, however, I needed a service on our mechanical ventilation system at our home and the team did a fantastic job in a short time period. Very good workmanship and nice clean job, kept me involved in the work so we could chose where all the parts could go rather than just installing it the easiest way they could. The fitting date was pushed back a few times but this was due to parts not arriving, they did keep me informed about this and were flexible in fitting in new dates. Would use again
Fantastic service to install four units on a multi-split system in our house. The installers were friendly, professional, helpful, and always very respectful of our home. They have done a great job the units are very neatly installed and work brilliantly, and the price was reasonable too. Would not hesitate to recommend LAC anyone considering AC in their home.

In this day and age of people moaning and complaining about poor workmanship and customer care I thought it was right to take the time to pass on my experiences with this company. The workforce of Patryk, Josh and Steve turned up on time and carried out the installation of the air conditioning unit in a thoroughly professional and courteous manner through the day. They treated our home with respect as if it were their own, and completed an excellent job that I am over the moon with. I would thoroughly recommend this company.
I decided to go with LAC after reviewing other firms because they were an established business with a good track record in both commercial and domestic AC. This to my mind would mean that they could pretty much deal with any situation and kit out there. After a home visit from Jason, who runs LAC, and discussions about efficiency and noise levels, we arrived at having 2 indoor Fujitsu units and two associated outdoor units. These are A+++ rated and quiet as anything. The installation process – two days from start to finish – has been so easy, and that is how I think all such matters should be. If only everything in life were that way… Anyway, I cannot praise highly enough the work of Paul, and Patryk, over the two days they were here. They are a credit to themselves and as ambassadors for the company. Paul is clearly a very competent engineer: informed, personable, kind, willing to advise the customer and happy to go the extra mile to make sure things are all covered. Patryk, who was learning the ropes as an apprentice (and has since become fully qualified) was attentive and on the ball – I am sure he will go far. Paul and Patryk worked well together as a team and worked with and around Mike, the electrician, to make sure time was not wasted and the work progressed as far as possible. I do believe that my home was left cleaner after each day's work than when they started! Given the existing issues on site – my external chimney flue and structure of building/lintels etc., as well as fitting the external units at first-floor level to accommodate a future ground floor extension, we got a great, and as unobtrusive a result as possible. The weather for them was not good on the second day – pretty much solid rain – but they still got a full days work done, which is a credit to them as I would have been tempted, for their sakes, to reschedule. All in all, I am 110% impressed and pleased with the work and my new air conditioning units, which really are incredibly quiet and very unobtrusive within the home. Given these units heat the home as well as cool, this could well be one of the best and most important home improvements I have undertaken, and I am very pleased that I chose LAC to do it for me. I will have absolutely no problem recommending the LAC team and the products, to anyone that may be reading this. I should add the installation was completed in December 2018, and after one years use, through hot and cold, the AC has proved most useful. Paul and Patryk returned as arranged to complete the first service on the system, and all is 100% AOK.

I work for Loughborough University and we needed someone to fix an old -90 degrees C freezer. There where a number of problems with the freezer but Jason at LAC sorted them all out and the freezer is now working very well. Jason showed a lot of persistence with this job and I appreciate his expertise and professionalism. He also did his best to keep the cost down. It is not the first time that we have used LAC and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Very pleased we have found a contractor on our doorstep who is so good. Thankyou Jason.
