Requested a gas safety check at short notice yesterday. Sachin contacted me immediately did it first thing this morning. All done in less than 24 hours. Professional and reliable service. I will definitely use Sachin again and highly recommend him.

We had an emergency with a leaking aircon unit at our wine shop and a neighbour recommended Smart Heating. So glad they did, communication was prompt, and the owner had an engineer with us within the hour. He fixed the leak quickly and explained everything clearly throughout. Really reasonably priced too. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing a fast, honest repair.

The Smart Heating team are amazing. They are so good, I really don't want to share them. They're responsive, fair priced, but most importantly, they are excellent at their job. We had an exhaust fan, a toilet and a new radiator installed. They solved every problem they encountered, check to make sure I was happy at each stage, they were tidy and very professional. They were also really quick. They got everything done in one day. I think they are fabulous.

I can highly recommend SMH. They are very quick to respond and their engineers clearly know their stuff. I had some problems with radiatirs and a seized stop cock which they replaced rapidly and without fuss. Just as important their chrges were extremely reasonable compared with other quotes I had received. They were recommended to me by an engineer from BG who knew their work. I will certainly be using them in the future.

I highly recommend SHM for their expertise, pragmatism and efficiency. They supplied and fitted a replacement boiler in our house . Guru provided the initial advice and estimate. Shivam and Jigar undertook the installation and it was done very quickly. I also commend Sachin for excellent back-office support and communication.

Lovely people super helpful and also nice and quick and makes it super easy to sort any issues super quick as very good appointment availability. also on top of good staff on site there back end office was super quick to send invoices and reply back any questions on emails.
I recently bought a flat and some improvements were needed, amongst other things I needed to change the boiler, radiators, and plumbing in the bathroom. It was a stressful time, and Sachin was incredibly helpful answering all my questions promptly and guiding me on the best options. Thereafter, the team doing the work was very professional, tidy, and nice and they were very kind doing a couple of small things I asked for even when they were not in the original quote. Unfortunately I was disappointed by the last two of the three visits by the SHM engineers. They charge for the time spent at the property and from what I observed worked deliberately very slowly in order to charge more. On two occasions quoted for extra repairs and spare parts (note they own a spare parts shop) even though these problems were not identified at first, but "discovered" when I was not with them to observe. When I complained, their response was unhelpful and dismissive. Finally I requested to speak to the owner about this - he promised to call back and never did.
Excellent company have used them for many years they are efficient, respond immediately and carry out the work when specified quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.
